By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. No question about it. I wanted something that that they didn't have on the lot and they tirelessly searched and found me exactly what I wanted. There are really so many positive things about this purchase. They worked to get me a great price. They made me promises and delivered. If you're looking for a new or used car you really need head to Musson Patout and ask for Amber and/or Rick. Top notch people and overall great humans! I would absolutely recommend them to a friend and the next time I'm looking to buy a car that's where I'm going. No doubt about it!

Bought a 2021 Highlander and had an awesome experience! Our salesman, Vu, was so patient and kind to us during our whole experience. He was able to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted, color and all. Super nice and was very genuine, didn't make us feel like we were just a sale.. The finance guy, Mike, was awesome as well. Super nice and informative, made sure that I understood everything BEFORE I signed anything. The manager, Rick, made sure that we were taken care of the whole time and that my new vehicle was in excellent condition! He had it detailed and a full tank of gas before we left. Overall an amazing experience! Thank you Musson-Patout for such an excellent vehicle and easy purchase!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We experienced this service about a year ago, when we traded our Mazda for a Camry XLE. After having bad experiences with other dealerships, our expectations weren't too high for this one. We were pleasantly surprised to find caring people across the board, from their sales people to their service in EVERY area! They are also very knowledgeable about their cars and service. After about a year with my Camry, we decided to go back to Musson-Patout to see about getting an SUV. My Camry was GREAT, but I missed the cargo area and height of an SUV. AGAIN, exceptional service and caring people. This service is what keeps us at Musson-Patout!! We are not just a number to them. There is relationship just like the good ole days when people truly cared about their neighbors! Thanks Musson-Patout!!
