I want to compliment the Muller service department on the great job they did on my car. After having too many bad experiences to count at the Chicago Subaru service department, I left the city in hopes of finding good help. Tony is a fantastic service advisor and helped me through a major transmission replacement. My Forester is running like new again with 140k miles. The Muller service department was communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process and really went above and beyond my expectations. Hats off to you, Muller. I highly recommend giving them a visit. They are true professionals.

Edgar was great to deal with. He took the time to show us several different vehicles as we had special circumstances. He expedited the purchase process so we could make an appointment that evening. Muller was fair and competitive on their pricing. We look forward to similar experiences with service.

I've continued to experience a high level of service from this dealership for the past year. I live in the city, but I still come here to get my Outback serviced. Most recently, Javed went above and beyond to correct an issue I was having with my vehicle. I'll continue going to Muller for maintenance on my Outback and will likely use this dealership when I buy my next car.

I came here this past Saturday and after I asked to see Subaru Forester, Jamie one of the used car managers greeted me, and took me for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was very patient and not pushy like you see in some dealerships. Even though I didn't end up buying the car I wanted to give this location and especially Jamie a big shut out for being good, professional, friendly, patient and not pushy!!!
