This past week we purchased a vehicle from Moore's Automotive and the entire experience could not have been better. Purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla S from Moore's Automotive a couple of months ago. The buying process was great, the price was great, and above all the customer service was top notch.About 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle I noticed that the driver's side window was not going up correctly. I brought this concern up with the team at Moore's and they diagnosed it, ordered the parts, and installed them without any questions asked.Since then I have been to Moore's to get an oil change and they were very friendly and efficient. "A good name is better than great riches" is the slogan at Moore's. From what we had heard prior to visits there and observed during visits, the organization lives that motto. Impressive these days. During a very careful and several week long process of selecting a vehicle, we only encountered one significant glitch the entire time. The Moore value system of integrity starts at the top with owner Gary, was embodied by our great sales contact, Amy, who went way beyond the call, was evident in the multi-talented Dave, and in Tim and Chris et al in service dept.

This is the fourth car I have bought at Moore's. Bought my dream car yesterday, a Lexus RX 350. Have always had great experience with buying and service. We have been going to Moore's Automotive for 35 years. we have purchased 8 vehicles and have been pleased with each one. The sales department is able to find what you are looking for, with low mileage and competitive prices. The service department is very thorough and doesn't waste our time or money. It is a friendly atmosphere and has a good courtesy vehicle program. We definitely recommend this dealer who is interested in getting a used vehicle.

Recently bought a 2013 Toyota Venza from Moore's. They let me take it for a test drive for as long as I wanted. Dave answered every question. Amy was great to deal with. The service department seems courteous and efficient. As another customer put it when I asked him about the dealership: "They sell good cars and if something breaks they fix it. Moore's was recommended to me a few years ago, and because of my satisfaction back then, I returned for my latest car. GREAT service, no pressure, they answer questions and really listen to what you're looking for and what your budget is. It's tough to find a place you can trust, and this dealer is it! I have many dealers much closer to where I live, but instead travel to Moore's because of the peace of mind I get from knowing I'm dealing with a quality dealership with great ethics.

I recently purchased a 2013 Prius form Moores Automotive. The whole buying process was excellent. Dave, Amy and Gary are so laid back and easy to work with. They bent over backwards to make me happy with my purchase. The warranty is excellent and the price of the vehicle was very reasonable. They also service all their vehicles and are Toyota/Lexus/Scion experts. I would recommend Moores to anybody needing a quality used vehicle.

i bought 2011 toyota camry recently. my boyfriend recommend this dealer to me, and we drove from west haven to get a car here. the car is very nice, just the time waited for the service of the car was a little long. and they offer bump-to-bump warranty to this car, which is pretty nice..

We have purchased a 2008 Sienna and a 2013 Prius from Moores and the experience was easy and no pressure. The vehicles are high quality and solid. We have had 4 vehicles total serviced there and the work is top notch and service staff are very accommodating. I had an occasion to have body work done as well after a deer strike and they did a fantastic job. We will keep going back.

I have now bought three used vehicles from Moore's; I don't even think about going somewhere else when looking to buy or get a car repaired. You can count on them to be honest, professional, and efficient. No one's pushy, no one tries to up sell you. For my most recent purchase, I worked with Dave in Sales. He was personable and knowledgeable about the four cars I test drove. When people ask why I don't look around at other dealers for a new car, my response is always the same. "I trust these guys, why would I go elsewhere?"

A few weeks ago we bought our 2nd car from Moore's. The first is our 2006 Highlander, which is still doing well. This time we chose a 2012 Camry . Dave was very helpful. the whole process was very smooth. The 1 year bumper to bumper warranty is the best! After we had the highlander for 6 months, it needed some repair and Moore's took care of it, without a problem. Very pleased.We have used the service dept. for years before and they took great care of our GM cars.

Friendly laid back atmosphere. I was allowed to road test each car I liked. Purchase of the vehicle I decied on was done with details taken care of by Dave and staff and away we went with the car we wanted. A friend recommended Moore's very highly and he was right. I just bought my third car from Moore's the first two were Toyota Camry's they both served me well. I kept each of them for approximately three years and had all of the service work done at Moore's. I found them to be very fair and they stand behind their word. They give a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty and on one occasion I had trouble with the brakes. I brought it to the service department and they fixed it as agreed.Another service they offer that I really like is they will drop you off at work and pick you up when the car is finished. I would highly recommend them.

I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander here and Dave was my salesperson. I actually went there to check out a different vehicle, but the Highlander caught my eye instead. Dave was very helpful and not pushy at all. He gave us a history of where it came from and a rundown of what repairs were done after they bought it. I fell in love with the vehicle when I drove it and I felt confident that they had done a thorough inspection of it and they were delivering a quality product. They took care of all the financing arrangements and registration and all the paperwork was laid out and ready for me when I came to pick up the vehicle (which was immaculate and fully detailed). The entire experience was easy and enjoyable and I have total confidence in this dealership and the products they offer. Highly recommended!

I just recently bought my third Camry from Moore's, a 2012 SE. Gary said this car fits you and he was right. The car is beautiful and I'm happy with the responsive acceleration, handling, comfort, and some bells and whistles I've never had before. Camry's are great cars, strong and reliable, I've driven my other two well over 200,000 miles. I've been dealing with Moore's for over 20 years and I am always happy with their service. They take the stress out of buying a vehicle. They are honest, accommodating and fair in their pricing whether it is cars or service. When I've taken my vehicles in to be repaired, its done right the first time. Over the years I've sent family and friends to them. Anyone I've sent to them has been very pleased. In an age where at times it feels like integrity and service is a thing of the past, they are a breath of fresh air. It is very reassuring to have a place to do business where I don't need to have my guard up because I will be treated well and I can rely on the work they do.

I just recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla from Moore's and couldn't be more satisfied. This is our family's third purchase from Moore's and every experience has been top notch. They only sell Toyota and Lexus cars so you know you'll be getting a high quality, reliable car. Dave in Sales was very helpful and was not pushy at all. I selected the car I wanted on a Monday and took it home Friday. The car received new tires, new brakes and was completely cleaned and detailed. As previously mentioned, I purchased a 2013 Corolla with only 28,000 miles and so far I love it. If you are in the market for a good used car as well as service, I HIGHLY recommend Moore's Automotive. They are an honest, reputable, ethical company.

By the time Tim from Moore's asked me the question I knew was coming, if I had been saving my pennies for a new car, I had already decided to start with Moore's to look for my next vehicle. That decision was made before ever setting foot in their sales dept., based solely on my 7 years of excellent reliable trustworthy repairs and maintenance in their service dept. I bought my previous car elsewhere, before being referred to Moore's by a close friend for service. The sales dept did not disappoint. As with the service dept, I found excellent reliable knowledge, as well as a great selection of Toyota products for sale. I got the exact car I wanted in the Toyota/Lexus family, a Lexus RX330, in excellent condition. The whole process from shopping to trade-in, financing, to picking up my vehicle was smooth, friendly and comfortable. If you want a trustworthy, knowledgeable, relaxed experience, go to Moore's. I gave Moore's an opportunity to try and find a very specific truck for me. Not only did they find the exact truck that I was looking for but got it for a great price and passed a lot of the savings on to me. Once they got the truck they went through it and made it look new again. Having such a great service department makes a huge difference in the used vehicles that they have on their lot. They did everything that they said they were going to do and more. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership.

I have recommended Moore's to many family, friends, and associates over the years and the typical responses I've received after they have purchased a car or had maintenance work/major repair done was: 'I trust them"; "they are looking out for me"; job done right for a good price." That is exactly my experience with Moore's Automotive all these years. I read that Moore's once received an award from the State of CT Governor's office for the extraordinary way they took care of a customer after the warranty expired on a car purchased from them --- WOW!! They truly cares about their customers!

We bought a 2005 Prius from Dave. Moore's puts no pressure on the customer. We were able to test drive the vehicle by ourselves. We asked that some cosmetic c oceans be addressed. The car looked great when we picked it up. It exceeded our expectations. If you purchase a car over $10,000 they provide 1 yr. bumper to bumper coverage at no extra charge. Our car was less, but they still do free oil changes. When on the highway we noticed a high pitched whistling sound. They traced it to a gap in the windshield gasket. They installed a brand new windshield. I find both their sales and service departments to be extremely responsive.

Once Moore's Automotive was the best place to go for repairs. Now I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle never mind a car. They have let their standards drop and prices go up. They aren't up front or even very trust worthy anymore. There was a time when they where the best, now they charge more for tires than before, do repairs to your car without talking to you, convince to you spend money on repairs you do not need and don't fix things they tell you they have. I've spend a lot of money with them over they years and I will never go back after my last experience. Between giving a very details description of my cars issues and them ignoring it and telling me it's something else and they would rather I come get the car than try to fix it(told to me by Randy) and not actually fixing my car after having it for a good amount of time. This once great mechanic is now one that must be avoided.

Moore's is on the very short list of dealers I truly trust. (Actually, they're the only dealer I truly trust.) If I remember correctly, the founder, and I think he's still the owner, is also a pastor. (Gary Moore) This doesn't always mean anything, but my every impression of Moore's is that their first priority is conducting honorable business.It's worth noting that Moore's only sells Toyota and Lexus vehicles. They won't compromise on this, I think for the reason that Toyotas are so reliable and it allows them to offer a one year warranty.Back in 2006 our family bought a Corolla here. It had about 50,000 miles on it at the time, and now we're at over 210,000 miles. Nothing mechanically ever went wrong and I've only replaced normal wear items. Shortly after I bought the car, I wasn't happy with the front tires. I bought replacement tires online, but when stopping in for the complimentary oil change, somehow it came up in the conversation. The mechanic at Moore's promptly told me to return the replacement tires I'd bought. "We'll replace them. I'm sorry we overlooked that." ...and they did replace them... with good tires, not cheap ones. Some years later I realized that the car had keyless entry and we'd never had any fobs. I contacted Moore's with a question like, "Here's my VIN. Can you confirm whether this car has keyless entry?" I didn't even have to ask - they mailed me two new fobs.The buying process is probably as easy and as comfortable as it gets. They don't pressure you, they encourage you to take your time, and they let you test drive without a high pressure chaperone. (At least no one came along on our test drives.)The only catch is that their pricing is "no haggle." To many people this will be a negative, but to me it was a positive. They pick their cars carefully, restore them to "excellent" bluebook condition, and then add a modest and reasonable profit, at least by my judgment. The last time we bought a car there, I ran a bunch of VINs through Carfax and they all came up immaculate. I looked over several cars on the lot and couldn't find a single thing wrong. Moore's fixes everything on their cars and offers a bumper to bumper one year warranty. (Or they did at the time. I think they still do.) I read the fine print on the warranty, and nothing stood out to me as a "gotcha."In the end, I spent a little more at Moore's than I had planned (maybe $1000), but it was completely worth it, because absolutely nothing needed to be repaired for a long, long time and there were no tricks.Would I buy there again? Absolutely. In fact, even though my family has moved out of state, I'm still having Moore's look at auctions for a certain Tundra that tends to be hard to find. If they find what I'm looking for in time, I'd say Moore's is the "easy" button. I'll be pretty bummed out if they can't find anything in time.I'm an average family man, I have no affiliation with Moore's. Give them a try and try to disprove anything I've said. I recommend them to family and friends, but people seem skeptical because it almost seems too good to be true. It's not.
