Do you know what kind of car I could’ve bought for $7000 at any other car dealership in the surrounding area... but when you’re desperate you settle for anything. you knew the car had problems when you sold it to me for $5000 because you scan the code and then deleted them. I gotta pay $2000 in repairs and only had the car for three weeks and you still won’t turn the titles over because of $500 this car is not worth $5500 with 158,000 miles on it and all you kept saying is a deal is a deal because of the contract but you should’ve told me of all the problems this vehicle has but instead you told me it’s a good vehicle you literally fought with me for 10 minutes over 500 bucks saying a deal is a deal and I showed you receipts of expensive repairs and all I asked you was to be fair to me right is right wrong is wrongI spoke with Louis regarding a 2006 Jeep grand Cherokee

I wouldn’t say this is the worst car dealership but certainly not one I would be getting another car from Haven’t had my car a month before I started having problems with it , that I have to pay out of my hard work cash !!! I Bought a 2013 Ford Escape sel from them everything seemed great at first until the check engine light came on from there on I found out that this car was not certainly checked correctly before selling coming from not only me but from 2 different mechanics ( Sam ford galloway, and tire choice). I am a young teen Mom with a child who needEd a reliable transportation to get me and my child to school and this dealership did not make me a very satisfied customer . As Luis continued to try n change my mind that this was a vehicle that had been checked before being sold just a heads up if you are looking for a car and a FIRST TIME BUYER please take your car to a mechanic before purchasing.
