Not the dealership. Gmc in general. I had to have a 2019 GMC Sierra with 12,000 miles towed. We had it towed home because we didn’t know we had to tow it to the shop. Gmc refuses to reimburse us for the 75.00 tow. This is the 2nd gmc we purchase one was a 2017 and the transmission went out then we purchased the 2019 and broke down on us.

Not sure about car sells but regarding repair through GM Extended warranty. They seem to not care for my ethnicity are the quality of work rendering further damage to an already complicated situation now my cars computer is totally out of wack with temp gauge now displays any number it wants, an even worse shifting and idle issue making my Buick horrible not to mention scratching my interior and only ordering the part an refusing to actually install something they admitted to damaging… I’m so disappointed and currently seekin legal counseling since Nathan or any of the upper management could careless about the situation!!!!
