Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Motion Kia today from start to finish! Mike was super helpful on the phone and hooking me up with Brett. My husband and I went and looked at exactly what I had spoken to Mike about and less than 90 minutes later we were driving off the lot with our new certified pre owned Stinger!! Service Manager Victor and Service consultant Blade are always very helpful and accommodating. Honestly I always come back because of the hospitality. Victor has made it real easy and comfortable for to do business with the service center. He always lets me know what my car needs and makes sure to fit me it if and work with my busy schedule if needed. I don't see myself going anywhere else but Motion Kia thanks to the great friendly stafe there.

Brought my car in for service. Everything that was going to be done was told to me before hand. Told me exactly how much it would cost before they did the work. I really appreciate that. Service team did great work. Was offered a beverage and snack multiple time. Overall just an excellent experience. I also bought my car there and was very happy with the sales team as well. Would recommend service and sales at Motion Kia.

Excellent customer service! The staff at Motion Kia are all friendly, helpful and truly want you to be comfortable with your purchase! Ashley helped me with making my decision and showed me all of my options - she went above and beyond! I also had the pleasure of working with Orlando who closed the sale. Both Ashley and Orlando really made the whole process easy and comfortable! I never felt pressured, they listened to what I wanted and got me exactly that! I can't say enough about our experience at Motion Kia. My salesman Andy Kamaras was so pleasant, informative and helpful. After our first phone conversation Andy understood what I was looking for. A really friendly, informative and energetic group of individuals. Everyone was attentive, pleasant and quick to act. We were never left hanging or waiting. I got a decent amount for my old car and a pretty good deal on a new 2017 Sportage. I am very happy with them so far. Hopefully I won't need any repairs for some time but I'm sure that experience will be just as satisfactory.

Until I actually walked into the Motion Kia Dealership, I would have never even considered buying a foreign car. Man was I wrong.! I originally came in because of another vehicle that I was thinking of getting. As the Kia salesman approached me in the parking lot I was thinking here comes the usual sales pitch with pressure and hidden costs. I was greeted by Jeff with a friendly hello asking what he could do for me. I told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and that I didn't want to stay here all day. He agreed and told me that wouldn't happen. It didn't. He listened to what I wanted, found me a newer model, gave me a fantastic price and most of all I was out in just a couple of hours. Definitely, telling family and friends to go to Motion Kia.

Just bought a Kia Sportage to replace my Jeep, and much to my surprise, I love it! Having been a Jeep fan, I had my reservations about buying a Kia, but I am pleasantly surprised by the style, and comfort of the Sportage. It handles beautifully and has a nice, smooth ride. The sales team was wonderful to work with - particularly Kyle (sales) and Bob (manager). I recommend Motion Kia to anyone thinking about buying a new car. Kia's are new and fun!!

I hate going to car dealers. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and it was always pulling teeth to get the numbers. Not here though, I met Jeff Sanchez who was fair and honest and showed me the Sorento EX V6. I asked for lease and finance numbers and the General Manager Bob came out to give me the payments. They were upfront and asked if there was anything else they could do to earn my business that day and I said give me a good number on my trade. They actually gave me more than I thought I would get. I met Orlando to do the finance paperwork and there were no gimmicks or surprises. I drove it home just 2 hours after meeting them. What a wonderful experience, smooth and transparent. I wish every sales experience was like this. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs a new car. Thank you

We came into the dealership after speaking with Orlando and Ashley, we got to the point of what we were looking for, they listened and we came to an agreement and we were out of the dealership in about 2 hours. Everyone was helpful and when a mistake was made with Service we were given an apology and that was also settled in a very fair and thoughtful way. It's been a pleasure to deal with Motion Kia.

Took the car for a warranty repair on Thursday, they would not offer loaner because the vehicle was not purchased there...had to pay for a rental.The replacement part did not arrive on Friday as they promised so they blamed warehouse. On Saturday they had the nerves to blame Fedex for not having the part.In short, a one day repair ended up having the vehicle in the dealership for four days. When trying to get some money back for the rental since they did not offer a loaner they referred me to Kia Corporate assuring me that they always honor this type of claims, well... they did not.On top of all that they used scare tactics in order to do a transmission flush at under 60000 miles for which they charged me over $245, which later on I read on the manual and online that that kind of service is not necessary on sealed transmissions.( again I couldn't have a discount even though they performed such a poor service)STAY AWAY

Unfortunately, a large number of car dealers have a bad reputation, whether they sell used or new. I leased my first vehicle from Motion and had a favorable experience. Upon looking at leasing another vehicle from Motion, my new rep Andy left much to be desired. Unfortunately, little useful information was provided, and all he wanted to do was see my current vehicle and get me in there; with essence of snide. I preferred to save some time and do some of the leg work prior. Fortunately, I found another local dealer that was accommodating to my needs and I felt far more valuable, not just another sale to be made and forced had I visited the dealership ASAP. This other local dealership took the time to go over my options and gave me pricing, so my in dealership experience is shorter, more pleasant, and less smoke and mirrors on the sales floor to get the sale done.

On August 24th, I brought in my Kia for warranty service for a defective wheel bearing. The dealership confirmed over the phone that the front right wheel bearing was fully covered under warranty for 100,000 miles. The vehicle had only 67,315 miles on it at the time.On August 25th, the dealer refused to honor the warranty saying that the defective wheel bearing was caused by an accident. This car has NEVER been in any front end accident. Ever. The dealer wanted to charge us several hundred dollars to do the repair. I protested and argued that the car was never in any such accident and that they were obligated to do the repair for free. They refused and would not release my vehicle back to me unless I paid them $85.60 for their time to look at the vehicle. I refused and told them I owed them nothing as they incorrectly refused to honor the warranty. They still refused to release my vehicle to me until they received payment. Basically, they were holding my vehicle hostage to collect a fee to which they were not entitled. The Service representative, Glenn, had the nerve to tell me that if I had done some oil changes there, they would have considered honoring the warranty. I was unaware that honoring a warranty was conditional upon having other services provided by that dealer. In fact, there is no such rule and what they do is unethical and ILLEGAL.The following week when I had some spare time, I brought the car to a different Kia dealership. This dealer looked at the car and said that it was eligible for free repair under warranty and that the other dealer was either mistaken or trying to defraud me of hundreds of dollars. They performed the repair for free and now I have a credit card dispute with Motion Kia.Reading other reviews, you will see that this is not an uncommon experience at this awful dealership. Never again will we set foot in that dump.

Don't even know where to start....service and communication were lacking. I am sorry for the money I spent at this dealership. From not booking my appointment for service and a loaner car to having to keep my car for 4 days for a 1 day job, not washing my car twice when it was there as promised (first time I had a coupon and they ignored it) and performing a voluntary recall service without telling me, it was an unpleasant experience. To boot, the price quoted for my service was $400+ off. The General Manager did not even acknowledge the emails I sent to let him know about my experience. What really tops it off is Kia Corporate contacted him about my experience and he told them he'd call me to discuss what they can do to make things right with me. I'm still waiting for that call........it's been over a month now.

I was really upset today, and didn't know how to handle it in person. I went in for a routine oil change, and they charged me over $200. I wasn't aware that they were doing all of these things to my car, like replacing all these filters and inspections without asking. I was too embarrassed to say that I couldn't afford it. I really wish I would have said something, but this being my first brand new car, I wasn't sure if it was routine at the 15,000 mile mark and didn't want to look like an idiot. I wish they would have told me everything before hand, and I'm seriously contemplating not going back, even if that means no free tires for the life of the car...

Car shopping can be stressful, the whole team was very nice to my wife and kids and very professional. Our salesman, Andy Kamaris, was super. He took care of my insurance transfer and very knowledgeable about all of his and competitive cars....unlike another Kia dealer that we visited. The team were very fair and Jay, the finance manager, explained every aspect of the deal. It's a smaller dealership and I really like the personal attention that we received as a result. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a good car at a fair price, without the pressure of new car shopping or the feeling that I was being taken advantage of.

I made an appointment for my tires and they said that they had time to to a full service plus two recalls on my car (after I was originality told that one recall would be 3 hours). I only waited about 1-1/2 hours, and had time to relax! Glenn was very personable and courteous!

I had actually contacted a different Kia service dept. before calling Motion Kia. They could not fit me in and told me my service would take hours and would be best if I didn't stay while car was being repaired. I told the other guy to forget it and I would call Motion Kia instead. Your rep answered the phone and got me an appointment the very next day. I was thrilled! I was a little disappointed that after I got there, I was told that the issue was not covered under the warranty but they took the car back to inspect the issue. 20 min later - I was told that they didn't have the part but they could order it and they layed out the repair price right there for me & the amount of time it would take to fix it. I appreciate that but... I was charged a fee to just look at the car and then given a breakdown on parts and labor. I wish they would have told me I would be charge just for looking at the car. I still need to make an appointment to come back and have the car fixed on another day. In hind sight - I think that must be why the other dealership told me it would take hours to fix the car. Probably would have still cost the same amount of money - just would have been done in one shot!

Salesperson 'begged' me to come to the dealership, that her manager would give me an even BETTER deal than she could give me via emails. I went to the dealership, the salesperson offered her hand while repeating the terms of the deal to me and shook hands on the deal , ( remember she offered her hand to shake on the deal) . Her manager then came over and said he could not do the deal as he would lose to much money it. THIS DEALERSHIP LIES TO PEOPLE. You don't shake hands on a deal and then don't complete the transaction !!!!!!!!!!!!! Their word is NO GOOD. Do not believe what they say. I got up and walked out, not believing what had just happened. They didn't even try and stop me or contact me. The salesperson claimed in responding to an email I sent that it was 'miscommunication' , there was NO miscommunication. They LIED to me. I challenge them to a lie detector test. We had a deal and they lied. I only hope the general manager of the dealership is reading this, if so ask your salespeople and manager about this. They should remember who I am, especially the salesperson. For what your staff did to me , wasting my time and not telling the truth, your dealership should be suspended from selling cars by Kia itself.

It all started last September 2012, when I bought a Kia Optima Hybrid. After 3 weeks bubbles appear in one of the tires. Gary the manager of Motion Kia would not give me a tire and said that the bumper to bumper warranty will not cover the tire.Aren't the tires included in the bumper to bumper warranty? He told me to leave the car and he'll take care of the problem. I told him how am I going to go home? He said it's my problem. I eventually got him on the phone and told him if he doesn't give me a replacement of the tire, I will never buy anything from the dealership again. I didn't threaten him, I just said I won't do business with him again. It's not a threat! The next thing that happened with the car is the air conditioning won't work. Motion Kia had the car for 2 months and they couldn't fix it. After constant follow-up with them they told me they have to get the parts in Korea. Finally after exchausting everything else, they have to put a new wire harness in the car. Motion Kia must have spent over 10,000 $ to cover car rental/labor/parts.Adrian the service manager felt ssorry for me not having my car, but still paying for it. He told me one day, he'll replace the bad tire and the least he can do for me after all the aggravations I've been through with the car. Why couldn't Andy, the salesman or Gary the manager do what Adrian did that would only be good business. Now I had a problem with my trunk open up unexpectedly which is very dangerous! The reason I believe this is happening is they did a bad job in installing the wire harness. Last July 25th,I ran over a rock on Route 280 and the log nuts are too tight and had a serious problem taking it off. Motion Kia was the one who rotated the tire and put the log nuts too tight. I went to Motion Kia that day very angry, because they put me and my wife in a very dangerous situation. I was yelling in the showroom and they took me out. Andy told the guy that was in my face that I am a minister,, I said can a minister not allowed to get mad? Only God is perfect Wouldn't you yell if you were in my situation? So I am now barred for life in Motion Kia. This is the best thing that ever happened to me. Thank you and God Bless!!

Lorre and Jim from Motion KIA in Mt. Olive, NJ made buying a new car as exciting as it should be. Without question this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. No haggle, no high pressure. No rip offs. From now on, we will go here first for all of our vehicle needs. We are from Staten Island, NY and drove one hour and it was worth the trip! They were fantastic to deal with. I would buy another car here and tell somebody I know to buy or lease here.

My first experience with Motion Kia on Rte 46, Mt.Olive was less than I had hoped, although the car I leased (Kia Forte) ,is great!, The sales people gave me a great deal,, the showroom was clean and neat but the service needs A LOT of improvement. My new car needed a new part the day after I drove it off the lot, not good, they promised me the part would be in the very next day, I showed up to leave it, guess what, no part! Then I ordered a rear bumper guard to be installed while the car was there anyway, when I went to pick up the car and paid for the part, I checked the bumper, guess what, the guard was never put on, then the service manager told me the mechanic told him it was installed, I said its NOT there! With no apology he told me to return at a later to have it installed!, Would I buy another Kia again, yes, there NO!!!

Andy was my sales rep, and he was professional, courteous, and gave me a great trade-in value for my old car. If you are looking for a great value and a FUN vehicle to drive, please consider the Soul. It's great on gas, handles nicely in snow, has good pickup, and is very comfortable for large/tall people (plenty of leg room and headroom for 6'5" person). Love my Soul! It started with a professional e-mail exchange, Mike always answered very promptly and honestly and quoted a very fair price compared with Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book.He was on time for an appointment and lived up to the promise on the purchase as well as trade-in.He took his time during the test drive, extremely knowlegable, so differet from most car salesmen I have met over 40 years of car-buying.No pressure whatsoever, I was introduced to the General manager and Credit manager as well as Service manager everybodywas very professional and friendly, I would buy another car from Mike and the Dealership in a second.

I found a very good deal on a car here and called Mike to speak about it. Everything seemed good and I scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. When I called the next day to let him know I was almost there, his associate informed me that the owners son had taken the car and gone to college but that they had a similar car that I could look at.Classic bait and switch. They did not call back and apologize or accept responsibility. Do yourself a favor and avoid them!!

Leased two cars from Motion KIA with the last 7 months. The first car we least, the experience could not have been better. No pressure and our sales rep took the time to answer every question. When we wanted to lease our second car we went back to Motion. Same great experience. Our sales rep remember us and provided us with the same comfort level as was the case with our first car. Customer Service is outstanding on all levels!!

I visited several dealers while looking of a new SUV. Motion Kia not only had an excellent deal but there was never any high pressure. Andy our salesman knew the vehicles inside and out. Their showroom is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and courteous. I can't comment on service as I just bought the car. I will save that for a later review. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

We already own a Kia Sportage 2007 and we are happy with the performance of the car, so when I was looking to update my Jeep 2007, Kia seemed to be the best option, so when we went to Motion Kia in Mount Olive NJ I was happy to confirm I was making the right decision, Nelson Jimenez worked patiently with me and my husband showing us the different option for the Sorrento I had in mind, it was especially challenging because it was a very cold Saturday with flurries outside, but after getting a huge discount from the manager Im happy to say I left the dealer with my new 2013 Sorrento. This vehicle offers the comfort of a minivan but in a large SUV, it is actually 4 Cl so it has proven to be fuel efficient and the package of fixtures it has is worth every penny. Nelson when above and beyond to show us every feature in it , answering to every question my husband and I have. I would definitely go back and buy another car, and would strongly recommend Motion Kia and Nelson to anyone.

I have been servicing my car at Motion Kia in Mt Olive for a number of years. I bring my Honda here to be serviced because I trust the service I get and how I am treated and respected as a customer. This past weekend my daughter purchased her first new car, a KIA Sorrento. She drove to Motion KIA from Vermont because she had trust and confidence in how she would be treated. We were not disappointed. The entire staff gave us the time we needed in making a decision and working out which deal would work best for us. There was no high pressure, more of a feel that the dealership was right beside us guiding us through the process. I will not only continue to service my cars here but when the time is right I will be buying my next vehicle here as well.

I purchased my Optima about 1 month ago. I found the whole sales process to be very professional, friendly and low pressure. Tony Fiore, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and worked to get me a good deal on the car. He continues to follow-up and ask how things are going, etc. I also used the service department for the first time for an oil change. I dropped my car off without an appointment and received a call from the service manager indicating that the car was done. Although I've only had one month's experience with the dealer, I'm very happy with how they have performed. I would highly recommend this dealer.

My husband and I have purchased all of our cars over the last 7 years from Mike. We have recommend all of our friends to use Mike and will continue to do so. We are always happy with the service that Mike and Motion have given us. Having a young family we wanted to make sure our new car was not only going to be affordable but also safe for our young children. Having known Mike for sometime now, he not only knew exactly what our needs were but also would not recommend or allow us to purchase a care that was not safe. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product he is selling. It is refreshing to able to purchase a product and know that you have made a great decision! We will continue to use Mike and Motion Kia for all our car needs!

I heard about this dealer from a friend of mine that bought a car about a month prior to me, and he swore by it. I drove almost 2 hours to deal with them, and it was worth every second. From the second I walked in it was all about customer service before anything else. Even at crunch time with haggling price for my new(used) car I felt no pressure into buying. Being on a limited income in this economy is hard to afford anything now. At no time did I feel pressure or obligation to purchase my car and for that I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I brought my car in for something that was covered under the federal emmissions warranty. They (Adam) made a huge deal about not covering it because I didn't have my maintainence done at the dealership. I provided them with copies of all my previous service records.They then insisted that I had to have the 60000 mile maintainence done or they wouldn't do the repair under warranty. Keep in mind this is under the FEDERAL EMMISSIONS WARRANTY. I talked to two other auto service departments who both said the repair needed to be covered regardless of any other issues. I paid and had the 60000 mile maintainence done.Brought the car home. Went out to start it the next day and the battery was dead. I had it towed back to them and paid to have it replaced.Less than one week later the check engine light is back on.I went back in to talk to Adam. I told him i was not very happy with having to bring it back in again when they just did a "full diagnostic and recommended maintainence"he told me they could scan it and I said fine. THEN HE STARTED IN ON ME ABOUT HOW THEY SHOULDN"T HAVE COVERED THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER!!!!IT IS covered under FEDERAL WARRANTY.I told him I didn't even care. He kept harping on and on about all the things my car needed done. It was a coolant flush, an air filter and a transmission flush ALL of which I PAID them to do! I just expected my car to run with less problems than when I brought it in. I told him I paid for all the things you told me needed to be done. I had a right to be happy my car wasn't working.He was such a jerk ( to put it nicely) I walked out without gettting it scanned. I would rather pay to have it scanned somewhere else to never have to deal with Adam again. In fact.... after this I will not own another Kia product because this is what kind of service they think is acceptable at their dealerships.

Adam in customer service was beyond rude to me. He kept trying to blame things on his boss, would not take any responsiblity for anything. Hassled me about everything. three visits to the service department in three weeks and the car is still not working. More problems have cropped up since their "repair" I would never return to their service department because of Adam.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Nina, Mike, and Jim all told me that after our deal fell through, they "refunded" me. They noted that "our credit receipts print in red ink, so we can't fax it to you." Yeah right. They will scam you, try to rip you off, take your money, and run. They will not call you back, and when they do they will talk over you and hang up on you. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware.

I have given this rating because it is how I feel about the dealership and my sales person. There was a hold up with my money being released to me so I had to wait a week and ahalf to get the car and everyone was very understanding. The day I picked up the car the whole sales staff came out to say good luck and enjoy. Very friendly place.

Best new car buying experience ever and I've bought about ten new one's. Friendly, no pressure sales pitch. No " I'll take it to my manager " games. No arm twisting. Family type atmosphere. Answered all my questions with honesty. Good value for my trade in. Very accomodating, made you feel like they knew you forever and were important to have you as a friend as well as a customer. Just honest to goodness real people.

A friend had suggested we visit Kia after a few weeks of car hunting. From the start Motion Kia was great. Buying or leasing a new car can be a very stressful process. The feeling we got from Motion was that of "old friends". It was very comfortable and calm. There was no pressure at all. The fact that our salesman had just purchased a Kia for himself was one of the reasons I decided to go forward with the Soul. This is an outstanding dealership with genuine people. I already recommended them to a family member. The process really could not have been smoother.

Jim was helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment they delivered the new Optima I bought. When he went through all of the features before I took my car home, there were even more great features I didn't know about until he spent the time to show me. He even came in below the payment I told him I could make! I would definitely recommend going to Motion for the best service!

I had been a customer at Lincoln Motion for over 7 years. Even sent some of my friends there,,but since they changed to a Kia dealership, I've lost respect for them. I had my car serviced there 95% of the time. When I asked for a printout of the services I had there since day one, they first told me no problem. BUT after many, many phone calls (they were suppose to call ME back, which they didn't)and after my dropping in two times to the service dept, I was told they couldn't give me that report. It was MY responsiblilty to keep track of the service to my car. I even offered to bring a ream of paper in to print it out but they just couldn't give me the information I wanted.So, I will never go or refer to these people again.

bought a used vehicle with 66 thousand miles from them, I had a couple problems with it, with in 30 days, and the repairs where not covered under the 2 year warranty . I ended up doing the work my self at a cost of about $290.00 in parts. The sales department was a pleasure with no pressure. And the online chat with the dealer is a great idea. I would buy again from them but would take more time looking over the used vehicle.
