First, let me share, I've had horrendous experiences visiting my local jeep in Santa Rosa, CA. Because of this, I had low expectations for any jeep, but boy was I wrong. My wife, daughter, & I were on a long road trip to Southern California. My service shifter light came on right away when I started my car. I called Jeep and spoke to Nick Rodriguez. Without even having an appointment, he said bring it in, but he couldn't guarantee that they would be able to even fix it today depending on what it was. When I showed up, I was blown away with how genuinely nice he was. They got straight to work diagnosing the issue, but he advised me to call the local rental car place because they book up fast, which I did. Their waiting room was perfect for my 3 year old because they even had a toy room which she was loving! About 20 minutes later, he came up to me and told me they know what the issue is & they even had the part in stock (glad I didn't go to a local mechanic because there is no way they would have had this part in). They needed a couple of hours to fix it so Nick even drew a map of where the local Starbucks was to walk to. Nick called and let me know my vehicle was done and we walked back to the service station and went on our way after thanking him over and over. Nick is one of the best customer service people I have ever met. And it wasn't only me, he was the same way to every single customer I saw him interact with. You can tell how much he cares for everybody and that's refreshing to see especially given how this past 1.5 years has been due to the pandemic. Thanks again Nick & Jeep in Paso Robles for helping my family feel that sense of safety on our long car ride. I will always highly recommend you to any of my family & friends. -Michael

My Ram 1500 was displaying multiple warning messages on my dash. I dropped it off at Mullahey's service depart.. It took a couple of days to figure out the problem. Nick kept me informed during the repair. When I picked up my truck, They informed me that they also fixed a recall problem with the truck. When all said and done they did not charge me for anything. I was stunned and greatly thankful. They even wavered the diagnostic fee. I have always shied away from dealer service dept.. I will be taking my vehicle back for future work.

The salesman Jorden and sales manager Mike were absolutely fantastic to work with! They helped me find the perfect vehicle and made the process smooth and easy. They were the best I’ve ever worked with and I won’t buy anywhere else again. If I could give more stars they would have 20 stars.

So, I had been searching for a certain car to purchase for my mother. I saw online the make and model I was interested in buying. The site I found them thru was Car Gurus. Great site to compare and search multiple dealerships at once. The site did not show what dealership had the car, only that it was in Pado Robles with a phone number because if it had, I would have driven over myself to see the vehicle. I dial the number and it was someone who said he was an internet manager. He stated he was on his way in to work and he would call within 20 minutes. Waited all day and he never called back. Mind you I called about 9:30 AM so he literally had all day. Later in the evening, when My family was having dinner, I get not a call but a text saying he was too busy to get back with me but forwarded some phone pics. Wait... you had time to take photos but not spend 2 minutes returning a sales call? All I wanted was the dealership info so I could go see the car for myself. Needless to say I did not go to see the car as the dealers representitive showed arrogance and zero interest in doing his job. Everyone has 2 minutes to give a minimum pretense of customer service, he just didn't care. I would never give my hard earned money to such an unmotivated poor excuse of a salesman. A few minutes later I received another text from the same number saying don't make dinner tonight because he would be cooking that night, Followed by another text saying whoops wrong number. That's the only thing he got right!
