This was excellent service, without an appointment, I was only at the dealer for 45 minutes for a regular service which included rotating tires, new windshield wipers, oil change, etc.

I do not know of any family or work members who have visited the Shelor service facility. They offer a free shuttle to and from Blacksburg (or wherever) , all the people were friendly, and the work was professionally done.

This review should not be directed to any one person nor am I sharing why or who is responsible. I received a recall notice for my 08 dodge grand caravan sometime in June of 2015. Then I checked back with you in early Sept of 2015 and was told that the part would be reorder and it could take 2 to 3 weeks and would be called when it came in. I waited 3 more months, called to find out what was taking so long and "it just happened that you had the part in stock." I had not received a call. This seem to have taken a lot longer than it should have. Your staff on Dec 16th was courteous and professional, but there seems to be a break down in your system for fulfilling recall work.

Overall experience went smoothy. The sales people where great to work with to find what we wanted. We were given plenty of time to test drive. We weren't rushed and sales people stayed past scheduled work hours to help us. The vehicle was clean when delivered to us. Thank you.

We have had our vehicle the Shelor a few times for warranty repairs. In each case, the intake process was as smooth as can be. A little paperwork, then we were in our loaner car on our way. Eric was our contact person, and he was excellent at calling with updates, no matter how small they were. Problem was fixed and while the vehicle was being test driven, another problem was found and corrected. Highly recommend, its an hour and a half drive for us but well worth it.

A very good experience and I was given good attention by the customer service rep throughout the visit. The facility is top notch and the customer waiting area is second to none. I had an oil change, state inspection and four new tires and left feeling good about the experience even though the wallet was lighter than when I got there.

The experience of purchasing a new car from Shelor was very positive and smooth. Our salesperson was Taylor. He was very patient and not at all pushy. Yet he was persistent and thorough in addressing my concerns to ensure him a sale before the day's end.The only negative aspect I encountered was when we had returned later in the evening to purchase the car. Our salesman was busy with another customer so we had to wait approximately 20 minutes. There was no seating available in the showroom. There were also other employees repeatedly passing by during our wait but didn't ask if we were being helped or if we needed anything.

Shelor's service is always top notch. With their setup and design of the vehicle check-in and customer waiting area it is very clear they care about their customers. I have never seen any other dealer have such a nice setup. Their staff is always pleasant and willing to go that extra (shelor motor) mile to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I have never had a bad experience with their sales or service. It's the reason why I keep going back.
