Kassandra is very welcoming. This is the second time taking my vehicle to be serviced and they were quick in that I did not have a long wait time. Kassandra was able to view my car history for additional information to make recommendations of work to expect the next time I come in. Our salesperson was very friendly, helpful and easy to work with.The business department came on way too strong and tried the hard sell on their extended warranties. Then they totally mixed up the payment process by completing the loan process while we were not getting a loan from Muller.The title, license plate and sticker were completely messed up. The business manager had to melt the sticker off the license plate.

We were directed to Muller Honda by the Costco Auto program. While we weren't excited about making the almost hour drive, we were THRILLED with our experience at Muller Honda. After installing the latest navigation program from Honda I lost my blue tooth connection to my smart phone. Was a bit disappointed with my first Muller sales experience. My 2015 Odyssey EX-L purchase hours later elsewhere was $325 better on price and $1000 better on trade-in. I had done a lot of homework and had 2 other quotes but was hoping to use this dealer closest to my new home. I think most troubling was the time needed to even get to the negotiating stage and the tone: "be realistic"... "our appraiser is very experienced and never that far off"... "we [all dealerships] pay the same for our cars; those [competitor quotes] cannot be real". Sadly, I felt compelled to walk away. Update: after posting this review, the dealership contacted me which was welcome. I am thrilled with my new car though wish I could've reached the same deal with them. I may indeed try them again one day.

We have been a client of Muller Honda since 2007 and, while the staff may change, as with all dealerships, the customer focus did not. Whether the interaction was over the phone or face to face, one gets a sense that the staff are actually happy to be there and that translates into a nice customer experience. In the last 30 days we leased two Honda HR-V's, which appeared to be a model quite in demand. Kurt Kim, our sales consultant, worked tirelessly searching for the configurations we desired and smiled thru the entire process even when our choices changed somewhat. He was very responsive to our communications and kept us informed as to what was going on. Kurt walked us thru the delivery process, which went very well, thanks to the friendly and competent finance staff who explained everything in laymen's terms. Peter Kwan at the service help desk went above and beyond to help me out. He spent much of his day making sure he kept in contact with me and a Honda dealership I had worked with out of state. He was prompt in calling me back (as well as leaving me a voice mail when I couldn't answer). He waited to make sure my fax went through and called me afterward. And he came out and looked at my tire and talked me through possible solutions and prices. He was quick to tell me when he didn't know an answer and assured me he'd find out the answers and get back. I really hope he receives praise from his team for his politeness and ability to work patiently with a frustrated client. Thanks again, Peter.There was also a tech who I didn't catch the name of, but offered to check my tires and put air in them before I left even though I showed up without an appointment and wasn't even leaving my car there to be serviced. Great car buying experience. I called ahead to set an appointment for a test drive. I was able to do that and not be pressured to buy when I was not ready. Peter Barnes took me on a test drive and completely went over what I was looking for in a car. I came back when ready to purchase and since Peter was working with another client, I worked with Brian Reynolds. I was shocked on the overall experience. I wasn't really impressed with the service from the beginning but I continued with the process since I wanted to buy close to home. I was ready to purchase my 2015 Odyssey and it had two areas where the paint was cracked. I looked at 3 other 2015 Odysseys and they all had paint defects in them. All Muller Honda could say is " There isn't a perfect car" I'm so glad I didn't buy here!! I ended up buying my Odyssey at Honda of Lisle where I found "a perfect car"

If you want to pay sticker price for your car come to this dealership. Absolutely no deals. The service department is absolutely the worst.. Don't get your car repaired here because they charge for the repair and actually don't do it. I paid for a repair and it was not fixed, they said it was brought it to another honda dealership they identified the problem. Took it back to Muller and to fix they said they did. THEY DID NOT!! Had to have the other dealership fix the problem. SERVICE BEWARE!

My wife and I were looking for a specific color and trim for a Crosstour. Our local dealer in Indiana didn't have the right color, but had what we thought was a good price (for a nearly two year old (2013) new vehicle). After being put off by the local dealer's sales tactics, I found a listing for the exact vehicle we were looking for (color and trim) being listed by Muller on AutoTrader.com. I submitted a request for additional information and a price quote and received a response from Tony Vasa. The price I was quoted for a 2014 Crosstour was nearly 1,800 dollars less than the 2013 Crosstour from my local dealer. I followed up the quote with a visit to the dealership (130 mile drive one way) and met with Tony and Tim Scrogham. Both were very welcoming and made me feel appreciated. After taking a test drive and deciding it was what we wanted, I was given the price for the vehicle and all of the associated fees. The original quote was honored and beyond the normal documentation fees and sales taxes, there were no other costs or hidden fees. There was no pressure to buy and after a few minutes of thought, we agreed on the purchase. Delivery took place 5 days later and again we were met with a warm welcome and felt appreciated. I would recommend purchasing from Muller and would do it again in the future.

We are very happy with the purchase of our 2010 Certified Accord. I did extensive research before we made our purchase and found that Muller has the best prices on Certified Accords. We drove over an hour away, Doug (Internet Manager) was very professional. He promised to get us in and out as quickly as possible and he came through on his promise. We were there for about an hour and a half which is great timing considering it was a Saturday and they were pretty busy. Other dealers that I talked to were charging an additional fee for the Certification but that wasn't the case at Muller. Everything was included in the advertised price and there were no hidden fees. Al in finance was also very professional. He wasn't pushy at all. He offered us a wrap warranty coverage for a very good price. While I did find that there was value in purchasing the extended warranty it didn't fit our budget and he understood. I would highly recommend Muller to all my friends and family. It took three visits to finally get a defective tire pressure warning system in a (certified pre-owned) Honda Odyssey diagnosed and fixed because they didn't want to order the "expensive" part the first time. Recently, the same car had a flashing engine light that obviously required immediate attention. Muller said they would call back in the afternoon, but didn't. When I called them the next morning they estimated being able to look at it sometime next week. Called Castle Honda and they said they could look at it immediately. Castle fixed the engine problem, a low tire pressure indication & changed the oil in an hour and a half.

He totally explained all the features to me and my son and contacted me the following day (but w/no pressure). I loathed buying cars.This all changed when I started coming to Muller Honda in 2009 thanks to Marcus Bennett. He went above and beyond any car dealership expectations in my recent experience.I'm a busy working mom, and spending 4 hours at a dealership is the last thing I wanted to do. Marcus made it easy for me with my demanding schedule by working with me prior to me coming into the dealership. He and I discussed what I wanted in great detail , and I shared my bugaboos with him over the phone. These conversations allowed him to help find me exactly what I was looking for. After a couple days of exchanging information over the phone, I made an appointment to see Marcus. The hard work was already done, and my 2013 Honda Pilot was waiting for me in the cooled showroom on a 110 degree day. The paperwork was completed ahead of time, and I didn't have to wait! I signed a few papers, and was handed my keys to my new ride. I was literally in and out of the dealership, with my kids, in about an hour! When I arrived to pick up my new Pilot, a personalized sign was hung on my window to greet me. I don't know any car dealership that gives their customers personalized service like that! Most Americans have common misconceptions on dealerships as being sleazy. We were on the hunt for a new vehicle for my sister, we knew we wanted a fair price and shopped other dealerships. I felt the difference in Mueller Honda, calm environment, happy smiling customers, and a comfortable showroom. We were greeted at the door by a friendly woman at the front asked how she can help me. She got me right over to Igor who assessed our wants and needs we needed in a vehicle. He really knew what he was talking about and helped us make a choice that fit her needs best. During our test drive Igor showed us the amenities and safety features of the vehicle. He seemed to know that car inside and out. He was friendly, personable, attentive, and was very helpful. Igor totally diminished my views of car salesmen. When it came down to pricing and finance. Igor brought his manager, Rob Punzalan, who broke it down for us. Usually I would get lost in the mumbo-jumbo of car dealer financing, but Robert helped us understand the terms. He diligently worked with us to get the best possible pricing to make my sister's new car affordable. I usually would feel very uncomfortable being 2 women in a sales environment because I usually think that people are out to rip us off because we wouldn't know any better. At Muller Honda, Robert made us feel comfortable and was also very personable and friendly. The affordability, quality, and look of the car was excellent but what sold this car was Robert and Igor. When the car was ready for us, Igor helped us set-up the Bluetooth, loading contacts, explaining the features again. They even called us to follow-up to see how we liked the car! That's 5 star service! Mueller Honda has made lifelong customers and we intend to return for all of our vehicles. The price we received for the car was amazing. Great salesman. He wasn't aggressive to the point of being over bearing, and when calling us after our first visit was very courteous. He even drove to our house during the test drive so we could make sure the car fit in our garage. During the negotiations, he again, acted like a gentleman. We were very pleased with our experience, and would certainly recommend Jason, and Muller Honda. My experience with Pawel was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. He was polite, informative, and was instrumental in helping me finalize my decision as to which features were most important to me. As a result, I could not be happier with the my new Accord. During the introduction to the car, Pawel explained the many technologies in the car and how to best use them. When the car was delivered to me, Pawel spent a great deal of time going through all the features, keyless entry, and the high tech options in the dash. He set up my phone and navigation to my liking and walked me through how to do everything. Pawel took me to visit the service area and introduced me to the service manager and several of the service consultants. I feel I'm in good hands with Muller. I ended up with a 2013 CRV that is getting 27 mpg thus far and has been trouble free. Following a horrible experience at another local Honda dealer, I drove my husband's car to Muller, where he had purchased his car in 2009. I was treated well, listened to, and left with a new car. Every staff member was patient, kind and informative. I did not feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of (which is how a lot of dealers treat women). I have no buyer's remorse, and would recommend Muller over the three other Honda dealers in the area that my husband and I have been to over the past few years. Another good sign is that the salesman who sold my husband his CR-V in 2009, Larry Pinkus, is still there. Muller treats their customers AND their employees well.

We set up a time to come in, and Tom introduced us to Brian Reynolds who gave us all of the details about the car, took us on a test drive, and helped us to settle on a lease payment with which we were all comfortable. Our experience was great. Brian was helpful and honest, and this was one of the calmest, easiest dealer experiences I've had. After purchasing my new 2012 Honda CR-V, there was a recall for the door latches. I scheduled an appointment with Lee for the recall and at the same time ordered some additional add-ons to be done. Dealt with Robin for ordering the add-ons and got a great price for the parts and labor. I informed Lee that I'd wait for everything to be done. Lee informed me that it would be about a 2 & 1/2 to 3 hour wait, did I need a loaner car but stated that I'd bring a book to read while waiting. The treatment that was given on my first visit with the parts & service department was simply fantastic! Later I received a e-mail invitation for a Service Clinic on my new car. This clinic was conducted on a Saturday by Marc Schwartz the Service Director. Marc explained to all who attended about the service codes that would be appearing on our vehicles in the near future, what to do when they appeared, explained about the 3 year warranty provided by the manufacture, introduced us to the Body Shop Manager who then explained about the body shop if we ever needed body work done. During the clinic, all our vehicles were washed and a gift, (Car Care Kit) was place in each vehicle. This Service Clinic was extremely informative and all dealers should provide this to their customers! After deciding on having the rear spoiler added, I ordered the part from Robin, made the appointment with Lee for the installation, waited while spoiler was installed, was treated with the greatest respect, friendliness and made to feel like part of a family. Muller Honda and ALL the employees provide the greatest attention to ALL their Customer's needed! I will only have Muller Honda perform all service work on my Honda CR-V. I HIGHLY recommend Muller Honda to everyone, family & friends. Their friendly, professional attention to all my needs and concerns can not be matched! Thank You Muller Honda and ALL your Employees for a job extremely well done! You have a Life Time Customer in my family and me! This is the reason you have so many repeat customers. Have been working with Marcus all these years, and he is just a straight shooter - treats me well, and always does what is reasonable to get the deal done. Service department is great, and turnover is low - see the same hardworking guys there all the time. And how about this? I recall years ago, the delivery process for cars could take hours and hours - just brutal. Again, here at Muller - Marcus called and reminded me of what I had to bring for delivery. I showed up at a little after Noon, had signed all the paperwork, took care of everything, even spent a few nice moments chatting with Mr. Muller himself - and was out of there by 12:45!!! No that is not a typo. When I got home, my wife says, "Wow, you didn't even look at any other cars, no other dealers, no comparisons, nothing! Why?" My answer: "Not necessary."If you are an individual looking for a new Honda, feel free to do your shopping, but plan to do your buying at Muller, as they have the entire auto purchase and auto ownership thing down pat.

Pawel took the time to explain the different trim lines for the accords and didn't mind when we ask to drive both the 6 and 4 cylinder options plus from sitting down to talk turkey to driving away in my car was about an hour which floored me (paying cash helped). overall very happy with the sales process but equally important is their service dept. I had researched this car, 2012 CR-V, for months on all the sites: KBB, Edmunds, Car and Driver, TrueCar, Consumer Guide, Consumer Reports, Cars.com... I could go on, there are so many places on the Internet to do research nowadays! I spent a few months working with several dealers in the city, but ended up feeling frustrated, angry and exhausted. Most dealers gave me the run around and I was very weary of the whole car buying experience. Seeking a new approach, I reached out to my fellow co-workers for new suggestions on dealerships they could recommend. Muller was at the top of the list, so I decided to reach out to them. I ended up working with the BDC Manager there, Joseph Lee. I got an amazing quote - he even sent me my out the door price in writing when asked. I explained that without a car, I would have to take the Metra up, so I needed to know that the car was in stock before making the trip. He said it would be - AND IT WAS! He had it out front, waiting for me to take it out for a test drive. He immediately put me at ease with a friendly smile and assurance that he had the exact car I was looking for. He then introduced me to Pawel, my extremely knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Pawel told me about every detail of the car, he even had me practice parking with the backup camera and test out the turn radius - more-so than anyone else had done! When it came time to sign on the dotted line, Gary was very professional and helpful, answering any and all questions I had. In fact, everyone there was extremely nice and accommodating, they all treated me with respect and there was absolutely no pressure, haggling or surprises. I could go on and on about the level of customer service that I was shown. They should be proud! It was 180 degrees from what I had known from the other dealers, and it was wonderful! To make a long story short (too late!), I am very happy to report that I am now a new car owner! I am so glad I had the experience of working with Joe, Pawel, Gary and everyone at Muller. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Muller Honda to anyone. THANK YOU for making the experience of buying my first new car a great one!

They totally lived up the promise to eliminate much of the hassle traditionally associated with car sales. Muller is so different and stand head and shoulder above so many other car dealers full of pushy and annoying salesmanship. I was so glad to find out that the culture didn't change a bit after six years and it's only getting better. Kurt Kim was the main person serving me this time. Again we worked out all the numbers over the phone and emails before I even stepped into the door. I did my homework beforehand on current Honda incentives and market price. Kurt gave me all the details I asked, which was consistent with my own research. Kurt went out of his way to put together the best package for me. I was shocked to find out his offer was 12% below the best offer I can find somewhere else, which I had to twist arms and bargain hard for. It was such hassle-free experience!I walked in with confidence that I was dealing with honest hard-working professionals and I was getting a great deal. The paperwork progress was very smooth. Gary in the Finance Department and Kurt worked hard to push paperwork very quickly and professionally. It was late and near the close time when everything was done. Kurt still took time explaining to us every single features of our new 2012 Honda Accord. This is what professional sales should be. Am very pleased with the dealership. Our vehicle was not at the dealership when we inked the deal and they provided us with service loaners until the car arrived. One time the salesman even came to our house to pick us up so we could get the loaner from them.Vehicle was just as promised and ready when they promised. Wasn't the least expensive of the prices but was treated with a great deal of respect - didn't try to sell us unnecessary add-ons. Kurt Kim, our salesman, was very well versed about the vehicle and was able to explain and/or demonstrate the features of the vehicle. Working with Muller was an incredibly easy experience. My goal was to find the vehicle I wanted, test drive and make sure we wanted it, and get the price I wanted with no hassle. Muller delivered on all counts. We had looked at several different makes of the type of vehicle we wanted. We almost decided on a different vehicle but wanted to give the Honda another try (as we had only looked at one briefly at the beginning of our search before we really knew what we wanted).I emailed Muller's internet department on a Monday (a holiday) via Cars.com on the specific model we were interested in. They got back to me by phone and email within a hour. I set up a test drive later that day. We really liked the vehicle and Brian, who we met with, was very informative and, most importantly, not aggressive when I told him I was not in the market to buy that day. We decided we wanted the vehicle we test drove two days later but we had gotten a slightly lower price (about $1500 cheaper) from another dealership on a similar model (different color) (even though Muller's price was still under invoice. I emailed Brian asking them to match the other figure and they did so. I then applied for financing online and was approved the next day. On the following Saturday (5 days after I first emailed them), we went in, signed the paperwork, and walked out an hour later with the vehicle we wanted at a great price.Overall, it was a great experience. Brian struck just the right tone with us and did not pressure us at all (and Muller met the price we were looking for with no haggling). Altogether a great experience.

We were able to negotiate a price, he didn't use any of the usual bull you hear from dealers, he was fully straightforward. There was some contention about the price we wanted (not adversarial, still friendly), but he did eventually get to the right place. We got a price that Truecar.com indicates was very good. I had an excellent experience with Muller. This is my second car from them. I am one of those patient, not in a hurry car buyers - it's been several months since I started looking (maybe even 6 months). I was not the easiest person to deal with, just because I read a lot on several different cars and carmakers. After visiting many many dealers, in the end, as I narrowed my choices, I found an extremely good deal at a dealer South of Chicago ($3200 below invoice). I checked with Muller, and though they were not running the same ad, they did have the ability through some seasonal incentives to be competitive. They were able to match the deal I found in the south suburbs, and it was in the color I preferred. I financed at a low rate to top it all off.In addition, they worked with my crazy schedule. I've been extremely busy with work, and Paul and Gary went out of their way to help me get in and out in about 30-45 mins. That's amazing, and absolutely painless! Paul was not pushy, and kept me up to speed when possible cars came into their inventory that I might be interested in. Gary helped me through the financial process quickly and effectively. I'm happy with my experience, and I can recommend Muller without reservation. As a buyer, I expect that you always have to do your homework, but when I was ready, they were ready to help me. He was never pushy or dismissive of my questions or requests which contributed to a feeling of comfort and trust regarding his recommendations and advice. I purchased a 2004 Honda Accord EX V6 from Harry Kim back in 2004. Since then, I have dealt with other dealers due to purchases of other brand vehicles for my folks and for my wife. All the while, I keep thinking back to my visit with Harry at Muller Honda. Harry met with me, and within the first 10 minutes, he gave me a quote for a new Accord, which was a few hundred dollars below invoice. When asked how he could do that, he mentioned that due to the fact that they sold a high volume of Accords, headquartered offered their dealership a kickback/bonus if they sold a specific number of cars. Because of this, they were allowed to sell me the Accord at a very reasonable price. I took the quote and went to a couple of other Honda dealerships to see if the price could be beat. No one could. After going to those other dealerships, we returned to Muller and made the purchase on the spot. It was quick and easy. Harry went lengths to be sure he covered how to use the key fob, unique features about the car, and even had a scuff buffed out of the leather seats. The car was washed and dried, and I was on my way. I will be in the market for a new car soon. If I were considering a Honda, I would not hesitate to return to Harry at Muller. If Harry worked at another dealership, I would consider going to wherever he is working to see if I could find a new car.

salesman was extremely attentive and "tried" to get the best price available for my trade-in and for the new vechile. the color of the car i purchased was due for delivery in about a month subsequent to the purchase date. however, the salesman, within a week af the purchase , negotiated a trade with another dealer to obtain my color preference. at the time of delivery of the vechile, the salesman was extremely thorough as to the intricacies of the vechile and, for a technically deficient individual, quite understandible.

We were not impressed by Matt Sonnenschein. If I were rating him by himself, I would give him low marks. He was condescending, rude, and didn't seem all that interested in making the sale. I think he may be in the wrong line of work.Michael (Mike) Kolar was his opposite. He was personable, patient, polite, laid-back, and wanted to sell us a car. He's an excellent salesman. If I were rating him alone, I'd give him higher marks.We went to this dealership because of its high marks on this website. I think they should reconsider how they hand people off once they reach the dealership. Why not have customers deal with the same person throughout the process? Instead, you talk to one person on the phone and when you first arrive, and then you're handed off to someone else. The first person we spoke with said we could do a test drive that day, but when we arrived, we were told that the car wasn't road-ready. That was frustrating.I gave Mike a printout from edmunds.com listing a "fair price" for the Honda Fit Sport, and he matched it.

I purchased a used vehicle from Brian on 12/22/11. I got it home, and realized that I had failed to do my homework. The car seats were too big for the space in the back seat of the car. I decided to return to Muller on 1/2/12 to see what options I had to get into a different vehicle off of their lot. I understood up front that I would have to take a loss on returning the car and getting a new one, but what I was told from that point on shocked me. I had put 400 miles on the car I had purchased, and the vehicle was only off their lot for 10 days. They offered to buy the car back from me for $3,500 less than I payed for it 10 days earlier off their lot. To make things even worse They would not budge a penny on price for the vehicle I was looking to end up with. I realize it was my mistake in the first place, which I made clear to Brian the salesman, but for them to ask me to eat $3,500 and not negotiate at all on price for a new vehicle is absurd. I fully expected to lose money, but all I was asking them for was to be reasonable, and they couldn't do that for a customer. I was hoping their customer service and wanting their customer to end up in a vehicle that is best for them would come before how much money they can squeeze out of you. Apparently that is not the case. I left in the vehicle I originally bought and decided to stop at Carmax to get my vehicle appraised. They offered me exactly $1,000 more for the car than Muller, and while there I found the exact same car(year, make, model) on the Carmax lot with 3,000 less miles for $600 cheaper than the price Muller would not budge on. For Carmax to offer me $1,600 better without even being their customer told me everything I needed to know about how Muller feels about their customers. They would rather try to squeeze every last dime out of you than to make sure that you walk out their doors feeling like it was a good experience. I personally will NEVER go back to Muller Honda or their Certified store if at all possible.

I was looking for a good used car for under $8,000. Muller Honda had several listed on their web site. When I visited, Brian Reynolds went out in the rain with me to look at several cars. He was very helpful and truthfull about the condition of the cars and gave me copies of Car Fax reports as well as any service record available. The car I sought was for my daughter who came back with me on a second visit to drive several of the cars and brought her boyfriend who works on cars. Mr. Reynolds took time to facilitate our decision making and was straight forward in negotiating a selling price. Subsequent to our purchase, my interactions with Muller Honda's service department have been very good.

Unlike several other competing dealers I had visited prior to Muller Honda, I was immediately welcomed within a few seconds of entering the showroom. Brian was very helpful in asking what I was looking for, where else I had looked, what other brands/models I was considering and how Honda differed. He was honest in stating what Honda had, as well as what it did not, in comparison to others. I appreciated this very much and it allowed me to trust his efforts in selling me a new car. I have contacted with several Honda dealership recently, to get the quota for Odyssey. When I emailed Mullar, they refused to give a quote, the manage Joseph Lee insisted me to come in. Because I live far away, I said if it's ok to let me know the price. They said well, if you live far away, we can't help. This is how they do business????? If they continue doing business like this, they will have fewer and fewer customers. Smart people, if you want to buy car in reasonable price, don't buy from this dealer!!!!!

This is the third car I have purchased from Muller Honda. I have no desire to ever purchase or service a car anywhere else ever. There is not one person at Muller Honda in sales, service, body shop, parts, office that has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone there is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fair. I could not have been more pleased with the offer of my trade-in of my 9 year old Honda Odyssey (my first purchase at Muller Honda) The offer was exactly what I was expecting. The 2012 Pilot I purchased is fantastic. Greg Stone, the Business Manager, explained all the financing paperwork in a quick clear manner and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. In 2 hours, I had traded in my Odyssey, and was driving home in my brand new car. All the little details were attended to that I had not even thought of, my city sticker was affixed to my new car, my radio station presets from my Odyssey were set on my new Pilot. My contact list from my cell phone had been loaded into my car. I feel like I went from a Flintstones car to driving a 4WD Ipad. My salesperson, Brian Reynolds walked me through all the bells and whistles and I cannot speak highly enough of how easy he made the whole process. Do yourself a favor and buy a car at Muller Honda.

Some dealer shops have pushed to me to see some model continously while I was there. It was not confortable for customer like me. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey in August of 2010. I was very impressed with our sales rep, the price, and facility. I felt like they were competitively priced with other local Chicagoland dealerships, however came highly recommended for their sales and service. They took ample time to explain the radio, nav, and other features to my wife during pickup. My only complaint was during the finance discussions, as they wouldn't take my pre-approved USAA financing. I ended up having to go through Honda and although the financing percentages were the same, it was a waste of my time to get pre-approved via USAA. I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone looking for a Honda in the local Chicago area.

Hi,I had purchased a new 2007 Honda CR-V from this dealer in the past. At that time, they were with costco autobuyers program and i shopped confidently due to costco's baking.Last month, i wanted to trade in my Rx300 for an 2011 CR-V and drove to this dealer without doing much research. We walk in, Marcus was assigned to us, as sales person and told him i want to trade in. The whole process was fast and they gave a very decent price for my Rx300 and i asked particularly about the costco stuff, they said they are and the price offered was costco price and they had my info from my previous purchase. However, later it turned out that, they are not in Costco's program anymore and took responsibility for the miscommunication. This was a nice gesture, especially when people try to blame others.Marcus was really efficient and friendly, we walked out of the dealership with a new 2011 CR-V under 3 hrs and happyIts been a month,we are still happy with the purchase and the great customer service they provide. After our first purchase, we learned there is no reason to comparison shop, other than to obtain a reality-check trade-in appraisal from CarMax.Harry Kim, Joseph Lee, and our primary salesperson Marcus Bennett were a pleasure to work with, and the selection and purchase process were as straightforward as could be. Pleasant leasing experience. Some negotiations were involved (which can always created a little tension), but the salesman and manager did a good job of keeping this as low key as possible. They didn't have the vehicle in stock, and found it promptly. The salesman, Markus, did a wonderful job of detailing the features of my new Odyssey. Overall, I'd highly recommend Muller Honda to this point. The next step will be to see how their service department does and how long I have to wait (my last experience with a Toyota dealer was terrible) if the Odyssey needs service.

WHEN Honda showed the CR-Z concept car at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2007, it appeared alongside some of the wacky Japanese design exercises that the biannual show is known for. One difference between the CR-Z and the Nissan Pivo 2 (with a pivoting cabin), the Toyota Hi-CT (with styling akin to a shrunken Zamboni) and other flights of fancy is that the CR-Z actually goes on sale Aug. 24, looking pretty much as it did on stage.The CR-Z doesnt resemble anything else in the Honda (or Acura) lineup. A sharp wedge, it has an expansive glass rear hatch that seems to extend half the length of the vehicle, almost as if someone chopped a car into thirds, pulled out the center section and fused the two ends together. A gaping grille makes the car look like a feeding goldfish.

From the moment you enter, you are greeted with smiles, friendly greetings and offers of assistance. I know my way around the place, but it's still nice to be greeted so nicely. I have been working with the same top sales professional for all these years, and while this may sound strange, I actually enjoy the process. Marcus Bennet is as straight as they come, and that's probably why he is an award winning pro. When I went to complete the sales process and fill out the financial paperwork, I was greeted by the same gentleman who did my other vehicles. He remembered me and while the conversation was friendly, it was also done very expeditiously.I might also add that I bring our cars in to this dealer for all service as well. Believe it or not, the guys who work here have been here for years, and they are all very professional and friendly. The work done has always been on time and per the expected cost.All in all, this is a great, veteran dealership with some great people working to make the automobile experience a pleasant one. We needed a new car, were thinking about a Subaru Forester or Outback, but stopped in at Muller Honda to see what was available in the Honda line. Roman and Mike K at Muller Honda were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful without being pushy or manipulative. We both test drove a CRV and then went over the differences between the Honda CRV & the Subaru Forester online with Mike.We did go to a Subaru dealership to find out about the Forester & Outback, but that sales person did not answer our questions about the Subaru vehicle's specific features (except the leather seats--he must love leather seats). He also never answered our questions on the price of the vehicle. We were frustrated, so left.After returning to the Muller Honda, we decided to buy the Honda CRV. Mike wrote down for us a few scenarios for monthly payments and we were able to choose one that suited our budget. Gary in financing was also great. It took a relatively short time to sign all the paperwork for the purchase & financing. Then Mike took even more time with us to go over the navigational and audio features. This was all on a Saturday night!We want to replace another car in the near future. Muller Honda will be our first choice.

Pawel Pieniazek provided excellent customer service: professional, patient, friendly,knowledgable, courtious. He suggested I still could trade in my Jeep Cherokee despite its high milage, and thanks to that I didn't have to worry about what to do with it after I get a new car. He helped me to choose color which which is not an easy task for an indecisive woman like myself. He also moved all the items from my old car to the new one. I could have not asked for a better service. I will definitely recommend Muller Honda to my friends.

Went in to bauy a car, a job I hate to do. I had done all my research, knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Mike was was friendly and knowledgable. He was not pushy but did explain carefully my different options. We discussed price including the trade in of my old Honda, came to a quick reasonable agreement. All the paper work was done extremely efficiently and timely. They also prepared the new car in the same manner. Mike explained thoughly all the parts of the new vehicle,including the service schedule. I felt very prepared when driving off the lot. What I dreaded became nice experience, I feel like I have a new friend!

On last days of January 11, I tried getting quotes from different Honda dealer in my area (north IL suburbs) and I got the best one from Muller. I talked to them on them phone, and ask them to arrange everything as I didn't have enough time to stay in the dealership to get the car. Prior to my arrival, they pulled out the car, cleaned it and installed all the required items. and literally with no hassel, in about half an hour, I got my new car and drove it off. it was the easiest car shopping experience for me. also the day I was getting the car, Joe, sales representative was off, but in the afternoon to deliver the car, he showed up and did everything himself, while he could leave it for his co-workers, and to me this is just a sign of caring about customers. I'm recommending them to whoever considering buying a Honda, in this area.

Our salesperson, Brian Reynolds, and the General Sales Manager, Joel Enright, were a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have purchased about 35 cars in our lifetimes and heard all of the stories we'd care to hear about how the car we want is "rare" and "in high demand", when we were negotiating to buy it, and yet when we went to trade it in, the story changed to "your vehicle is not in high demand, because no one wants that 'rare' feature" that made it so expensive when we bought it.Brian and Joel did none of that. They were matter-of-fact in offering a purchase price on our new vehicle and a value for our trade-in, and then negotiated in good faith to reach a net price that neither side liked, but we could both live with.When I commented on that to Joel after the deal, he attributed their straightforward pproach to Mr. Muller and his business philosophy. This was our first dealing with Muller Honda, and yet they treated us with a respect that is uncommon in the auto industry.If you are in the market for a Honda, you should give them a look. I don't think you will be disappointed.

On Jan. 21, I sent out an inquiry for quotes for a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L via edmunds.com, as well as AMEX and Costco. Over the course of a few days, I received prices from 8 Chicagoland dealers, including Muller Honda via Harry Kim, Muller's sales manager. Muller's initial quote was not the lowest, but they were willing to match the lowest quote after I notified all 8 dealers what the top 3 prices to beat were.Harry Kim was very persistent in making sure all my questions about pricing were answered, especially the additional fees such as documentation fee, tax/title, etc. I requested "out the door" (OTD) pricing from all 8 dealers so that there are no surprises. He, as well as three other dealers, provided the OTD price(some other dealers were very hesitant to do so until you come visit them). This helped immensely, because another dealer gave a slightly lower selling price for the van, but upon comparing the OTD price, the savings was gone due to the different county taxes.I had narrowed my choice down to two dealers, and on Jan. 29, I decided to visit Muller Honda first because they were closest to my house and was not in a high traffic area. I asked for Harry Kim who I had been communicating by email, but he was busy with another customer, so he asked Karl Novitskiy, another salesperson, to meet with me instead.Harry provided Karl with the pricing we had agreed on via email, as well as the two colors of the Odyssey that I was interested in. Karl arranged to have two Odyssey's with the two colors parked side by side so that I could compare - this was much appreciated.I had a 1998 Toyota Sienna that I wanted to trade in but I wanted a minimum price for it (CarMax appraisal). Muller's appraiser gave me a trade-in price for the Sienna that was $300 less than CarMax's offer. I asked Karl to see if they could match the CarMax price and he said he had to speak with Harry about this. Harry came over and told me that we have a deal, and I was on my way to purchasing the Odyssey. This was pretty much the extent of price negotiation on site, which was very minimal (<5 minutes). Karl offered me bottled water a couple of times during the few times I was waiting.While I was taking care of the purchase with their financing manager, Karl was making sure the new Odyssey was ready for me to pick up, including transferring both my license plate and my city sticker. Karl was very observant and noticed some marks on the leather seats; he made sure these were taken care of. He then provided me a good tutorial on the key operating features of the van, including how to fold the third row seats, how to remove the middle seat in the second row, how to set up the Bluetooth, etc. Then I was on the way home to show the family the new minivan! Total time spent at Muller Honda was 2 hours which worked out just fine for me.Karl tried calling me on Jan. 31 to follow-up on my minivan purchase to see if I had any issues, but I was not available. This follow-up phone call was much appreciated though.

They are overwhelmingly the best Honda dealership (and best dealership overall) of any we have tried. We tried to experiment with a new vehilcle or dealership on our most recent purchase, however the whole process and customer service was no where near what Muller Honda can provide. Our Pilot was serviced on 1-10-11. Lee Brownstein was AMAZING: so smart, intuitive, and savvy. He and other members of the service team are always so knowledgeable, kind to answer any questions, big or small-- our service on 1-10-11 was no exception. They gave great explanations as to what was done to the car yesterday, and why. They also prepare us for what to expect in the future. We always learn a little something more about our car in the service department, that we didn't know before we brought it in (something about the dashboard, computer signals, interior etc)! Thank you to Lee and everyone else for being so accommodating and intelligent about our car. We felt comfortable yesterday, as we always do.

The service department is the best. My sales experience however was average. Muller offered me $1,500 less for my trade in initially than Car Max and Kelly Blue Book quoted and it took over an hour just to get them to agree to a price that was still $500 less than the other two quotes. The car is beautiful and I was very happy with the final lease agreement but I was a little disappointed that the negotiations took so long and the initial offer was so off.

Got an aggressive price online. They were very prompt in returning my email inquiries and questions. Also followed up with a phone call. They were good,but not too aggressive or pestering me. When I went to the dealer the initial email contact (Joe) was not available, but he handed me off to Mike who was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were no surprises, car sold at the same price as negotiated through email. Lower than what Edmunds or Cars indicated as local pricing. Only downside was they were not willing to give me the same trade in price or value as Carmax who I had seen earlier that day. Also did not have the exact color in stock and the factory was not going to ship out the same color for another month. Thye had to trade with another dealer for the car but charged me about 350 to do so.

I had a scheduled Express Service appointment on 12/18/10. The gentleman at the desk came to me in the waiting room and explained that besides the regular service, I desparately needed rear brakes and a new battery. I know that he felt awful having to give me that news one week before Christmas, but he explained that it was necessary and really couldn't wait any longer.I, of course, was not prepared to have a large service bill that day, but I knew when I drove my car away that it had been properly taken care of and I had received every courtesy and explanation to ensure that I was also taken care of properly. The service department even stayed late to complete the work (since none of us were aware of these urgent repairs at the time I made my appointment).I have always recommended Muller Honda and feel confident and secure with how I am treated as well as my car which I purchased from them. NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER WORKED ON MY ACCORD AND NO ONE EVER WILL AS LONG AS I OWN IT!!!

I walked in hoping to find a good deal on a new Si sedan. I was at least 4k upside down on my current vehicle that I purchased new less than 2 years ago. I spent a little more than I should have, and I was looking for a fun car that was still good on gas, fun to drive, while still saving me money. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have to spend hours negotiating a price. I told them what my financial goal was, and they were able to get down to my level and provide me with a deal I could not refuse. Filling out all the paperwork for the purchase took no more than 30 minutes, and I was on my way. Very smooth transaction, there were no hidden fees or agendas. The deal I was getting was laid out in front of me in plain English, and every detail was explained quickly and accurately. I have not dealt with the Service department yet, but if they are anything like the office crew, I doubt I will ever want to take my new Honda anywhere else. I even asked during the negotions about loander vehicles when my car is in for service. I was told if I bought a car from them, I would always get a service loaner from them to get back and forth to work. My last dealership refused to give me a loaner at all for the 2 years I owned my vehicle. That is unacceptable customer service. I plan on recommending this dealer to friends and family if they are on the market for a new or used Honda.

Muller Honda rates very high on my list for people who understand customer service. This is now the third car I have either purchased or leased from them and the experience has been nothing less than outstanding. This dealership is definitely a cut above the rest. I was dreading the idea of having to purchase another car. I worked with Michael Wei via the internet initially and he was very responsive and informative. When we met with him he took the time to explain the entire deal to us. Those questions he could not answer, he referred to his sales manager. They took care of our end of lease with our other car and worked out a deal for us on a new lease that we were very happy with. Michael was extremely patient as we decided on which color. He drove up different cars so we could take a look at them in a well lit garage. He allowed us to take our time and we never felt rushed. Once we had decided we met with the business manager. He had our paperwork done and signed within 15-20 minutes at the most. We left the dealership feeling very confident that we had received a good deal and didn't feel like we had received any kind of high pressure tactics. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

My first attempt at purchasing a new Honda Accord was with a dealer from whom I had purchased my existing vehicle 10 years ago. I looked at the 2011 selection and the dealer did not have the model & color choices that I was considering on the lot. My sales associate told me that they would not take my 2001 Odyssey as a trade-in, and was given one price "not negotiable." (I was later told that the trade-in would have been negotiable.) I was told that it might take weeks to get a dealer trade of the model/color I wanted in the 2011. Financing was 4.9% They showed me one used 2010.At Muller, I was shown both 2010 and 2011 models. There was a great selection and I found the model/color in a 2010. Mike was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me. He negotiated on my Odyssey, which he took as a trade. I was able to get a great price on top of the trade in, and a superior financing rate. I was offered extended warranty packages, fairly priced as an incentive to purchase. Sales tactics were not high pressure.I came back to purchase my car the next day. I am very happy with my purchase experience at Muller, and would recommend the dealership to anyone.

I was a state away trying to find everything I was looking for in a used vehicle and found it. I called the dealership and talked to the used car salesman, who was pretty nice. The pictures I had seen online on consisted of some exterior pics and pictures of the dash & steering wheel none of the seats, carpets, or cargo area. I requested more pics, video, and asked some questions. I did not want to drive 6.5 hours to find any disappointments that I could have known about had I asked or seen the pics. First I was told they could not make a video and there were lots of pics online. Yes, I had seen the ones online but they did not show the whole vehicle and lots of stuff could have been hidden with only those few pics. Then I receive a video but it is of the wrong vehicle. Thanks for that! Anyway, after about 15 emails and a couple of calls I get more photos but still of only the exterior and dash/steering wheel. What's wrong with these people. My questions were not answered but we did agree on a price. They agreed on what I offered so that did make me happy. I began making arrangements to travel there the following Monday (This was on a Friday). I made plans for a babysitter and found someone to go with me (who took off work to go) and sent my credit application to finance it through the dealership to make it easier than contacting my bank on Monday and being out of state. Saturday morning the salesman called and really wanted me to make a deposit so it wouldn't be sold on their busiest day. So, even though I didn't want to I did. $500 deposit to hold the vehicle until Monday. The business manager called and asked a few questions about financing and started on that. Then later that afternoon I get an email from the sales manager that he is sorry but the vehicle was already sold!!!! And my deposit would be refunded. WHAT!!!!!! After all of that they sold it! I called the salesman I had been dealing with and he said that the manager was afraid I would show up and "pick it apart" because I was asking so many questions. Ummmm.....of course I asked a lot of questions, I'm driving 6.5 hours to buy a vehicle I've not driven or seen in person (much less not seen all of)! So after I had made a deposit of $500 to hold the vehicle the manager made a decision to go ahead and sell it to a customer that wanted it Saturday for asking price. I understand business is business but they pressured me into the deposit TO HOLD IT! Then sold it anyway. Had I not made the deposit it would have just been my loss. But not only that, he didn't even had the decency to call me and tell me. He sent it to me in an email and lied by saying he didn't know it was already sold. It was not sold when I made the deposit! So not only that, but he sold it out from under my salesman and he lost the commission. So, not impressed with Sales Manager Luigi! I would not want to work for this guy or buy anything from him. He is the reason car dealers have such a bad name for lying! You really can't believe anything they say!

Tried to do a cash for clunkers deal and they acted like I had herpes - rude and inefficient.They couldn't figure out the government website and asked for $4500 upfront in case the gov. didn't pay them.I have bought five cars from them over the years but I'm not going there again.

After looking at the reviews for Muller Honda I was skeptical whether this was a dealership I wanted to purchase a vehicle from. However, based on the price of the vehicle I wanted, I decided to purchase from Muller and my experience was very good!This was the first time I ever bought a car from a dealership and I was wary of how the negotiating would/should go with them. I decided to take the internet route and negotiate the price via e-mail with Harry Kim (Internet Sales Manager). He was very responsive and in the end he gave me a fantastic price for a 2009 Honda Accord EX. He gave me a quote $2,628 BELOW invoice! When I came into the dealership I met with Harry and Karl Novitskiy and they were very friendly and personable. They honored the quote they gave me and I proceded to go through the routine of paperwork. Karl was very clear and friendly on the paperwork needed. When I went to the Finance guy (don't remember his name), he was very friendly and thorough (very pleased as I wasn't expecting this). He clearly explained options available to me and their cost and when I said "no thanks" he moved on quickly without trying to push me to buy one.Overall, my first experience at Muller was very good and straight forward. I would recommend that others discuss and negotiate the cost of the vehicle via e-mail, phone, and/or fax. Another thing I did is that before I came into the dealer and when Harry provided me a price quote that we both agreed upon, I also asked him to provide me (which he did) all the necessary fees that will be added to the cost of the car so I can get a final out-the-door price. This gave me a chance to verify the fees (if they were plausible) and insure that no new fees were added when I came into the dealer.So in the end, I do recommend this dealership.-Brent

Bought my 2009 Civic EX at Muller. Great price, no scamming or b.s-ing us, and no pushing. Straight to the point with the finance manager. Everyone was extremely nice and polite. Karl did everything possible to accommodate us with the car of my choice and even offered to scout all over the state to get it. Great experience, and will definitely go there for any service needed, even though there are closer Honda dealers to my house.

The people on this website that have previously written reviews must be the owners or managers of this dealership. I just now got home at 10:30 at night after a 4 hour ordeal at this place. We thought we had agreed on a price with the salesman but when we took a look at the papers we were signing, we were actually buying the car for $3,800 more than the original asking price. We had asked to speak with the general manager (Jeff, I can't remember his last name) when we were trying to make a deal with the salesman, Robert, and he ran back and forth the manager's office several times. We asked to speak to him again when we saw the extra $3,800 dollars we almost signed off on and he refused to talk to us. So, I went to his office since he couldn't find the time to get off his lazy butt. Before I could even get a sentence out, hee cut me off and starting blaming the salesman and trying to convince me that nothing was his fault, he just runs the place. Right off the bat he was very arrogant and rude. When my boyfriend who I was buying the car with tried to step in, he said "And who are you!?!?" It all went down hill from there, he was very demeaning and told us it was time to "part ways" when we really had him trapped and he didn't want to admit to how slimy he actually was. I will never even look at a car that is associated in any way with a Muller dealership. So if you want to be totally screwed, go to Muller! If not, avoid that dealership at all costs.

said they couldn't do anything about a light on the dashboard after checking it, so we took a test drive for 5 minutes just to see if the car would be ok. we come back home, and the agent left a disturbing message, calling us "sleazy," accusing us of "theft," and even went as far as threaten us about withdrawing atm money. we paid our bill and everything, but the agent said these inappropriate and unprofessional words, and we never got an apology or a proper explanation. will probably never go back again.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I thought we were on the show boiling point it was so bad. Sadly, we weren't. We drove 20 miles to go to this dealership twice, ordered a brand new car, then when we went to pick it up it was not what we ordered and the general manager screamed at us and told us to get out. Either he was crazy or we were scammed and when he reviewed the deal decided he didn't want to sell it at that price. Honda is great - just get it somewhere else.

What a difference compared to the slime-ing I experienced at Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn! Harry and the finance manager did their job, offered us the extras, and reacted politely and professionally when we said we'd think it over. The pricing was fine right off the bat (we made the deal without setting foot in the store - all by Internet and phone with Harry); the price was one the Oak Lawn Internet manager (Mike Siddiqi) actually laughed at to my face: "If you can buy the car at that price, more power to you! Ha, Ha!" <br><br>The fairly rare CR-V SE AWD in Pewter Pearl was delivered to the distribution center yesterday, and was immediately damaged in a hail storm. Harry knew we needed the car tonight, so he busted butt to trade for one at another dealer, and delivered it to us right on time tonight, with some extras thrown in for our troujble.<br><br>Our experience certainly was consistent with Muller's reputation.
