Did not have a scheduled service appt. Came in due to a flat tire. The tire could not be repaired, so I had two new tires installed. Only negative was a long wait time (over 4 hrs). Not upset because they worked me in, but wait time was excessive.

My experience at Mtn View Ford could not have been any better. The whole staff was friendly, serving, and jumped at anything to give the best service possible. I especially loved working with Craig and Logan. Craig was the salesman that I worked with and his service was top notch. In total I spent about 8 hours at the dealership through test driving and looking at all of my options. Craig assisted me through the whole process with his full attention. He was not pushy and truly wanted the best fit for me. Craig, Logan and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mtn View Ford.

Christ Yancey was very patient with me, while I took my time, first in making the decision to spend the money on a new truck, second in getting the truck ready with the added cover and sprayed in bed liner, within the time frame I needed it to be ready to take home. I will say that the detail shop could have done a much better job detailing the truck. I realize the truck will be getting dirty in the future but whatever they wiped on the dash in an attempt to dust the interior left wipe and finger marks all over and the inside/outside of the front windows were not detailed. Overall, I don't think the truck was detailed the way it should have been. Maybe they didn't have time. Not the end of the world. This is not Chris's fault. The physical facility needs some serious updating/renovation. Not very comfortable.

It's my second vehicle that I only drive a couple days per week and on out of town trips. My local driving is a combination of rural roads and interstate. I've yet to achieve the rated 32 MPG highway mileage, but I'm averaging ~24 MPG. I expect the MPG to increase as the miles build.The pros are pretty self-explanatory. The vehicle performs as well as I expected it to. The only real drawbacks are the vehicle weight (needs to drop 300-to-500 pounds), and the difficulty I had programming the garage door opener. The programming difficulty was overcome, but there's nothing I can do about the weight.I recommend this vehicle and dealership.

The girls that answer the phones are awful. I had some recalls on my car that needed taken care of. I needed a ride back to work. The girls said that they can only drive 5 miles. I ask her to find out if I could get a ride back to work which was 8.3 miles. She said no it is over the 5 mile limit. This is the second car I have bought from there. I probably will not buy another from there. On the other hand Jeff, was great. He ask how he could make things better. He listen to me and offered to give me a ride but I had someone waiting on me. When I was complaining about what I disliked about my 2013 Escape compared to my 2002 Escape. When I went back to pick my car up. My seat was a lot better than before. I actually sat up in the car without a pillow. Thank you Jeff for listening and providing good service. Jeff, helped me get past some of my feelings toward the dealership.

Make sure if buying a used car fron them yout take it to your mechanic first before your buy! Bought a convertible and the top does not work! They are no help! Check everything out down to the windshield wipers. Not very friendly people in the service department and no help there either

One vehicle I was trading in I had been told by other dealers that I had to wait for a clear title before I could trade but not at Mtn. View, they said they would handle for me. I came to get my Ford Focus fixed, it was having some transmission issues. Craig was very nice and helpful and my car was fixed much faster than I had anticipated! The complimentary shuttle service was very appreciated as well. This was the first issue that I've had with my car since I bought it (used) in January. MT. View did a good job on a list of complex issues with the car. Kept me informed and though expensive I wasn't surprised because I got updates and explanation of what was transpiring. We spoke 3-4 times over a 48 hr period. Expensive but pretty solid service. I did not buy. Too early to evaluate quality of repairs.

Well I had a major problem with my MKX and we brought it to the dealership on a Monday and we still did not know until Wed after making several phone calls when they would look at it - I had to call the Service Director and it was immediately handled - Thanks to him. I was able to pick up on Thursday -I was going on spring break with grandchildren and needed my car otherwise I would have to rent one.The only real complaint is the grease on the carpet, drivers door and gear shift. They missed place my car mat and the navigation did not work other than it was okay. Sorry I have to say these things but something went terribly wrong on this visit. I have confidence it will be better in the future. Ford is giving us a refund of $250 which is nice because the vehicle had 29,440 miles and the shifter assembly went out one month after warranty was no longer in affect. That helps.

Love my new truck. Only complaint I have is with it having 300 miles on it and owning it 6 days, that the heater blower motor has stopped working twice. Had the salesmen take it in to have it fixed the first time and only hours later of getting the truck back I have the same issue again. I have not had it checked this second time because all other dealership closer to me are booked a week out And every time I call my salesmen to get help/information with the issue he's promises to call me back and i get no return call.

Service dept. was very accommodating and eager to serve. I thought the issue was resolved by replacing the battery, however almost immediately I was still having the same issues and intermittent warning msgs. (Driver Door Ajar, interior panel and overhead lights would remain on after exiting the car, driver door would not open without the fob). Spoke with Troy and he seemed very eager to get the issue diagnosed and resolved. Will bring the car back in next week.

Everything went smoothly. We were actually very close to purchasing a f-150 from another ford dealership in kennesaw,ga. The lack of respect and the unprofessional sales tactics is why we walked out of their deal. Mtn view, Logan and Kenny did a great job.

I had an oil leak of unknown source. I could not tell if it was crankcase oil or transmission oil or what. The technician determined that the power steering pump itself was leaking and one of the connecting hoses. Tracing that down took time, but the repair seems to have cured the problem.

I was very pleased with the help and attention I received prior to buying the car. However, there have been two problems since then. First, although I received more than one e-mail from the salesman, I don't believe he actually sent them. Second, when I responded to the e-mail letting him know there is an issue the car is having, Low Tire Pressure indicator light on, he did not respond. I then followed up by calling him, but he just recommended that I go to any mechanic anywhere and ask them to fix the problem for free. I said I preferred to have the dealership check it out, but he said he wasn't at the dealership right then and didn't know when he would be there and for me to call him and let him know when I was coming. However, he then left a message on my voice mail stating that he was not going to be there that afternoon and that the service department would be closed. Subsequently, I had a friend add air, but the Indicator light never has gone off. The salesman has not followed up, but in meantime, I am receiving these sales e-mails from "him." Huge disconnect.

Your technicians are up front and honest on the costs of services and repairs. The initial quote for my vehicle service was actually higher than the final price. The customer service tech and mechanic found that the vehicle was good in several areas and did not need all the repairs that we initially discussed. I understand the dealership made less money but has gained a customer for life. Now, I will only bring my Ford to your dealership for services and repairs. I am very happy about my experience with Mtn View Ford this time around. In 2012, I was very disappointed at the lack of interest in my trying to purchase a Ford Focus Hatchback. It seemed every turn I took, the Salesman just would not budge an inch to extend a caring attitude. We wound up driving to Smyrna, GA and completing my purchase there. I was very hesitant to go back to Mtn View to upgrade to a Ford Escape. I was also able to arrange for my new truck bed to be sprayed with bed protector, and I have a bed cover coming, to be installed next week. Found a used vehicle in an online search and called to make sure they had it and we could come look at it. We get there to look at the vehicle and they can't find it. Finally they find it and it is being serviced, so we can't look at it. Why did they not already have it serviced before they listed it for sale? We had to leave and come back later. So we go back and end up making a deal on the vehicle. We specifically told the salesman we wanted both our names on the title with an "or" and he was writing things down on paperwork that he passed on to the finance guy. The finance guy never asks us anything about how we want the title so we assume he has it right. We get the title and it only has one name on it, so we call the dealer and they say it is our fault for not telling the finance guy, even though we repeatedly told the salesman and he wrote it down, but I guess that means nothing at this dealer. They were not willing to try and fix this. While we were there we asked if they had a second set of keys to the vehicle, the salesman did look for a second set but could not find any. When we get home I find the previous owners name and phone number so we call him and ask if he turned in a second set of keys. He did turn in a second set of keys but the salesman he gave them to did not turn them into the dealership and he was away from work for several days. We asked the salesman to call us when they could locate the keys but they did not call. My wife had to keep calling back and finally her persistence paid off and they found the keys, but that meant another 30 minute drive back to the dealership for something they should of given us in the first place. Ok, now two weeks goes by and we are wondering where the new tag for our vehicle is? Then the salesman called us and says that they have not applied for the new tag because they did not run the vehicle through emission testing. It took them two weeks to realize that they had not run the vehicle through the required emission testing and they had not followed up and applied for the tag? What kind of second rate dealership are they running there? They did not care about any of this, they said we needed to bring the vehicle back to them so they could run it through emissions but offered us nothing for our time and trouble. My wife told them she was not driving all the way back down there and having to wait around for them to run it through emissions, which they should of done before they sold the vehicle to us in the first place. She took it through emissions herself and they had the gall to say if she we come by the dealership they would give her the 10 dollar emission fee, what a joke. So finally we think we are done with them, but no, they say that they need a copy of the emission report and that my wife needs to drive down there and bring it to them. They offered to give her a couple of gallons of gas for her trouble, again what a joke. Why didn't they tell her they needed a copy of the report in the first place, which by the way, the title and tag office gets an electronic report so the copy the dealership wanted was probably just so they could say they did not sell a vehicle that had not passed emission testing. My wife ended up taking a picture of the report and texting it to the salesman, which shows they just wanted it for their records but were not willing to compensate us for our time and trouble to bring it to them. The last problem we had with them was that the temporary tag was about to expire and they had not even applied for our permanent tag, all because of mistakes they had made. Guess what they offered to do? If we would drive down there they would give us a couple of gallons of gas and a new temporary tag. We said don't bother, we will just not drive the vehicle until the new tag arrives. After all these problems we tried to contact the General Manager to see if he was willing to do anything to make this right. He did not return our call.
