They never returned a call or Email, looks like if you don't show up in person they don't care about you. That may speak volumes about there customer service or lack there of !!!

We purchased a SUV here. It was a fleet vehicle from the US Forest Service (used fleet vehicles are their focus). We were looking for more of a utility vehicle for our family and it was by far the best value for our money. Plus it had great performance related upgrades since it was a fleet vehicle v a standard issue model. Chris was great to work with; very easy and simple buying process. We found a minor issue and they repaired it in a day for us. We will definitely come back to Motorsource for our next vehicle.

Despite being a small used car dealer specializing in used fleet vehicles, we found a private owner car which was very well maintained and priced very reasonably. General Manager Chris Gooden made for an extremely pleasant sales process in that he was forthright with information including the clean Carfax report. He was also very accommodating in allowing us to take the vehicle for an extended period of time for our evaluation and a mechanic's. In order to meet or exceed our expectations, he also provided us with some fixes as well as additional pricing concessions for the car's few, relatively minor shortcomings. In summation, we found that Chris and the rest of the staff at Motorsource (which we learned was a close family business) to be most pleasant, honest and not pushy in any way to make a sale. When we need to purchase another quality used vehicle in the future, we will not hesitate to first check with the fine people at Motorsource for anything they may have that would fit our needs!

Inquired about a car on Cars.com. Two days later got an auto-response saying the car was sold. No personal contact at all, no desire to make me a future buyer from this dealership.
