What an incredible experience from start to finish. We found purchasing a car rather difficult especially as we have moved to Ocala from the United Kingdom however Trevor, Thomas and the team at Motor City went above and beyond to ensure we got the right deal and they also even helped us with car insurance and ensured we got the right package for us. We have had the car for a week now and we are so impressed with it. I would honestly recommend the Motor City team to anyone wanting a good used car. Very happy customers. Simon & Laura

WARNING !!! Trevor Hogan should be in jail by now. The only reason he is not is because the people of Ocala don't go through the proper paper work to hold him responsible. They buy cars from auction for dirt cheap and flip them. No problem with that. The problem is when they have a car they know they can't flip so they clear the codes give it a quick fix and TELL YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR. They will say they will fix it. They will say its not a big deal and leave you stuck on the side of the road with your engine or transmission blown and tell you it must be YOUR FAULT. I really wish my partner had done some research before buying from here because it only took me minutes to read what they are all about. Just read the bad reviews. What's even more sickening is the fact they respond to these reviews questioning those who review them badly. " We don't see your name on our customer list" because not everyone uses their real name on Google you FOSSIL. Dont trust these people go somewhere with an actual warranty. And if you're already a victim contact the BBB.

Stopped by while we were out shopping for vehicles and was very impressed with the selection and how friendly everybody was. Ended up purchasing a BMW X5 for my wife and will definitely be back when I need another! Cleanest cars we've found in Ocala at small lots, no dealer fees and great people to deal with.

I purchased a car from out of state. They made it very easy and painless. Walked me through the steps from signing the papers to getting the car was about 1 day. Every time I texted or called with a question I was answered back even after hours. Car runs good.

I went searching for a used pickup truck and stopped in at Motor City of Ocala. I walked around the well suppled lot without being followed by a pushy salesperson. When I was ready to look closer at two trucks I went inside for help. Trevor, who was very knowledgeable, assisted me. He by no means was pushy, he allowed me to test drive the two trucks. When I was unable to make up my mind he allowed me to go home and think about it without trying to make me buy a vehicle before I left the lot. When I returned the next day with my mind made up Trevor was not in, but Bryan assisted me and answered all my questions. We negotiated a bit and he assisted me with making the purchase. There were a few things I wanted taken care of and all were taken care of before the end of the day. The next day I found a faulty switch in the door panel. When I called Bryan he said bring it right in. I did and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. It was a pleasure doing business with both of the owners at Motor City of Ocala. Definitely a 5 star dealership.
