Caine came out and greeted me and offered assistance. No pressure. When time to take a selected vehicle for a drive, no pressure. When returned, Caine answered questions. At that point, had I elected to trade, I could have traded and "mailed" title back to Myers Ford. This was no doubt, the best stop at a dealership and interaction with a car salesman.

I purchase a new vehicle every 3-4 years and generally dread the ordeal. Meyers Ford brought exception to that dreaded experience. Great group of people.....salesman actually seemed to care how the purchase experience went. The general manager readily asked me to test drive the new V6 Ecoboost which I was very impressed with. Within 2 hours my trade was evaluated, paperwork completed and I was driving my new F150 home. Would highly recommend Meyers Ford to friends and family for future purchase.

I happened upon Myers Ford when calling every Ford dealer in the area to try and locate a Transit van for our big family. Lisa was extremely transparent to work with, as well as exceedingly generous with her time. I never felt pressured to buy, and we exchanged literally dozens of emails before I decided on the vehicle that was right for my family. Because we needed a special order vehicle, our transaction took place over several weeks, and I can really speak to Lisa's professional character. This was the single best and most respectful car buying experience I've ever had. Highly recommend.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape (used), it was in excellent condition both inside and out. The salesman (Caine) worked with me from WV and followed through with everything we discussed, including working with me on a great interest rate. Everything was ready when I arrived from WV to seal the deal. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Dealing with Myers Ford was a real pleasure. We ordered a new F250 Super Duty with all the options we wanted on it. Lisa was more than helpful working with us through the ordering process. After the order was placed, both Brad and Lisa regularly kept us informed as to the status of the vehicle in the manufacturing and delivery process and gave us an estimated delivery date. The vehicle arrived on time, and was ready to be picked up when they said. So far, their service and attention to detail couldn't have been better. As an aside, we did go to the other local Ford dealer, but it was a different experience. The other dealer showed no interest in ordering us a vehicle. They wanted to sell us something they had on their lot, which is not what we wanted. At no time did anyone at Myers Ford attempt to steer us to another vehicle or try to sell us something we didn't want, and we are very appreciative of that. They were genuinely concerned about getting us the exact vehicle we wanted, and they did. Well done!

I had been looking for a used car for roughly 6 months. My wife and I pulled in to Myers Ford to test drive a few four door sedans because I had never driven a Ford before. The gentlemen working with us Caine Davenport was great, after looking around I told him exactly what I was looking for. A simple car, nothing fancy but would drive 200K+ miles, easy on gas, and cosmetics did not matter to me I am in sales myself and the rule of thumb is that you never want to show a product unless it is cleaned and looking its best. However, it is most important to listen to the customer and give them what they want. With little hesitation he pulled from the back a Ford Fusion that was just traded in. The bumper was scratched, the primer was still on a minor dent they were repairing, and the carpet looked as if it had just came back from a family trip. I am sure 99% of the time consumers expect a car to look NEW when they purchase from a dealer regardless if the car has 100 or 100,000 miles on it so I give Caine a lot of credit for his ability to listen to what I was asking for and deliver. I asked him to call me after they did all their inspections and finished cleaning it to give me a price. Roughly 24 hours later I received a call and picked the car up shortly thereafter. The car looked immaculate when I picked it up, drove excellent, and the price was right. I am not a car guy so the most important aspects of buying a car for me is honesty, customer service, and a fair price you get them all from Myers Ford. I am a customer for life.

When I arrived at Myers Ford I had an idea of what I was looking for and how much I intended to spend. I found the sales staff friendly and helpful but never pushy. Even those not involved in my purchase took time to stop and chat with me and make sure that we were comfortable while we waited for the final touches to be made on the vehicle. The management and finance reps there were top notch as well. They worked hard with us to find us the best possible deals and work out payments that we were happy with. Overall this was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Myers Ford to friends and family.

i recently purchased a used car from Myers Ford. My experience was excellent. I had a no sales pressure experience and when my wife and I asked for the bottom line price, that's what we were given. I was searching for cars at other dealerships/car lots, but their tactics and prices lead me back to Myers Ford.The salesman was beyond courteous and he was one on the main reasons I made a purchase (in addition to the quality car). I had one minor issue that I discovered once I arrived at home but I was placed at the top of the list the following day and the issue was corrected in minimal time at no expense to me. No one can control the uncontrollable; it's how the situation is rectified that's important. Once again Myers Ford exceeded all of my expectations. I was recently on vacation at Massanutten resort and my car, a 2011 Escape broke down. I called the dealership 10 minutes before they closed and they were extremely helpful. Although they offered towing service, I had already phoned AAA. Lisa went out of her way to ensure that a rental was waiting for me and provided me her personal cell phone number in case I ran into any problems. I left the keys to my Escape in the night drop box and checked on it the next day at 0900. The service technician had already diagnosed the problem, it turned out to be a defective throttle body which was part of a factory recall. He informed me the car would be ready within the hour and that there would be no charge. I give an excellent rating to both the service and staff and I feel very comfortable knowing they are available whenever I am in the Harrisonburg area. In the future, if I need a new vehicle, I will certainly consider Myers Ford.

I bought a pre-owned BMW from Myer's Ford and they were extremely professional throughout the process. I called a day ahead of time and traveled from NoVA where they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. They were fair and willing to negotiate with me to make me happy with my investment. I definitely recommend buying from them if you are in the market for a car. I had the pleasure of dealing with Caine. He was super friendly and very responsive to my inquiries over the phone. A lot of dealers keep calling you to pester you, but never return your phone calls when you have questions to ask them, which had been my experience up to purchasing from Myer's.

I recently took my f150 in for repairs. Was a little reluctant to take to dealership I've had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. I told them what the truck was doing.and what I thought was wrong. They checked it out and called me and said it was a misfire.my experiences in the past with other dealerships they would of just fixed what I thought was problem. They were honest they fixed my truck I believe it was a fair price. Truck running good. They also have a loaner program. You purchase vehicle at Myers it's free. That was really helpfull.everybody was extremely helpfull. Also had a pleasant experience when I purchased this truck at Myers. Highly recommend Myers ford .

My story started as a transmission overhall that had to be set up before 6/2 because all after warranty help expired on that date. Yes, I wrote AFTER warranty. Lisa worked with the Myers shop and Ford on my behalf to help me obtain help with repairing/replacing the Escape's transmission. Otherwise, I would have had to pay for everything myself out of pocket. Before the repair happened, I received a call from Lisa alerting me that the recent body repair work that I had done at a shop in Cville was not appropriately done, and that I should alert my insurance company that this was an unacceptable body repair. Lisa and Myers Ford did NOT have to take the time to watch after my best interest on a repair that they had nothing to do with. It's because of this kind of caring about their customer's best interest is why I've kept coming back to Myers Ford year after year. My repair turned into a purchase, because again Lisa set me up with a loaner car that was just traded in that day. The Edge was a very low mile, beautiful car that fit into my budget (again because of Lisa's doing), so I'm now the owner of a new (to me) Edge that's still under warranty because of the year and especially the low miles. I have peace of mind that my vehicle is going to be around for quite awhile, and I'll have help if I need it because of the warranty. Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you Myers Ford and Lisa!!

.I have been looking to replace my old car with something new. I have been dealing with other dealerships in northern Va and Richmond Va areas since I live in Fredericksburg. most of what I found were either inexperienced sales people or ones that wanted to put me in something I just didnt want. I found the Ford fusion I ultimately bought from Myers on the Cars website. since they were more than 100 miles from me I was reluctant to drive all that way just to be disappointed. I spoke to Chip on the phone and told him the payment range I was looking for and the car I was interested in. he said he would do his best to get me there. I drove over looked at the car and test drove it. Chip worked with me on the price without any pressure from my side or his and with ease we settled on a price that was agreeable. This was on a Wednesday before a major snow storm so I was not sure how or when my wife and I would be able to get back to sign the paperwork and take delivery. The dealership was closed on Thursday but Lisa was able to process all of my credit needs even though they were closed. They reopened on Friday and I was able to leave that day by noon with my new care. By far this was the easiest car I have ever purchased

I have purchased about 10 Fords over the past 30 years....most from Myers Ford.....because they are by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with....both in the buying and service department. Lisa and all her competent staff make any purchase a joy. In the past I've always bought F-250's , but this time would be my first car in almost 40 years . Lisa had my options waiting for a test drive when we arrived and patiently helped me decide the best choice for me. A new vehicle is always full of confusing options, but Lisa thoroughly explained everything and set up my phone....even tho I knew she wasn't feeling well. She really went the extra mile . I ended up with the perfect car....a joy to drive . Lisa continued communicating with me to be sure I wasn't having any issues....and forwarded a bunch of handy videos created for just my model car ! We live 45 miles from Myers....with three other closer dealerships, but Myers makes the drive worth it...and offer a free loaner when I need to leave my truck for service. I can honestly say I stayed with Myers Ford because every purchase or service has been a pleasant experience for so many years.

Myers Ford is a family owned and oriented dealership and it shows, they treat all of their customers as such. We are repeat customers; having purchased two new vehicles in '06, we came back this year to purchase two more. Our salesperson, Lisa, her customer service can't be beat. She was very patient with all of our questions and very attentive to all of our needs. Will not buy another vehicle from anyone else. From the time we started emailing Lisa, til we finalized the purchase, there was never any pressure and it was all on our time. The Service Department does an outstanding job, too. A plus with this dealership is that you're never without a vehicle for service calls, if you purchased your car from them, the provide FREE Loaners! on Saturday, august 24th, I went thru another ford dealerships lot. that dealership has a bad reputation on service department. I called Lisa at Myers Ford to see if they could do a dealer swap. To my surprise, Lisa contacted me and told me they could get the car. She took the time to run my credit and I qualified for the 0% financing, which trilled me! On Friday, august 30th, I went to Myers Ford and picked my vehicle up. Lisa had all of my paperwork ready for me to go over and sign. then she took me out to the vehicle and put my license plates on and when over the vehicle functions. She also worked with my cell phone and now I can answer that in the car! what a wonderful feature! Lisa is a awesome person and a wonderful sales person! I will forever deal with Myers Ford for all of my purchases. thanks so much!!!!

I was able to purchase my new truck with no hassles in just two days. Lisa the salesperson was able to find the truck I wanted transfer it to her location and have it ready for me in less than 48 hours from my first call. This is a family owned dealership that treats you like Family. I have always had my older Ford serviced here. The pricing was fair and alot of times better than the monster dealerships where you are just a number. Recently I decided to to retire my Ford Freestyle with 267,000 miles. Though it still ran well I wanted to upgrade. I wanted a slightly used newer Ford. They found a 2013 Ford Taurus with a few miles on it at a great price and value. I was searching for a specific model of Ford F-150 FX4. I searched Cars.com in a 250 mile radius because I couldnt find one locally. Myers Ford had one but it required me to travel 3 hours one way. I contacted the internet sales manager, Lisa Myers. She patiently and quickly answered about 10 emails that I sent requesting information. Between the information on Cars.com and the information Lisa provided I decided to make the trip to beautiful Elkton, VA. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Sales manager, Chuck Keller. I thought here we go the high pressure sales pitch. I was pleasantly surprised that Chuck just wanted to welcome me to dealership, thats it! No sales talk, no pressure just to say hi. That just doesnt happen at a car dealership. I took the F-150 out for a test drive not around the block but for an extended drive as suggested by Chuck and he still didnt talk about a sale. He honestly wanted me to feel comfortable with the buying decision. Upon my return I talked to Chuck about the truck and finally he asked me if I was interested in the truck again without pressure. I told him that I wanted it at the right price. I asked him what he would take for the truck, he answered and I countered with my offer. He needed to talk to the owner about my offer and I thought here we go it will be a knockdown, drag out negotiation. Again I was wrong. Chuck came back once and told me ok we have a deal and it only took 5 minutes. I had never experienced such easy and fair negotiated in my 20+ years of purchasing vehicles. I was then introduced to salesperson Caine Davenport and again no high pressure to buy extra warranties, parts or other unnecessary items just a willingness to answer all of my questions and get the buying process completed. Caine went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable with the process and was happy with the price that I was paying. My wife commented about how polite he was and how he treated us like he had known us for years. Next I met F&I manager Donna Styles who also went out her way to make us feel comfortable with the purchase and explained fully each document that I was signing. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Myers Ford and I can honestly say I left the dealership completely satisfied and impressed with my purchasing experience. I would DEFINITELY make the trip from Pa to Elkton to buy my next vehicle. It was well worth the time and effort. Greg P.S. I was shopping for a Ford Edge and found that Myers Ford had a brand new 2011 model. After a few emails back and forth with Carter Myers, we had settled on a great price for me. My wife and I drove down from northern VA before the end of the month to get a financing deal. We spent aobut 30 minutes going over the vehicle features and test driving, an hour in the office, and another 30 minutes after the purchase with Carter helping us sync our phones even though everyone else had already left for the day. Great customer service, no pressure upselling, the price we discussed over email was honored. Would definitely buy another car from here.
