4-5-21 Update: I've struggled the past few week on what to say in regards to the 2018 Nissan Altima I purchased from Music City. I'll keep this simple. In February one afternoon, I had came home from buying groceries. I was about to back in to my parking spot at home and suddenly noticed a vehicle heading toward me at high speed. Quick thinking led to me stepping on the gas and hitting the wall (damage to passenger side) to avoid getting hit on the driver side and possibly getting killed. What would have been a simple fender/light replacement turned in to something worse. There was old structural damage discovered by the technicians and they refused any further car repairs. The technicians AND insurance adjuster stated and I do quote, "This car should not have been sold to me and should not have been on the road. It was a danger to me, the driver...." This damaged occurred BEFORE I purchased the car from Music City, was unrelated to my incident and my insurance was very thorough with the investigation, thus, I have the proof. Because of the extend of the damage, the insurance had no choice but to total my car. I was beyond disappointed and in tears. I had never purchased a used car until coming here and this have literally scared me from purchasing another from here or anywhere for fear of undocumented damage. Another thing I would like to add, although the service I received when I was there was decent, it would have been nice to have allowed me to explore options of the vehicles in inventory instead of having this man just hand me one without any a objection from me. I don't care what my situation was at that time. I WAS the customer, customer satisfaction should be the goal, and I should have been given the fair chance to select a vehicle to my liking instead/price range of being given what he/they/whoever wanted me to have. I feel this complex hold a small responsibility since I got the car from them. That's all I have to day. Dated 4-5-21 Holy cow! If I could give 10 stars I would! This the FIRST time in my adult life when I've felt comfortable at a car dealership! Beautiful place, BEAUTIFUL cars, nice people! Buck Buchanan was AWESOME salesmen!!!! Best service I've ever had and I'm 100% satisfied with my vehicle purchase! Thank you Buck!!!!

Loren was a great help when I came into Music City AutoPlex. She was friendly, helpful, and most importantly patient with me being that I was experiencing so many hardships. I love the fact that she helped me pick out the perfect car for my budget. I will always send people to her because of how sufficient and friendly she was.

I purchased a used truck through Ronnie at MCA and really appreciated his time and professionalism. He went above and beyond to answer questions and solve some outstanding items when I purchased my truck. The atmosphere of the company is very laid back and no pressure or run-of-the-mill car buying tactics. It had been a while since I purchased a car or truck and Ronnie made the process really simple. I financed through my bank and had a wonderful time trying to track down anyone working after 4:30 PM on a Friday and Ronnie helped me fax and copy and email them tons of documents, even making calls to find a bank that would be open for me to finalize the documents that Saturday. Incredibly nice guy, staff seems to enjoy working there and the whole process was really simple and pressure-free. Recommending this place to my friends and family as well!

My experience at Music city autoplex was Great, had 2 people greet me when I first got there, but I had already talked to Patrick Johnson on the phone, he was very nice on the phone, but when I got there you could tell he took pride in his job, he made it his mission to get me in the car I wanted, and he did just that, couldn't ask for a better person. So if any body is looking for a good place to get a car go on down to MUSIC CITY AUTOPLEX and see Patrick you won't regret it!!!!!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Toyota Tacoma from Music City Autoplex. Ronnie Albright was a class act and helped me tremendously in the buying process. It was a wonderful day at Music City Auto. Me, my mom, and my sister went to Music City Autoplex to get a car. We were introduced to Ronnie Albright, and he showed us 2 cars. We were especially impressed with the 2010 Lexus ES350. The car was all we envisioned a car being, and then some. It rode like a "Dream". I would like to thank Ronnie Albright and Van Stewart in helping us to get into this car. They both worked with us so we could afford this car. We called ahead and the car we were looking for was pulled out and waiting for us to drive. We were planning on just driving and continuing our search. We were so impressed with our salesman Rick Johns and the entire staff we decided to buy. I didn't think we would ever buy a used car except from the dealer. We have two Lexus and we're looking for a third Lexus. I must say our experience at Music City was as pleasant if not more so than the Lexus dealership. I would recommend Mr. Johns and Music City to friends and family.

Dwayne took such good care of us and made our trade-in practically effortless for my husband and I. If you want amazing customer service and honesty, I highly suggest Music City Autoplex. The vehicle we purchased needed a part that had to be ordered.. Dwayne personally brought it to me on a Sunday over an hour away from the dealership to the town we live in. I purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper S with 91,000 miles from Music City Autoplex on August 8. I sent in an email to their customer service but have not received any contact from them. When I went to see the car, I was told that it was available, but when I arrived, the car was at a repair shop called A-Plus Auto Repair in Hendersonville. The salesman drove me there, where he said they were trying to diagnose a noise in the front end. He assured me that once they resolved it, the car would be put through the 135-point inspection and would be "worry-free" for the first 3 months or 3000 miles. During the test drive, I did not hear the noise, and I did end up buying the car, which I picked up the next day, because he said they were going to fix the car and do the inspection. Soon after picking up the car, I started to hear the noise from the front end when taking off from a stop. After doing some research on the internet, I found that the noise I was hearing was the clutch. It was some cause for concern, but it seemed intermittent, so I continued to drive the car. I have been driving manual transmission cars for 30 years, and I have never had one fail on me. Now, after driving the car only about 1100 miles in three weeks, the clutch is slipping very badly. I know a clutch is a "wear" item, but certainly should not fail three weeks after purchasing the car. While this may not be everyone's experience with Music City Autoplex, it unfortunately is mine so far, but I will update this review if the situation changes.
