Went for an oil change and tire rotation and discover there were a few other things that needed attention which I had the service department fix. The car has increase pick up and go and drives great. Always great professional service and they know your time is valuable.

I found a car they claimed was in their inventory on the website. I was interested in this specific car because they were showing dealer discounts of over $3000. Since I live about a hour from the dealership, I called and specifically asked the nature of the discounts and made sure that I qualified for them. They assured me that as long as I had good credit (which I do) the discounts were valid. That being the case, I told them I would drive the 80 miles and proceeded to set up an appointment for the next morning. If all checked out, I planned on purchasing the car. The person at the dealership who set up the meeting said that there was a possiblity the car would sell before I arrived to which I replied: should that occur, to please give me a call so I would not waste my time and gas making the trip. So I get up early, and drive the 80 miles. When I get there, the salesman informs me the car I was interested in purchasing sold the day before ( less that 24 hours from the time they told me the car was available). I got a text message the morning of my appointment while I was en route confirming the appointment, but no mention of the car being sold. They tried to sell me a 2022 model for much more than the 2021 model I was interested in. In my opinion this was nothing less than a bait and switch scam. Curiously, the specific car I wanted to purchase is still listed as being in their inventory reflecting the same discounts awaiting the next sucker to materialize. I understand cars can sell at anytime, but I am hard pressed to believe this one sold between when I called and my visit ( less than 7 business hours). In the highly unlikely case the car did sell however, reputable people would have extended the courtesy of calling in order to save me the time and expense. I only gave them one star since zero or negative stars was not an option.

Had the worst experience with a young man who could not stop chewing on his fingers. The epitome of a true “salesman” tactic. Extremely over bearing on asking all the wrong question that makes the buyer uncomfortable. Wasn’t accepting of the answer “just looking” until the end of the test drive when I mistakenly made the comment on liking the vehicle. Started in on what I thought my credit was around, asked what my monthly budget was, how much I wanted to put down and just had a very bland attitude in general. The place seemed very empty of any staff while the inside of the building itself seemed lacking on professionalism in general. Looked almost bare as if there were no other people worked in the building in general, aside from the only 3 employees I saw.
