If you're considering purchasing your next car or truck from Moses Ford, rest assured that you'll drive away with a smile on your face! I have never had such an efficient car-buying experience. Our salesman, Paul Waugh, took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. And Cliff, the finance manager, stayed well after closing to make sure we understood all of the final paperwork. He never rushed us or made us feel like he needed to be somewhere else. He truly wanted to make sure everything was explained to our satisfaction, and we appreciated that. We are so very happy with our new truck and will definitely be lifetime customers! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

My whole experience at Moses was great. They didn’t try to low ball me on my trade in (I had my car appraised at several different dealerships and they offered me the highest) and they sold me my “new to me” car well below retail value. I was upside down several grand on my trade in and they were still able to get me a great loan with low interest. Dave Davis was the salesman who helped me from beginning to end and he was just an all around nice guy! I never felt pressured to spend more than I could afford. The finance guy was super helpful too but I didn’t catch his name. I can assure you that anyone you talk to there is genuinely helpful. Will be going back and I recommend Dave to anyone looking for a car!

Moses was able to get me in within 24 hours and made warranty repairs quickly. I called several local dealers and Moses was the only one responding appropriately. The others transferred me around for 10 mins and I finally left a message with a promise of a return call the same day. Still haven't returned my call. Back to Moses, they kept me updated by text and answered the phone every time I called.

I messaged the dealership about a vehicle I found online. I received prompt responses regarding my questions. After test driving the vehicle, we worked with Paul on finalizing the purchase. He was great to work with and answered all of our questions. Because we live a couple of hours from the dealership, they agreed to meet us halfway to pick up the vehicle. We would definitely work with Paul and the dealership again.
