I'm not one for writing reviews. I've been a long time loyal customer (10 years) but my recent experience with a salesman was so bad I refuse to do any more business with them. Even took my car out of the shop before repairs were complete. It pains me to say it , but they will not get another dime from me.

I would like to thank the service department for being very honest and up front while performing a normal scheduled maintenance on my 2012 F-150. Upon return to the dealership, I saw my truck outside and gave it a quick look over to make sure there was no damage done by the technicians (I had this happen to my daughters car at a different place). I didnt see any obvious damage and proceeded inside to be greeted by the service manager so he could go over the paperwork describing the work done in detail. He immediately let me know that while preparing to lift my truck for the oil change, the technician knocked a small chip out of my wheel with the lifting arm. Before I could say anything, he assured me that a new wheel had already been ordered and was very apologetic for the damage. They could have easily not said anything and I would have never known until weeks later thinking I somehow caused the chip. This was my first experience with Murray Ford since they acquired this dealership last year and I have to say with this kind of honesty, they will have a lot of satisfied customers.

I found Mr. Ed Hable very polite and professional. he was not pushy & did not try to get me to purchase something I did not want. In fact, he was able to put me in a 2016 Ford Escape, instead of a 2014 or 2015. I am well please with his services!

The sales department was excellent, everyone made you fell like family there to help you with what ever you needed. The service department was also helpful . The service was done in a timely matter that's excellent service. This is a great dealership to do business with.
