I was moving out of state and had issues with my wiring that prohibited me from picking up a U-Haul trailer that morning. I rushed over to the dealership and explained my situation. The attendant, shop manager, and foreman all came to help me out and see what they could do to get me on the road ASAP. They were extremely busy and booked 2 weeks out but were able to squeeze me in and figure out it was a quick fix. My family and I were able to still get on the road that day and made it cross country. These guys are lifesavers. Thank you so much!

The staff at Moritz Kia are amazing! They are very helpful. I ended up leaving my car for several days. They gave me a nice loaner car, with a full tank of gas. My car is still under warranty so I had to pay nothing except for refilling the loaner car with gas when I returned it. In addition, I had just returned from a camping trip and my car had mud all over it.... They washed it for me. ;) Thank you for your OUTSTANDING customer service!!!

I own a fleet of Kia’s and have always considered Kia to be the best fit for my company. I recently had one of my cars towed into Kia Fort Worth that had a key issue. I notified them the car was being delivered to them and the problem and expected a follow-up call. After several days I hadn’t heard from anyone and called 3 times to be told they would have to call me back but no one ever called. After over a week I called and was told that the parts had been ordered. After not hearing from anyone in week 3 I called and asked for the service manager who explain someone in my office approved the repair and parts were on order. I told him that the repair didn’t need to authorized because it was under warranty. No one had called me or my office to authorize a repair. After 1 month I got a call to pick the car up. When I arrived and paid my portion of the repair, they couldn’t find my key for over 20 minutes until finally someone found it unmarked in a box. I asked several times to speak with the service manager but he never came out. The car had been sitting there so long that the battery was dead and it took another 20 minutes to get someone to jump it. On top of that the car was covered in bird poop. They were very non-responsive to getting my car for me. I’ve never been treated so badly and will choose not to use this dealership ever again.

Scott Avant, our salesman, was very patient, accommodating and helpful throughout the buying process. He offered me a free rental with a tank full of gas to utilize for a day or so, while my new pre-owned car was getting inspected and certified. Unfortunately, my first car choice did not pass inspection, but that didn't stop Scott from finding us an alternative. I walked out with the same model, a nicer color but with fewer miles and with a price match.They even gave me a higher trade-in value for my old car.Highly reccomend them!P.S. This is coming from a hard to please gal!

He even paid my daughter a $100.00 incentive out of his pocket for sending someone else. He was awesome took really good care of us even not saleing my daughter one car because come to find out there was sludge in the engine then found her another one that was even nicer. I really feel like Kia should pay the incentive though.

MoritzKia of Fort Worth went above and beyond to meet my "wants". Never at anytime did I feel pushed into my decision. I went in to view a used car that I saw online. Unfortunately it had been loaned out and I was unable to see it. We looked at almost everything they had on the lot. New, used, all of it. My mind was set on the Sportage I saw online. We went ahead and did all financing and paperwork, I myself drove away in a loner. When the call came to come get my car I was SUPER excited. Seeing it in person, my spirits fell as there was lots of cosmetic damage, and it was in desperate need of new tires. Fixing it was not out of the question for this dealership, they sent me away in another loaner, and a day later I went and picked up my beautiful KIA Sportage. They did a phenomenal job and fixing all it's blemishes, as well as putting brand new tires on it. This was my first experience with an actual dealership, all my previous cars were purchased from small time used car lots. MoritzKIA of Fort Worth made this an extremely pleasurable experience, and there is no doubt in my mind that the customer matters to them, and I know I will be taken care of for a lifetime. Thanks Guys! My salesman Johnathan was very kind and I couldn't have asked for a better guy to do business with, The manager of this location personally dealt with our concerns and took care of us. (I apologize that I can't recall his name at the moment) I would definitely start here if you're looking to get a new car. On a side note if you are a "car" person, the KIA Forte is super sweet, she was my loaner and boy was she fun to drive!!

I didn't feel pressured into buying my car and they took a genuine interest in making sure I was well taken care of. From a short list of things we wanted in a vehicle, Doug found the perfect vehicle with a low price and low miles! Each conversation with him, made us feel more and more comfortable that he would find what we were looking for! He was relentless when it came to getting our feedback and communicating with us, all to make sure he could find exactly what we wanted. Therefore, one of the most important things about a vehicle,to my husband and I, was to find a vehicle we could trust, as we think about planning to start a family. Doug took in those considerations and never missed a beat in fighting for that lowest price. The financing portion of the sale couldn't have been smoother or less of a stress for us. Our salesman teamed up with our finance guy and made sure we would have the nothing short of a great experience. My Experience with Moritz Kia on I-30 W Fwy, Fort Worth Texas.On 06/20/2016 my Kia Sorento was transferred to Moritz Kia in Fort Worth Texas by [REDACTED] for warrantied repairs. 06/22/2016 I reached the Service Manager Frank for an update 15:09 06/30/2016 at 13:56 Service Advisor Brandon 817-560-6056 called to inform me that all my parts were in and repairs would be complete 07/01/2016. On 07/01/2016 I called at 14:03 for an update and was asked to call back in an hour or so. I called back several times around 16:13 and left a voicemail for the General Manager. I was told by Ramsey their Used Sales Manager that he would look into the status and call me back. 16:27 once he located my vehicle and had been updated, I was called back from 817-560-6057. At the time the General Manager, Service Manager, and Sales Manager had all already gone for the extended holiday weekend. Ramsey informed me that the technician working on my vehicle had left early and would not return to complete the repairs until 07/05/2016. I explained my concern that the rental was only covered under the warranty until 07/02/2016 to which he replied that Moritz Kia would take care of the difference in rental days. I asked him to repeat himself and he reconfirmed that Moritz Kia would step up and take care of the rental for the extended period due to their technician not completing the job before leaving. 07/05/2016 I was called by Brandon at 08:36 to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. That afternoon I arrived to recover the vehicle and I asked about the rental coverage and he stated that he would look into it. He was unable to give me complete answer about the situation but promised me that it would be taken care of once Enterprise sent them a copy of the bill. (Witnessed by the young blonde parts/cashier.) 07/05/2016 Enterprise sent a copy of the invoice to Moritz Kia, which they rejected claiming they never made any such commitments and are still denying the bill as of 07/08/2016.

Also, I bought a used car and Moritz did not do the inspection alignment and oil change before I took delivery. I appreciated the fact that I was notified and given a loaner car while the work was done. Had I not been called, I would never have known it was not completed. We were overcharged. Typical car dealership trying to get the most money out of you. One week after we bought our brand new 2015 car we needed something done to it and the customer service after you buy a car from them is horrible. They want nothing to do with you anymore. Car was listed online for $4k cheaper then what we were charged. Financing took 2 hours. You will spend an entire day here. Car salesman took 45 min! To locate us the vehicle because he didn't know how to read the inventory. On top of spending the entire day there, the amenities in the dealership are lacking. An extremely small waiting room with not enough chairs. People are all sitting and standing waiting for a couple of hours on financing. Defiantly not kid friendly. No play room for the kids. Which makes car buying even longer when your trying to entertain your kids in a small confined area. Overall a horrible experience and will never so business with them again.

Had a deal made on an almost new Optima. While in the line at the finance dept. I was informed by the salesman that to get to the price we had agreed on, they had to drop the pre-owned certification from KIA. Was this ok? I told him no that we had agreed on a price and that included all warranties and the certification. I then walked out. I looked at Kia's on the internet and really liked what I saw so I left my info on line. Before I could get off my computer I got an invite from Larry Gwaltney an online sales representative. I spoke to my husband ( a ford man) about the Kia brand and he stated that he didn't know much about them but told me to stopped by one Sunday evening to look at them when no one was there. Well my son and I did and we fell in Love with the Kia Optima and all that it had to offer even the color. I told my husband what I saw and said he would go look at them as well so I told him to go talk to Larry Gwaltney when he got there because he was the internet contact. Needless to say he was the nicest person, he and my husband(the ford man) hit it off and he was very impressed with the Kia and all that it had to offer. Mr. Gwaltney was very informative and patient with him. So in saying all of that I am driving my very on Kia Optima in the color of MY choice with a package that's fit just for me. My husband and I recently leased another car from Moritz Kia and had a pleasant experience. We were currently in a lease that was expiring soon, and received a call from the dealership to discuss our options. We were assisted by Roscoe K.. who, after speaking with my husband about our car needs, had a specific Sorento waiting for us to test drive when we came in. I felt that they were very respectful of our time and circumstances and we appreciated Roscoe's patience and professionalism. I felt that he didn't push extra options on us and stressed that we should only get options on the car that we knew we would use, and in turn would keep our payments within a range that fit our family budget. Being a family with two young kids, we found that very refreshing! The only concern that I have would be with the repairs department, they installed a back up camera on my car...and I'm not sure how secure it is. I can move it by simply opening the trunk. I'm afraid to take my car to a car wash, I'm afraid I will lose it in the process. I will be contacting them about that, but beyond that we are very satisfied. Bottom line- if you're looking to lease, consider this dealership and ask for Roscoe!

They are very patient and take the time to make sure you are getting what you want in a vehicle. My husband and I went shopping for a used car at Moritz Kia of FW and found the car we were interested in and drove out to look at it in person. The sales person was friendly and acted as though she would jump through hoops to get you into a car but turns out that the dealership just wants to play games! They were constantly pushing towards a new vehicle when that's NOT what we came out there for. We have spent almost a week trying to work a deal on the car we wanted and to this day the dealership still wants to play games and have you sit up there all freaking day and night! It's just ridiculous the level of customer service there and what a complete waste of time their dealership is. I will never, EVER do business with a MORITZ dealership again!! These people act as though your stupid and that you don't know how this game works! I just don't get it... stop wasting your time and mine and if a deal is not do-able based on YOUR "standards" then fine.. SAY IT! Over the past week or so I have been in to numerous dealerships looking for a new car to purchase. I went into Moritz Kia of Hurst and was completely underwhelmed by any sort of attempt to earn my business. There was no hustle at all by the salesman and he acted almost like I was a bother to him and that my mere presence was keeping him from something important. I was interested in a Kia Rio, so I went to the Moritz Kia dealership in Fort Worth. Who would have believed that the service that I recieved in Hurst was better than what I received in Fort Worth. I pulled into the dealership and began looking at the meager new car selection, luckily some/most of the cars were unlocked so I was able to see what the interior looked like and the trim level. All of this was done without the assistance of any representation from the dealership. After about 15 minutes of looking at cars a salesman left his perch on the tailgate of a truck over by the service department and put out his cigarette and ambled over to me and asked if I needed any help! I saw these people as I pulled into the dealership and assumed they were customers waiting for their car from the service department. I informed him that I was there to purchase a new car that night, and I was, but since no one at this dealership had any inclination to try to win my business by showing me the respect that any customer deserves I would take my business elsewhere. I was still mad and disappointed by the service that I wrote an email that I hoped would be passed along to someone to at least possibly address this issue and perhaps help a different customer. I received an email from the general manager today and it was a freaking form letter!!! It contained the typical "Sorry to hear about your concern, I will address them, won't happen again etc.", but how bad is it if the GM of an Auto dealership has a freaking form letter to address upset customers. This was typical of my entire experience at both Moritz dealerships and my reason that I will never do business with any of the Moritz dealerships it is too ingrained in the dealerships culture to do only the bare minimum to make the sale. There is absolutely no striving for excellence or customer satisfaction, only do just enough to make the sale and that is good enough. I truely feel sorry for anyone who needs to return to this dealer for some service related issue, since I can not imagine how they treat people who have already purchased a car from them if they can't even bother to talk to someone who may want to purchase a car from them. My advice stay far away from anything having the "Moritz" name especially Mirotz Kia Fort Worth and Moritz Kia Hurst.

The car was in excellent condition even though there were a couple of door dings. The Salesman was very professional and personable. The facility was very nice. The overall process was quite simple and was accomplised within an hour and a half. Above all the internet price, less a negotiated cash discount paid for the vehicle was great. Recently drove the Suzuki to North Caroliona from North Little Rock, AR and the ride, handling in rain and some snow was excellent. Gas mileage was also great. Power climbing the Smoky Mountains was excellent.

I also made a special trip to the dealer to look at a suburban. Called about 2 hours before I let and drive about 25 miles to the Moritz used car off West Loop. When I arrived The internet manager said he'd try to call me to let me know the car was sold. Bummer trip and no I wouldn't go back to Moritz

We went to see a vehicle we saw on cars.com on a Sunday. A sales person happened to be in the lot passing out business cards. We saw the vehicle that was advertised and told he we would be back Monday to test drive. To make a long story short the car was sold on Saturday. He did not tell us.
