Greg, the manager was also just as easy and accommodating. Can’t say enough about how great today was. I LOVE my car and they made sure I loved everything about it before I drove away. I highly recommend Mount Kisco Chevrolet and John Loyola! John Loyola is an excellent salesperson who kept me in the loop about the Trailblazer in which I was interested. John emailed me several times to check in, and I was immediately notified when a blue glow Trailblazer became available. There was no hassle in the pricing based on the MSRP nor any pressure to add-on any additional options. I was able to pick up my gorgeous new SUV the same day. The care, courtesy and respect I was shown by John and the team at Mount Kisco Chevrolet made my new vehicle purchase an extremely pleasant experience. This service department used to be good. Now under new ownership the customer service is beyond lacking. After holding my vehicle for two days, dealership had resolved zero issues citing that they "didn't want to do the paperwork" involved with warranty repairs and that they "would have fixed issues had the vehicle been purchased from them". This is not how you maintain a customer base. By the way Chevy said that the paint IS covered by warranty and it was taken care of by a better dealership. You could have at least rotated the tires or checked the balance.

Anthony and Michael were great. Answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. They responded to my emails well after 7 pm to help me make my decision concerning what vehicle I was going with. Since I had not purchased a vehicle in over 10 years, things have changed concerning leasing or buying a vehicle and they were extremely helpful throughout the process. Excellent service.

a lot of unnecessary contact in confirming the appointment, and difficult to get checked out once the service was done. said they needed the whole day for the appointment, and wound up taking two hours - was great to get the car back early, just wish that, from a planning perspective, I had a more realistic timeline to work with! was surprised to see that the car wasn't washed after the service as well!
