Jake Grow was great! Have have accurate information and was very helpful throughout the buying process. The entire Motor Max of Holland team was great and provided a reasonable value for my trade in. I also got a lower rate than quoted! Even better, they have a relationship with a insurance company to lower your rates. Jake and the team definitely looks out for their buyers

Another Update: What's the Lemon Law, 30 days? I already have about $800 worth of work, that has to go into this truck, including the steering column, and front brakes. I lowered my rating to a 1 now, instead of the 3. Someone said I could do half a rating, but I tried, and it doesn't go to half. Motormax of Holland still hasn't called me back, to fix the sunroof like they said they would, and put it in their paperwork, that I had signed. That was the agreement if I bought the truck. So, very dishonest people. All they care about is selling as many vehicles as they can, and making all that money that they can. They don't seem to care about people, and being honest. Update: I had to change the rating from 5 stars to I guess, about 3. The agreement, that I would purchase my truck through them, was that I would buy it if they fixed the sunroof. They agreed and put it into the paperwork that I signed, and it was listed. Well, I called them and left a message on their voicemail, and they still haven't called me back, and it's probably been a couple of weeks as of 8/17/21. The team here worked with me, and got me into a Chevy Avalanche, that I've always wanted. It's a very busy place, but both Jordan and Todd were very nice and professional, and we were able to get the paperwork done the same night. Thank you guys. You're amazing!

I would recommend Motor Max of Holland Michigan to anyone who's looking for a vehicle they will do every thing possible to make sure that you drive away in your dream car. The staff (Todd and Jordan)worked tidieously getting me in my vehicle. I can appreciate the professionalism in which they handled my particular situation. I'm very pleased. Johnnie
