Couldn’t have been a more stress free buying experience. Called ahead of time let Jacob know what car I was interested in, showed up and he had the keys ready for me to drive. Told him I would think on it, next day I asked if I could drive it again he said yes with no hesitation came the second day drove it again and ended up putting a deposit down to hold it while Jacob took the vehicle back to Lansing to get brand new tires put on. That was the only thing keeping me from purchasing and Jacob got the new tires put on and gave me a sweet deal. Definitely recommend for an easy car buying experience.

Buying the most expensive car of my life was a scary experience made safe and easy by my salesman, Jacob, and the staff at Kalamazoo Motors. I was kept up to date and received informative and fun texts from him throughout the process. I would love to deal with then again but my wife says that this was the last car I was ever buying!

i bought a 2013 ford focus st from them and i had the best customer experience out of all of the dealerships i had previously gone to, Jacob at the Kalamazoo branch was beyond helpful, he had the car and paperwork ready by the time i got there, i would definitely buy from them again

When I say Mr. Rick is a great person to work with, I mean he went above and beyond to see that I was well taken care of. I saw a vehicle that was on their website that was physically located at the Lansing dealership lot and Mr. Rick: 1- personally drove the vehicle down from Lansing to Kalamazoo. 2 - arranged for transport from my house to the dealer to assist in the reality that I did not have a car due to a recent accident where the person that hit my car totalled it. 3 - Ensured all of my questions were answered without pressure of actually purchasing a vehicle. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured to buy a vehicle, it was more having someone on my side to see what best fit my needs with what was available. Thanks, Rick!

I just recently purtchesed a vehicle from keith he is the best sales man ever and im so happy with my vehicle i was exactly what i wanted and more. We had plans to meet with a salesman at 10am on a Saturday. We drove an hour to be there and he never showed up. Didn't even call!! Waited for 30 minutes and just nothing. Complete waste of time and energy. Car was in Lansing and guy promised us to have it in Kalamazoo Saturday morning. He even said 9am was good. Obviously no respect for someone's time. Would never recommend them to anyone or return no matter what the deal.

Wonderful customer service and sales man Keith king is very helpful and did everything he promised to help me and my family out. Vehicle's are clean and nice and set at great prices i highly recommend then if your looking for a great vehicle. Our kids had a blast there and were treated with respect by everyone and were able to watch cartoons and not get bored. super friendly and outgoing receptionist who was very helpful with everything.

Keith King will promise you the moon just to make a sale. Absolutely ridiculous how dirty our vehicle was when we went to purchase it, even after he "promised" to have it detailed. Still have not received the spare key he promised two years ago. The car had many problems with it that were easily covered up until about a month later. Please take a mechanic to look over vehicle before you purchase it. He's a very pushy salesman! Do yourself a favor and visit a REAL car lot!

Me and my wife had been searching the net for a newer f-150. They had a 2010 that was very clean with only 64k on it for only 18900. So me and my wife drove 2 1/2 hours to see the truck and when I got there the Truck was right out front super clean and looked great! The rest of the cars were very nice as well mostly newer cars and trucks. We didnt even make it inside before the General Manager Keith had came out and greeted us at the door. After we told him which vehicle we were intrested in he went a grabbed the keys and brought the truck to the front door and put a plate on it. The truck was great no problems so when we got back we told him we would take it and he asked if we needed help with finacing. We recieved the best rate possible and was driving home our new F150 within a hour no thats what I call customer service I have never seen before.

I bought my 08 nitro from them. I had it 2 weeks and a wheel bearing went bad so we had our mechanic look at it and they told us to take it up to them. We took it up the second week of having it for an easy fix. The weather got bad so they couldn't work on it. Its been almost 4 weeks and we have yet to pick it back up. This coming up Tuesday will be 4 weeks without our Nitro. I'm not very pleased with them. We will NEVER buy from them again. They not only are taking forever to fix a wheel bearing but they refuse to call us back. We ALWAYS have to call them to find out what's going on. I called them this past Wednesday they said it will be done Thursday called Thursday they said Friday I have called numerous times today and it still isn't ready to be picked up. They are now telling me it will be ready tomorrow. I highly doubt it. I'm to the point right now where I would like to call a lawyer and sue them for the lemon law and also bring up the fact that its been almost 4 weeks! they refuse to let my mechanic fix it. they said if he fixes it then we have to pay for it. This shouldn't be our responsibility it should've been fixed before we bought it! I've been told multiple times to go at them with the lemon law. that's my next step. they had to send it up to their Lansing branch to have it fixed. so now it sits up there! I live 2 1/2 hours away from Lansing and 45 mins from Kalamazoo. This place is a joke! don't ever go here!!!!!
