The service was good. I do not like the waiting area. The waiting area was remodeled last year and ever since then, I do not like using it. First of all, you removed the area in which there were tables and electrical outlets. This area was perfect because I bring work with me that I can do while waiting for my car. I could plug my laptop into the outlet, sit at a table and do my work. Now, that room has been removed and everyone has to sit in the waiting with a big screen T.V. blaring. The choice of television channel on the T.V. is TERRIBLE. Not everyone wants to watch Jerry Springer or similar shows. I miss the old waiting area where I could get some work done. I tried doing my work in the area in front of the T.V. but it was way too distracting. Is there anyway possible to have a quiet place where people could not have to be in front of the T.V.?

I went in to have my 2007 Rav 4 serviced. I did have an appointment and the service manager took me in right away. She told me what to expect and that I could have another problem with my water pump since there were marks on the interior hood liner. She would inform me as soon as she found out. I went out for a walk on the lot and came back to see what the progress was on the service. She said that I didn't need a pump and the car would be ready post haste. It was and I was out in less than 2 hours.

My visit this time was for the state smog inspection for my vehicle. Service was very fast and professional....Thank you.Your survey should also include an option for having the care SMOG INSPECTED. I wasn't buying a new or used car, and I wasn't having my vehicle serviced unless something was wrong with it. Nothing was wrong with it. To me "Serviced or Repaired" does NOT include smog checks. All service to my vehicle has been through Moss Brothers.

As usual, every time I take my car for service,I always leave feeling as though I received the best deal and quality of work. Moss Bros Toyota does not provide the typical over priced dealership experience. Steve helped me this time, he was really helpful and offered me the best price on my brake replacement and oil change. Customer Service is excellent! I was going away on a trip and stopped by at Moss Toyota to get my car checked out before my long trip. They noticed my car needed struds on the two front ones and it was even covered by my warranty which was great to hear. I received fast and friendly service. I mentioned at my visit prior to this one that my power seat panel was coming loose. At checking in for this visit I was asked if I wanted them to take a look at it and I said yes. When checking out, I was told that they have ordered the part. It was under warranty and they will call me when it comes in.This was great follow-up. I didn't even have to bring up the issue. It was very impressive.

We recently purchased a 2015 Highlander from them. They were quick to respond with an e-quote which we found to be lower than other dealers in the area. The salesman and the sales manager were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I would give them 4 stars because we had to do some haggling in order to get them to the quoted price which was definitely not pleasant. My rating of their customer service is also based upon my experience with them after we took the delivery of the vehicle. I returned to the dealership few days later to give them check from my credit union but did not get the same kind of attention and service. It was not until I reminded them twice that someone from finance department finally showed up to collect the check. The finance staff was otherwise courteous and professional.

Service Staff is very professional. I got an e-mail from the Service Mgr. Mike Dawe introducing himself and scheduling the first service on the new Corolla I got from the dealership. The following week, I took my 4-Runner and fixed the VSC light by performing the zero point calibration. A multi-point inspection was performed and tire pressure was checked and properly inflated.Al Harvell, Assistant Service Mgr. was very professional and knowledgeable in writing the service request. I will definitely get all the scheduled maintenance service of my two Toyotas at this dealership.

Had an appointment for service and was running just a little late due to traffic back-up. However, Mr. Al Harvell assisted me and assured me that it was no problem and would have me out quickly. Even with the back up of vehicles being serviced, I was out at the time he quoted. This was the second time I was assisted by Mr. Harvell and he is an exceptional professional. Each time my husband or I had questions, he explained fully the answers and because of that, I will only have my car serviced at M.V. Toyota and request my friends to use M.V. Toyota. (Just a side note: The first time I had my care serviced at the place where I purchased my vehicle, someone stole my cell phone charger out of my glove box and my radio stations were changed) After that happened, I started using M.V. Toyota and nothing was stolen nor was my radio stations changed in my car. Much appreciated for the care shown towards your customers!

I had an appointment for a simple oil change that took over two hours to complete. This dealership needs more service technician to meet the needs of truly exceptional service. The only positive thing that occurred was the friendly service I received from Al, even though my appointment was with Mike. When I arrived Al was busy with a customer but came out to assist me as soon as he was done while about 8 of his colleagues huddled in a corner doing stretch exercises in the window and playing around without caring that there were customers waiting to simply be checked in. Seat, mirror, and air conditioning setting were changed during Lo-Jack installation. I also had a new key made, which I had ordered the previous week. I was not informed when I ordered the key at $165 that there would be an additional $90 charge to program it. Nor was I expecting over an hour wait for it, in addition to the 1-1/2 to 2 hours for LoJack installation. I had -- erroneously-- expected to pick up a cut and programmed key.It took 6 tries to get the regular air conditioning to come on, and the MPG indicator was crazy for a while. I stopped and started the car several times on the way home and all the eke trounces appear to be working properly right now. Would 2 keys on the ignition ring or in the car at the same time cause the glitch? Or something rose?Re:purchase of floor trash holder. Parts employee was very helpful. He told me about a custom order-able seat cover set to protect back of front seats plus rear split seat. This is a"dog-mobile" and needs lots of interior protection. Everyone is friendly and helpful-- just make sure to clarify additional key procedures to future customers.

After shopping for a new sedan to go with our new Nissan Murano, both at the same time, we used the Internet, telephone, dealership visits and test drives to ultimately select our new cars.By the time we settled on which sedan to purchase, all it came down to was the Internet pricing guides, phone calls between dealerships to establish "OTD" (Out The Door" prices for the make, model and trim and color we wanted before it was time to head to Moss Bros. to test drive and then buy our new Toyota Corolla LE Plus.My opinion is that none of the lead up to our trip to Moss Bros was easy except for the interaction we got on the phone with Mr. Robert Kellogg. After we entered the information on Truecar.com and submitted it to several dealerships, Mr. Kellogg and one of his assistants, I think it was 'Lauren" made calls back and forth to first find the trim and color we wanted and ultimately the OTD price.Moss. Bros quoted a price that was about $500.00 LESS than what we got from Temecula Toyota, a dealership very close to home.Our trip to Moss Bros, even in work traffic was worth it.The entire experience, while long, like just about every other vehicle purchase I have made, was fantastic, from the greeting to the moment we drove off the lot.I'm sad that I do not remember the last name of the Internet Manager who is called 'Junior' but he was probably the best salesman I've ever had an experience.He was very knowledgable about what we wanted and extremely friendly and attentive to our needs and wants.When it came down to pricing, we were quoted a price on the phone of approxametly $18,600.00. When I stated that we were willing to pay no more than $18,700 for the Corolla, after Junior went into the manager's office, Moss Bros. accepted our price.Since we paid cash for the car, there was no dealing about financing.When we finally got to the finance manager, we were the last buyers in the dealership. It was a longer than we had hoped for wait, but it was worth it. The F.M. didn't pester us with upgrades we told him up front we weren't interested in and he did a very efficient and friendly job.When we first decided that we wanted exactly what we wanted, seeking it out, pricing it out, and being able to drive off the Moss Bros. lot provided my wife Terri and I with an outstanding and remarkable experience.Moss Bros. representatives stated that they would accept the Trucar.com Internet price, and they did just that!"Shades" is our brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla LE Plus in the dark gray color and we love it!We want to thank everyone at Moss Bros. Toyota and Scion for the sedan purchasing experience and of course, we have noting but recommendations to others about researching and then heading over to Moss Bros.Mark and Teresa Wells, Murrieta, California.P.S. We had been shopping for two replacement vehicles since last October and neither of have have ever worked for Toyota or have/had any friends or relatives who work for Toyota except for our nephew who delivers parts for Toyota in the South Bay area. My truck was ready in a couple of hours. They came and picked me up, and my trucked was washed in the process. Very happy with my service experience.

I have purchased many cars through the years and I would definitely say this was the nicest experience buying a car I have ever had. The salesman Chad was very knowledgable, kind and reasonable. At every step I felt good about the deal I was making. It didn't feel Iike a typical high pressure sales job. It was nice and easy. I really felt like I got a great deal. Everyone involved from the moment I entered the parking lot to the financing was incredible. I was greeted and met by a very nice young lady who led me to my salesmen Chad. Chad was awesome. He really listened to me and set me up with what I feel was a steal of a deal. Jun who approved the deal was very reasonable, kind and friendly. Finally, the finance person was so quick and knowledgable. He answered all my questions with ease. Even my mom who went with me said she was really impressed.

The process was a good experience but my Service rep, Robert Cauley, almost had no personality.... He was straight forward but didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He also took the time to tell my wife that we did an "unnecessary" quick fix on the trunk latch in a way that she said was rude. We temporarily fixed it the best way we knew how. It was also one of he reasons why were there for service. Overall, I was satisfied with the speed of repair work and ease of payment. Thanks.

I scheduled an appointment with Hanendaz OR Fanendaz I don't remember clearly anyways he offered a great customer service. A very genuine and professional attitude. I was really happy to be served by him. he had made my day that morning after I got off work n dealing with all the stress and getting what you deserve is very rewarding. I am a nurse and a casino employee and a student and I deal with a lot of people each day with no expectation but when I received that quality service it just felt great. I also applaud "JO" I don't remember his entire name either has previously provided great service except I didn't have time to do the review for him. thanks Toyota. and please do tell your employees that they do a great job.

In May 2013 they said I need new tires and replaced 4 tires on my car for $590. I asked them to leave one of my existing tires as a spare tire in the trunk. One of the new tires exploded last Oct. on the free way. The spare tire that I had asked for was not in the trunk; so I had the car to be towed to my house as it was Saturday late afternoon and most tire places would have been closed by the time we got there. I could not use my car until it was fixed the next Monday. Discount tire replaced the damaged tire. They did not see any nail or other object that might have punctured the tire. Discount T. left the damaged tire in the trunk and advised me to call Moss Toyota that I got the tires from. If the spare tire was there I would not have to tow the car and I would not have been without a car for couple of days. I looked at the papers for the new tires from Moss B.; there was no papers for tire warranty, the brand name of the tires was not on the papers. I called Steve and the answer was sorry we can not do anything, may be it was a bullet that exploded your car, Toyota does not warrantee our tires. I am not sure if I really needed the new tires in May 2013, after Steve talked me into it and took my car I had my doubts, but my car was already taken in. I am now noticing that it is 2009 Camry and I had it only for 4 years and the car had just 43, 350 miles on the original Toyota Camry tires when they changed the tires. The original Toyota tires warrantied for 50,000 miles, but go much longer. My driving is mostly free way driving. When they see a woman alone they use their scare tactic to sell the things that are not needed. I would never go there again and I would be more vigilant with the car service people.

Smooth transaction.Quality of repair can only be assessed in the long term, hence the three stars, but cannot be accurately be evaluated until time and miles have past, but so far so good. Once again, I have had a truly exceptional service visit to Moss Bros. Toyota in Moreno Valley. I was able to make my service appt on line (convenient). My service rep, Cassandra, greeted my & we discussed service options. I was given an approximate time of completion & although a shuttle service was available, I chose to wait in their new waiting area--flat screen TV & WiFi available. I enjoyed a free coffee & 2 donuts there. The service was completed on time, and they gave me a free car wash. I also got customer rewards credit (which I will use on a later service visit, since the money accumulates). I also received 2 complementary tickets to the LA County Fair-Excellent! To conclude, another outstanding visit to Moss Bros. Toyota in Moreno Valley--& yes, I will be doing business with them again!

I took my car in for recalls as well as other service. My wait was lengthy, but I knew that going in. Rather than be without my car I decided to wait. Candace came and checked on me and gave me updates on the repair and how much longer she thought it would take. When completed, I was surprised to see my car had been washed and tires dressed. Service Dept. did an excellent job. Two interim recalls on vehicle, therefore parts are unavailable but are on order and will come in soon. Big issue with vehicle rims. Totally unsatisfied with given result. Will continue to drive without any rims on wheels and will continue to tell people why they should NOT buy a toyota with rims. I think Toyota should replace my rims without charge but are unwilling to give up a measly $100 to do this. Therefore this is my last Toyota. No customer satisfaction here. By the way, this was my 5th Toyota. They last forever but I won't by another.

Fast service when I arrived. Service rep. Took all the information right away and said that the 20000 mile service would be completed ASAP, I asked how long in time would that be, he said two hours. A little longer then I was tolled over the phone, that a one hour time could be expected. I was not happy with the two hour wait, but they had a new waiting lounge, free coffee and donuts and TV.The wait time was 1 hour and fifty minutes.

In the past, I would have to take off from work for "scheduled maintenance," but since Moss Bros has introduced the shuttle service, I am able to leave my 4Runner, and take the shuttle to work. The convenience of the shuttle service added an extra dimension to Moss Bros great customer service!

Craig was very helpful and explained that my tire could not be repaired. I was referred to another facility for a second opinion. Ultimately had to purchase a new tire but the negative was overridden with a discount and good, fast efficient service. All of the service agents that I have worked with at Moss are very professional and courteous. The only thing I did not understand was why they did not dispose of the bad tire that could not be repaired instead of loading it in my ;trunk.Facility was under construction so not the best, therefore I did not rate.

Frist price that was given to me was a monthly payment with a ext warranty, alarm and paint & fabric protection that I did not ask for and later got removed. Please be careful when dealing with this dealership. I am still dealing with them on the refund for my alarm, pain and fabric and its been over 7 weeks since it was written out of the contract.

Moss Bros. dealership was not the first Toyota dealership we went to. I found them I think thru AAA if I remember correctly or maybe the Scion website. I called, and I talked to Sam Batniji from the fleet department in Moreno Valley. Wow!!! He hustled to get the car in the color my husband wanted. I was in a hurry to get the car because my child had a ceremony that evening at his school so I was calling Sam all day and he took my call each time, and was courteous and assuring that the car was coming. I am not an easy customer, I'll be the first to admit that; and $17000.00 is the bottom of the barrel pricing now for a car, but I was treated as if I was spending a million dollars. I am quick to complain and walk on a sale because of a bad attitude or someone who couldn't care less about getting my money.Our guy knew where we stood on price and wasn't pushy at all, just offered a few things and answered all our questions, but he was hustling without us feeling rushed. He just showed a sense of urgency which I loved. I hate when salespeople come off arrogant and non chalant and pushy. Our salesperson was OUTSTANDING, everyone couldn't have been nicer. Financing was easy, and the lady we dealt with there was wonderful and knowledgeable, and got us in and out. Great Experience.

We purchase a 2010 Toyota Camry in June 2009 at Moss Bros from Shandell Winderl (Wonderful Lady). The purchase process was without any stress for the sales lady was very professional and courteous. The follow-up service on upgrading our car security system went extremely smooth and they took the time to explain how to use it. In 2011 we experienced road damage to our front bumper. Contact Moss Bros for assistance and they directed us to their body repair dealership in San Bernardino. Their representative in the Body Shop did an outstanding job on replacing the front bumper and matching our silver color car exactly. In 2012, our driver side leather seat started separating on the left lower front at the seam. Call them again and asked for assistance as our car was just out of warranty due to mileage. We dropped our Camry off at the Toyota dealership prior to going on a short vacation for the Toyota District Representative(TDR) to evaluate. Moss Bros called us and told up that the TDR was going to replace our seat as Customer Goodwill. Later, we found out that the TDR was not going to replace our seat, as we have not been having our car serviced regularly at Moss Bros. Jayson Moss (Honda Dealership Manager) went to bat for us and successfully persuaded the TDR to replace our seat.We wish to express our deepest appreciation to Service Representatives Michael, Steve, Mike, Honda Manager Jayson, and all of Moss Bros employees for going the extra mile in supporting us in our time of need. Toyota listened to Moss Bros management team and replaced our seat. The company that Moss Bros used to replace our seat did an excellent job. Again, we appreciate the TDR for listening to Moss Bros management and extending to us this wonderful customer jester of goodwill.We are the original and proud owners of a 1997 Toyota Camry which has over 276,000 miles. The body, interior, and motor are still in great working and running condition. We hope to get another 200,000 miles out of it. This speaks volumes to the great craftsmanship and quality that Toyota put into their vehicles. Moss Bros is our dealership NOW and in the future. I can testify that they will sell you a great car, at a Great Price, provide outstanding maintenance that will keep your vehicle running great for many, many, years and work wonders with the manufacturer when needed. Just a point of interest - our daughter just purchased a 2012 Honda Accord that she is extremely happy with. She got it at Moss Bros at a price well within her budget and at very, very low interest rate.

I called the "FLEET MANAGER" Shawdell and told her I wanted a new Tundra today! I had just crashed mine so I knew exactly what I wanted. Shawdell told me that she just happened to have the exact Tundra; Metallic Grey, SR5, Bucket Seats, Backup Camera, Alloy Wheels, JBL Sound, and Grey Interior. Shawdell gave me the sticker price, which seemed low compared to what I had seen. I asked again to verify that the truck was loaded and she assured me it was. Upon arriving I see the truck and to my amazement it had nothing listed above except for grey interior. I expect way more from a fleet manager. I would not recommend this fleet sales manager to anyone.

Today, I went to pick up my Toyota at Moss. They had to have it overnight since they could not replicate a problem that the car has, and so they had to get a rep from the extended warranty to look at it. Well, they declined it, and when I picked up my car, I told them of my upcoming road trip. If the same problem happens, I will be having it filmed by other riders in the car, and then I will post it on YouTube. ESAD!So I left Toyota and went over to Dodge...still Moss. I test drove the 2012 Challenger. Nice! Hell will freeze over before I buy a car from them.We went out to look at my possible trade-in Toyota, and thats when I noticed something wrong. Moss Toyota had taken my Toyota of San Bernardino license plate frames and replaced them with Moss. I was irritated because I left Moss after they lied to me, and I went to Toy of SB to buy my car through a Costco program. Tracy was more POd about it than me. She called the service writer and ripped them a new one...to the extent that we want ad $$$ from them. Well the service writer called me back to say that it was policy handed down from Glen that all plate frames (unless personalized) are to be replaced. Thats pretty ballsy to remove something from my car and replace it...particularly since I left them to buy a car elsewhere. They sent a guy out...I have video for YouTube of him putting back my license plate frames to combine with problems that we will film later.

Horrible service!!!! The worst in my 20 years of buying cars. My husband and I didn't want them to run a credit application because we don't want the ding on our credit application (we are re-financing the house soon and are very aware of our credit rating and what affects it). We had two valid checks they could have processed immediately. When we refused to give over our social security numbers to run the credit application, they brought in the manager who proceeded to be biggest jerk. I wanted a Prius (I got one from Redlands 2 hours later) so I think they feel a special power because, as they told me several times, there are only 20 in California due to the natural disasters in Japan. The manager mocked us, busted out a "back scratcher" as part of some inside joke with his staff and said we couldn't be calmed with it, laughed and told us the Patriot Act required him to get my social security to BUY a car with other funds. He said it was the law. It was so ridiculous, I was shocked. I asked him to show me the law and he changed his story, then saying he thought it was law and he would look. He eventually gave me a piece of appear that had laws on it that were completely inapplicable to my situation. Like I told him, he may as well put the IRS code in front of me, it was irrelevant. He was highly agitated and the last thing he said to us, that anyone did, was "You know, you don't have to buy a car here." Indeed. I took my $30,000 elsewhere. Yes, I think that's a lot of money, even if they don't. 24 hours later I have my car, for almost $1,000 less, and am very happy. Either one of my two Toyotas could break down in front of Moss Brothers and I still would have them towed to another dealership. If you wonder why my review is so different from others, I believe its because the salespeople send these requests to customers they know are very happy with their service. I got my request from another dealership, the one that treated me as customer. However, I figured since I was here, I'd warn potential customers and save them the 2 hours of time and aggravation I suffered.

Aaron and Victor was amazing, They were very good conversationalists and generally seemed interested in my happiness. They were willing to drive me anywhere I needed to complete the transaction and at the end of the sale I needed to return my rent a car to an Enterprise. Luckily there was one within the Moss Bros Buick side dealership and so Aaron accompanied me to fulfill that duty. My over-all experience was great, there was a little frustration over the necessary paperwork that I needed to provide them with to complete the transaction but this does not reflect the sales team who went above and beyond to make me happy.

When you buy a TV or a computer from say... Best Buy, after they ring up the price, they will inevitably ask if you want to purchase an extended warrantee. THIS IS CALLED FULL DISCLOSURE, which is the open and honest way to deal with a customer you respect and appriciate. Customer's choice: most customers will decline the offer because that is a waste of their money for something that hardly every breaks down. I discussed my car purchase with Moss Bros on multiple occasions (by internet and by phone) before actually driving over to the dealership. I inquired about the hybrid, the SE, and the LE Camry. Unbeknownst to me, every "monthly payment" quote calculated by the sales assoociate (i.e. Nabeel), the quoted monthly payment included an UNDISCLOSED "PORTFOLIO EXTENDED WARRANTEE" charge of $1,595.00. I asked for the price of the cars, and those was satisfactory to me. I ask for the monthly payments and the APRs, and those were satisfactory to me. BUT, what I did not ask for, what I did not know, and what I was not told, was that the every calculated monthly payment included an additional optional $1,595.00 charge that I did not ask for and that I did not want.At the delarship, on Saturday 12/18/10, on several occasions of re-calculating the monthly payments and the APRs, at no time did the sales assoociate specifically informed me that he deliberately included, without my knowledge or request, a "PORTFOLIO EXTENDED WARRANTEE" charge of $1,595.00. Next, the signing of the aproximately 20 documents in the finance manager's office went so fast I thought that all additional costs added to the amount financed were only the required state and dealership fees and taxes. It was when I got home with the car, and upon closely reviewing the signed finance contract that I realized that 'Moss Bros' pulled and fast one on me. The classic 'car dealership salesman/conman' bait and switch.WHY WAS THERE NO FULL DISCLOSURE of the PORTFOLIO EXTENDED WARRENTEE? Nabeel, the finance manager and I had an extended discussion about a GAP insurance and a car alarm system. I chose to purchase the car alarm, but not the GAP insurance. THAT WAS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A FULL DISCLOSURE DISCUSSION! Lets just say that the 'car dealership salesman/conman' has once again lived up to his untrustworthy reputation. And what if I go back to Moss Bros to complain; they would say, hey..., you signed the contract and drove away with the car! Tough luck! Well, that would be true, which is the only purely honest statement a 'car dealership salesman/conman' would ever say.Nabeel strikes me as a very nice, helpful, 'work with a customer' guy. I dealt with him for only one week and I actually like him and I enjoyed his efforts with working with me and getting me a car that I love. Of the three Toyota dealerships I contacted during December 2010, he made me chose Moss Bros over 'Quality' in Corona' and the other Toyota delership in Temecula (which is close to where I live). The both demonstrated poor custormer sensitivity and enthusiasm. This is my third brand new Camry in 18 years. And this one is the best ever; man... it is a beautiful car and a most wonderful drive. It drives like a luxary car, seriously! Toyota truely makes great cars! BUT, if it is the policy of 'Moss Bros' to do this type of classic 'car dealership salesman/conman' bait and switch with their customers, then my next purchase and all of my maintainance will not be done at Moss Bros. AFTERALL, IT IS MY $1,595.00, NOT THEIRS! I should have been respected enough to be given full disclosure, and by that I mean that during the negotiations, 100% of the monthly payment and APR quotes should have been done without hiding the PORTFOLIO EXTENDED WARRANTEE $1,595.00 charge from me. Sadly, I do not expect any remedy to this classic 'car dealership salesman/conman' bait and switch success.

Would have preferred to rate everything 4.5 since everything was better than good, but there is always room for improvement even with the best dealerships. My entire experience in purchasing a new Tacoma was nothing short of awesome. Shandell is by far the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. She helped me get military and college grad discounts. She checked up on me two days later to make sure everything with my new vehicle was still all right. I had a pre-approved loan but Moss was able to beat my credit union by almost a full point, and with the two discounts was over $20 cheaper per month on a 5 year loan. I feel assured that I got the best possible deal and was treated very well while getting it. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The entire staff at Moss was outstanding.

My partner and I went to Moss Bros Toyota in Moreno Valley because of their advertised sales on their 2010 Corolla model and walked out with a 2011 Camry only $4 per month above our budget! He was accommodating to our desire to test drive and compare a Honda Accord to the Camry before we made a decision on the Camry. We even walked off the lot before we made our final decision and he didn't harrass us (we have been harrassed in the past by other dealerships to stay onsite so they can "work on us" some more!). We felt that Richard listened to what we wanted and did his best to make it happen...and beyond our original expectation walking onto the lot.We had to stay strong with our budget when dealing with the Sales Manager, but that is to be expected because dealerships are trying to make the most profit as we are trying to get the best price. The nice thing is that there was not one moment in which the sales or financing team was rude or disrespectful. They wanted our business as much as we wanted the car.

Mr. Duque helped us get not one but two new cars. We did not have to haggle and go back and forth to get a good deal. He had us already approved when we got there. Mr. Duque and the finance person (Stephen Garcia) were very helpful. No hard sell. When we discovered that there were no floor mats in one of the cars, we returned to the dealer and the floor mats were ready for us. A few years back we bought a Ford F-150 from Moss Bros. Ford in Colton (now closed). The people there were so nice that I thought if I bought another car again, it would be at another Moss Bros. dealership (hence the Toyota purchases). Our daughter will be driving soon, and if we buy another car, it will be with Moss Bros. again.

My drivers window was broken. I took the door panel off myself and found the broken, small plastic part. I was quoted on the phone of approx. $150.00 which was acceptable. Received a phone call saying the motor and regulator was bad and that it would be 601.00. Unacceptable! The motor is fine. It is just a small plastic part that is broken. I do not know why I took my car there after taking it there once before. That time they charge me over $900.00 to fix a problem. Got one block away and the car was still not fixed. Would not recommend this dealership. Go to Toyota of Riverside for everything.
