These 2 stars follow a response from the gentleman that stated he would call me the next day after I came to the dealership just before closing the day before. The short of the story is the gentleman offered to get keys for a vehicle I was interested in purchasing only to return to state they were locked up as if the Fort Knox lock the was keep them hostage couldn't be opened until the next day. As I mentioned earlier I knew it was close to closing and was inquiring about the vehicle. However to tell me that keys are locked away and you can't get them isn't acceptable. Nor is the lack of follow up the next day. When my information was listed for the inquiry online to call me about the vehicle. Audi A6 2018.

These folks are dishonest crooks. And I wish that was figurative. Looked up the criminal records of those that pulled the bait and switch and later threats on me and was shocked. Buyer beware has never been more apt. And research the positive reviews - highly suspect they are mostly one off folks on the payroll/family etc. Read the BBB complaints. There are several reputable used car dealers in the area or you may find a gem through auto traders or Nextdoor as I did. If you do end up here, be very wary. Yeah it’s nice that it’s all shiny under the hood - what’s being hidden by the under the hood wash job that happened right before you pulled up? Do your research, take it somewhere you trust, and be very careful if you consider buying from this crew.
