I have to say it was great as usual for personal, thorough service. We came to get a car and Brian Wells did a lot to find us the car we wanted, he was very courteous and efficient. I would certainly recommend him. We have been dealing with Motor City for many years their service department is great too. Good company to do business with.

Fast and easy to get an appointment. Service was superb. The technician discussed with me exactly what would be done and if there were any changes or needs, that would be discussed with me first. Waiting area was very clean. Overall service was top notch. I will service my vehicle here again. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best place to take your vehicle to. They consistently go above and beyond to take care of the customer. They’re honest, quick, efficient and very good with their work. I have never had a bad experience. Would recommend to anyone.

My oil change service was very quick. I received a coupon in the mail and was able to get a cheap oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. They're very reasonably priced. I used to go to an express lube and pay the same normal price as GMC. They would give me the wrong mileage & date recommendation to come back in and I wouldn't receive a tire rotation either. Lesson learned; Motor City is more bang for the same buck without a coupon.

I recommend Motor City Buick GMC. I was very satisfied with their customer service and the work they did on my truck. Pedro is the best! He is very professional and kept me updated on my vehicle. I even got my truck back sooner than estimated. Very friendly office staff. 5 stars!
