I bought a Buick enclave in des Moines in June it was not running right long story short Motor Inn got it late July thought they had problem fixed. Unfortunately I didn't make it home. They towed it back and fixed it at no further cost to me. They are the greatest!!

IF you are buying a used vehicle have your mechanic look it over, bought a 2008 chevy tahoe and have already put in over $3000 in a little over 3 to 4 months. Not very honest with customers when they say nothing is wrong with it that they know of. Contacting BBB and filing a complaint

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. over 2000 dollars later and the issue they "fixed" is broken again less than a week later. I'm livid. I do not have $2000 to just throw around. They won't even fix their mistake. Never going again. I am having to take my car elsewhere to pay for the same repair again.

At the dealership I was greeted by Amy at the desk, went to customer lounge, the service work was done in a timely matter. I appreciate going to Motor Inn for service, work is always done right, Kevin and Amy are always very friendly.

I bought a new Prius in 2012. I've come here for nearly all my services. Not once have I had a bad experience or have been disappointed. A "triple A" rating to our salesman Al Hunter for his knowledge and patience with the sale. He helped us explore many options until we found the best that worked for us. Al referred us to others who have purchased the same car, so we "didn't have to take his word for it". And worked for the best price for us. Compared to purchases from other dealers this was a very pleasant...even great experience. Making an appointment with service department is easy and done within a day. They accommodate needs by giving a loaner. They explain everything that was done and willing to answer questions. There were times when they could help me troubleshoot over the phone and I did not need to make the trip in.
