I went in for a last minute oil change. I called the day prior to see if there were any appointments available. Unfortunately, there were not. However, the technician explained that My Nissan had an express oil change service that did not require and appointment. I stopped in at about noon and I was out by 1. I expected to wait longer so I my laptop so I could do homework. There was free wireless internet in the waiting room along with free coffee and vending machines. However, I was in and out so quickly, I didn't get a chance to partake in the coffee or the snacks. The staff at the service desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. This was an overall great experience.

My only down side is that my coupons weren't honored and the explanation I was given was very vague. No pressure sales! Frank the Tank and Joel and Tino were great!!! We bought our last car 3 years ago from Sunnyvale Nissan and had a horrible experience. We also test drove the Nissan Maxima last Sunday at Cardinales Nissan in Seaside and were not impressed but Joel went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our purchase. For buying a car, it was a great experience!!! BTW - we even got our Maxima SR for a lot cheaper than the Cardinales Maxima SL version we test drove. You have the Best price and Best team around.

I appreciated Joel and Rothsen helping me with my recent purchase. They both took there time to explain and see what options better work for me. Service representative went out of her way to give me what was "promised" on the phone when I made the appt-I wanted oil change, tire rotation, smog... no smog person when I got there, but made a phone call and took it to My Chevy for the smog, just so I wouldn't have to return another day, all in one shopping- they even had time to do an update on the ECU per a letter I received... Very professional and courteous
