We were having doubts on making the 2 hour drive to go look at trucks at your dealership but we’re sure happy we did! Customer service was great ! when we call we set an appointment the sales person name is Bret ……. ( very helpful and patient young men) We walk out of there with our new 2021 Silverado 1500 , thank you to My Chevrolet staff.😊 I definitely recommend this dealership!

First time I've personally bought from My Chevrolet. My family has for years, but this is my first Chevy. Rick was a pleasure to work with. Let me know when cars arrived that I might be interested in. When I finally decided to buy, he walked me through every feature on my Tahoe. I'll definitely be buying my next car from Chevy again!

I havea lease through MY Chevrolet. The staff are always friendly and polite when I take my car in for service. They are following all guidelines for keeping employees and customers safe during the pandemic. I would highly recommend the dealership!

I have been a car enthusiast all my life and have been blessed to buy several different vehicles... hands down working with Andy Mulkey and ordering a new 2020 Corvette from My Chevrolet has been the best experience. Andy is extremely knowledgeable of the new corvette and has excellent communication skills which made the experience that much better. When my car arrived he had it ready and the transaction was flawless!! Even all the sales people who were there that day made you feel good about your experience! There was no waiting as I walked into the service department. All of my information was taken and my Volt was off getting serviced before I left the building. Everything was done as promised and was ready for pickup in a reasonable period of time. There was no waiting upon my pickup of the vehicle and everything was as one would hope and expect.

Ordered new Camaro just as order book opened for 2016 model year. Car arrived a week before I expected it. The staff kept me informed on the cars status. Peter and Blaine went out of their way to make the cars delivery convenient for me. Including a ride in to the dealer ship to pick it up. The presentation was stunning! They get it. It's not a refrigerator. They further discounted the price from what we had agreed upon. You got to love that. I just drive it, everything works, no problems, I LOVE THIS CAR

This is the second crew cab i have bought in the last year. Internet sales listened to what i wanted made some suggestions and came home with new truck Gary "Coop" Miler was very pleasant to work with and as i said earlier this is the second truck i purchased from Gary. I drove all the way from Redwood City almost 70 miles to do business with MY Chevrolet. as soon as my youngest son is ready to drive i will be back early 2017 for another crew cab. Thanks Gary

I love this dealership. I purchased a brand new car with my fiance from Blayne Odell. Blayne is a great salesman with wonderful customer service skills. I've called him with questions about my car since I've gotten it and he always has an answer for me and responds in a very timely manner. I definitely will be purchasing in the future from Blayne MY Chevrolet and wouldn't want to do it any other way! I recommend this dealership and Blayne to my friends and family. My Chevrolet truly catered to my needs. They were honest as to what would be a smart move for my family and kept my hopes realistic. Needless to say my family has purchased 3 vehicles within the last 3 years from here. Previously I looked at a few cars in the Livermore Auto Mall, and it was terrible! I tried a '11 Chevy Cruze from the Porsche dealership and they made the experience very uncomfortable. Found my car and the bubbly experience I needed from My Chevrolet.
