Very nice quality selection of used cars. Jason really made the car buying experience simple and easy going. Didn't rush, answered all our questions and walked us through the car buying process confidently and with ease. He even went the extra mile to order the perfect match touch up paint and damaged turn signal for our used vehicle! By far the best car buying experience we've had! Would highly recommend this dealership!

Just wanted to post a shout out to Jason T, @ Montrose Auto Outlet in Cleveland, Ohio. He was very supportive and listened to our needs for a vehicle and found a great one for us. We couldn't be happier. He even went the extra mile to come to our home and download reports, etc. needed for the purchase. Tom and Gus we’re phenomenal! Very easy to work with. I’ve had horrible experiences with slimy dealers at other dealerships in the past. We decided to try Montrose based on their good reviews. Tom and Gus were upfront and helped us find a vehicle within our range. They were honest and didn’t try to oversell into something we couldn’t afford. I’m happy with their service and will return to Montrose in the future!

I had the BEST experience purchasing my vehicle with Montrose. My sales lady Angela Hopper was the best... I spoke with her over the phone and explained what I was looking for and she put me in an awesome vehicle. I was only there maybe 30 to 45 minutes just to sign paperwork.. I recommend Montrose for anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks Kristina

Walked up and was greeted by Danny. He knows his cars. I was looking at an older car but he got me interested in another with more bells and whistles. Will def come back when I'm ready to purchase. Not pushy and was happy and patient. Won't get one from anyone other than him at this point. The other dealerships in the area didn't have what I was looking for and we're unable to sway me.
