Patrick in service made it happen. Of course with a big assist from the service technician. My wife and I had a trip scheduled as soon as the service was complete. I was hoping that they could get it done by the end of the day. They were done by 11:00. Everything worked out great. Camera works great no more front end shaking. All is good.

I would have left a 5 star review if it were not for the hassle of getting my tag paperwork (out of state) and my refund for the overage I paid in taxes. I purchased out of my state of Alabama and drove 6 hours to buy our Explorer. This dealer had the vehicle we wanted at a good price. We made the trip after having all of our numbers agreed upon. That part was flawless. They were friendly and eager for my business. Marty

AMAZING dealership!! I use Mullinax every chance I get..They treat me like family and stand behind everything they sell.. Josh and Ashley are the 2 best sales people I have ever met.. They have truly become friends of mine.. Do yourself a favor and at least take a look at Mullinax Ford for you next new, or used, car or truck..

Steve did a great job of showing us all the vehicles on the lot and explaining in details the difference. Jack had the bed liner already installed when we arrived the next day. Jack explained all the safety features as well as all the apps, and downloaded the ford app on my phone and how to use the remote controls of that app. Jack was detailed from front to rear. We drove off the Ford lot very happy, knowing that Ford in New Smyna had us covered.
