Julio was great! I submitted an inquiry online to sell my 2016 Mercedes GLA250 and was connected with Julio just under 48 hours. From there we communicated via email and phone to set up a day/time to look at my car. The entire process from start to finish was FLAWLESS! When I think about what a typical “sales person is” Julio was the exact opposite. He was humble, easy to chat with and personalized my experience to where I felt like I was talking with a friend. I would recommended to ANYONE that is looking to sell their vehicle to deal with Julio. He was great from start to finish.

I just purchased a car from Motorworld and I couldn’t be happier! Julio was unbelievable to work with giving me his undivided attention throughout the entire process. He was very professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Even though the car was at a different location, Julio set up an appointment at a moments notice to go view and test drive the car. Jean was also wonderful to work with as well. As an experienced mechanic he took the time to go through any questions or concerns I had to put me at ease. Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I traveled 3 hours to take a look at 2016 Tesla Model S 75D after reaching to Julio. Right when my dad and I walked in, we were greeted by Julio who immediately began to walk us through the car. As my dad and I were in a rush, we were not able to take the car home that day but Julio allowed us to come back the next week while they would hold the car for us. Right when I got there the very next week, I drove down with my truck and then home with a new Tesla. Thanks to Julio and Erin for making the purchase experience seamless and easy!

Great experience with Motorworld Frederick. Abe El-Ghoul was nice, courteous and made the process/ paperwork smooth, simple and comfortable. He went out of his way to understand my needs and remove any doubts. Price Points for the car i purchased were also reasonable. Highly recommended!
