We were looking for a car for my mother happened to find with extremely low miles. The sales man and finance guy were great to deal with as this was the first time my mom bought a vehicle on her life. Very well satisfied customer

We did end up buying an Audi A4 from them. I submitted a message online late Friday evening, had a response prior to 8am the next morning. Easy to reach on the phone to setup on the appt and was given the car to drive alone which is a big deal to me and came back to buy. Very well maintained vehicle and great seller. Will use again!

Unfortunately, the vehicle I was interested in was bought before I could get there, but the customer service rep informed me immediately and offered to contact me should similar vehicles become available. I appreciated the courtesy.

The salesman Ralphie was good. It was quick & easy as we knew what we wanted. We saw the cars, test drove a few and made a choice, all in about 2 hrs. Good experience.

The salesman was very helpful and knew the product lines well. The F/I person lacked personality, when I brought the car home I found a few safety issues (1 bad headlamp, no back-up lights), other than that the car was clean,low mileage,and runs well.

2011 Toyota Avalon with only 5,500 miles.No pressure, let us test drive the vehicle multiple times by ourselves.They called & offered 3k below listed price.Didn't try the hard sell on financing, extended warranty, etc.

I recently purchased a smart car From Moses Factory outlet Here in Teays. I had a totaled car on my records and many of the local dealerships wouldn't even talk to me. Moses said since I had proof of payment from my insurance company that the would be able to get me in any of the cars on their lot. They were not pushy but did guide me around the lot answering any and all questions about each of the autos they showed me. Within minutes of picking out the car I was approved and papers in my hand ready to sign and drive!!! I absoultuly will buy my next car from them as well
