Working with Mountain States Toyota on my purchase of a 2021 Toyota Highlander was the easiest and most relaxed buying experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Nick, the salesman who helped me was very pleasant, professional, and most importantly, he took the time with me to make sure I understood the vehicle's features and as well as the financial deal we were making. Nick worked with me to get a reasonable trade-in value for my existing vehicle. The new Highlander sold me, but Nick really deserves the credit for me buying with Mountain States. I have worked with other sales people before who rushed me through the process, apparently focused on the next customer in line. Such was not the case with Nick. Nick had past years' sales awards sitting on his desk and after this current buying experience, I now understand why those awards were given to him. I encourage anyone looking for a new Toyota to ask for Nick should they decide to check out vehicles at Mountain States Toyota I also enjoyed working with the finance guy Jesse. Jesse clearly explained the financial details of my purchase. His demeanor was friendly and he often interjected a bit of humor into our conversation. One other person whose name I do not recall (Joe maybe?), greeted me at the door on the morning of my scheduled test drive. Joe made sure that I was made comfortable while I waited the few minutes until the Highlander was brought up for me to drive. It's clear that Mountain States wants to make sure that their customers are well cared for during their visit. Thank you Mountain States Toyota. The dealership was clean and very spacious. All the staff that I spoke to and worked with went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and attended to. Nick Kramer, the salesperson I worked with was friendly, warm, helpful and knowledgeable. I want to give a shout out to Sean K. as well. He made me feel very welcome and appreciated during my time at the dealership. I have always had horrible experiences at dealerships my entire life. This was the first time I felt comfortable, not rushed and not once did I feel pressure from any of the staff to rush to a decision. I would highly recommend Mountain States Toyota to my family and friends!

Honest, responsive but no-pressure, and no dealer handling fees?!? Seems too good to be possible. However, I’ve purchased two cars within one year from Mountain States and I’ve been 100 percent happy with both experiences- price, service, and ultimately speed of processing the purchase. I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and each time I drive away with some regret. I feel like I got an honest deal and I feel like I have enough warranty coverage to feel very comfortable in my 4Runner for many many years. In the process, I wavered between vehicles, colors, options, etc. and my salesman, Jesse, was super cool and patient. He told me “it’s best to take really take your time to be sure you get the right vehicle”, and I’m grateful for the team from beginning to end. I actually took a blue tooth connected work meeting whole test driving. I let the finance depart know my work schedule and they for me processed and signed off with thoroughness and friendliness. Everyone there’s seems to like their job- which is both important and unfortunately, unusual in this environment. All to say, when my family or I am ready to seek another car new, certified, or an as-is whip, I’ll look at Mountain States first.

Such a great experience! We worked directly with Gonzalo. He was so personable, easy to connect with, and clearly has empathy for the buyer. He listened to our needs, asked great questions, was straight-forward with how Mountain States Toyota operates/what sets them apart from other dealers, and was receptive to our negotiations. We walked out with our dream vehicle at a price-point we feel very happy about. I would highly recommend this place to others looking to buy a vehicle!

I've had work done twice at this location and the the quality of work and professionalism of the staff is excellent. The system they use to provide inspection results and estimates is great. They communicate well about the issues and options that may be present and don't hassle you should you choose to leave out anything or do it yourself. While it is of course cheaper to do the work yourself, you really pay for convenience and ease of mind. I had no problems with the great team here and would return if need be. Thanks to Scott and the tech team for their work!
