Salesperson Jason Hearn was extremely accommodating and helpful. With low inventory in all the dealerships, it's important to give your salesperson as many options as possible. This is the third Genesis I have bought from MB Hyundai, 2011 4.6 V8,2015 5.0 V8,2017 G80 3.8. As well as I was treated when I purchased the 2011 and 2015, Mickey Turner and Marcus McDonald went above and beyond in making sure I was treated in an exceptionally professional manner and was offered an arrangement that satisfied me more than I could have imagined. Mickey was gracious, helpful, open, honest, and easy to communicate with. I think he is easily the best sales manager I have worked with in purchasing any vehicle. He really made me feel like a valued customer which was very gratifying since I have purchased three vehicles from MB Hyundai and have recommended them to many friends. Marcus is an outstanding salesman. He went beyond the pale in making me feel comfortable and making sure I was getting the car I wanted. The entire team at MB Hyundai puts its customers first, sales, service, parts, billing, finance, etc. There is no one with whom I don't enjoy visiting and speaking with.

I needed a vehicle quickly and a friend suggested I consider a Hyundai. Two co-workers had bought from MB Hyundai and both recommended givng them a try. Told them ahead of time what I was interested in (Tuscon or Santa Fe) and when I arrived at the dealership inn about 15 minutes I was test driving. Very professional and friendly, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I would recommend certain people there. As previous stated, I was a little disappointed based on my assumptions. The vehicles at the Myrtle Beach location really are complete, the one they picked up for me from another dealership, was missing some of the items I expected in the 'limited' model. Just my expectations, not necessarily the dealerships fault, although they should have shown me the print out of what was included in that vehicle BEFORE they delivered to me. I would have had them pinstripe my vehicle (because it just adds a little something extra) and I would have ordered the first aid kit & trunk tray. But we all know what they say about assuming things, it won't happen again, I can tell you that! My bad....

We visited Myrtle Beach Hyundai several weeks ago in late June or early July. I asked my husband to narrow down our search for a new vehicle to two or three vehicles. He narrowed it down to the Hyundai Santa Fe and the Chevrolet Equinox. We drove the Santa Fe and like it very much. Mike was our sales person, and called us the week we had planned to return to look at the Santa Fe again. We made an appointment and purchased our vehicle on July 22. Eryckah was excellent in telling us about its features. In reviewing our overall experience, it was positive with Mike, Eryckah and the young man who handled our paperwork. Although it took more time than we expected, we left the Dealership late that afternoon with exactly the car we had priced on-line, including the color and all the options we had specified. The dealership went out of its way to obtain the car we wanted from another dealership before we arrived at the dealer. It also found some items we left in our old car that we had traded in and returned them to us. We are very happy with all the new safety features in our new 2017 Elantra Limited. It drives like a dream and gets great gas mileage.

We were pleased with our dealings at Myrtle Beach Hyundai and would recommend them to others looking to purchase a Hyundai automobile. My only complaint is that they did not offer a free two year maintenance on the purchase of a new vehicle which many dealerships do. It is for this reason that I will probably seek routine maintenance at other locations.

Ok experience. Everyone was nice and quick with everything. Needed to explain and be more accurate and knowledgable on how the vehicle functions. Was sold a package that did most of but not all off what I thought it could do. Was set up with a linking appointment that was great if the vehicle actually had the features my salesman thought it could do. Our salesperson (Tyler) was very professional in handling our lease trade-in and step up to 2017 Elantra. He handled all aspects of the trade/lease in a businesslike and yet personal way which enabled us to take care of everything in one visit. The cost was exactly as promised and car was prepared and delivered as we waited. I had two places on the car that were flaws in the paint, one back by the rear lift gate was an actual chip down to the metal, the other was a flaw in the paint on the right rear quarter panel. There was also two scratches in the leather on the glove box door and the top of the dash. I was told by the salesman to bring the car back and they would make the repairs. The quarter panel was repaired fine, the rear chip looked like something I could have done with a bottle of white-out. I was not pleased with this and I felt that the other scratches inside the car were not taken care of to my satisfaction. This was supposed to be a brand new vehicle although it had over 100 miles on it so it must have been test driven several times. I have no complaints about my salesman, he was a very sweet young man, but I can't say as I was happy with the repairs or touch ups that were done. I ended up coming into the dealership because had had a very poor experience with a NISSAN dealership in the area. I love my Sante Fe, but didn't expect the flaws on the exterior or interior and I honestly think that something could have been taken off of the price for these issues with the body and interior.

The dealer ship staff was very friendly. Our salesman, Mike Heffner, was enthusiastic over the vehicle and was not pushy. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle, even when I said I was going to look at other makers. I purchased the Santa Fe because I felt it had more comfort features than similar vehicles at the same price point. This is my second Santa Fe. My first was a 2009 Santa Fe Limited.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Neal Singletary at Myrtle Beach Hyundai. We were unsure of what we wanted when we first walked onto the lot, and if we wanted to buy or lease. Neal walked us through two different models in our price range and showed us them in depth. He was very professional when presenting information, running our numbers, and discussion our options. Neal even went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable by offering us each a bottle of water while waiting. We also had a wonderful experience with Dave Rice. Never having leased a car, we were cautious and unsure if it was the right choice for us. Dave explained and calculated the payments and leasing procedure clearly. He was also extremely pleasant, which made us very comfortable. Finally, the staff at Myrtle Beach Hyundai were helpful in finding the specific color car we were looking for. Overall the experience was wonderful, and we would highly recommend Hyundai, and this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a car!

My overall review of Myrtle Beach Hyundai is very good. They let me know they wanted my business and displayed the willingness to negotiate in good faith. I did not feel pressured into doing anything. I thought they had a good selection of vehicles. In my opinion, the Hyundai sells itself, but Myrtle Beach Hyundai is not really in a good physical location, and the building itself is dated, but nevertheless well-maintained. They also need to take that Isuzu sign down! They have Isuzu on top of Hyundai, and Isuzu has been discontinued for some time now.

This place is terrible! Every time ive been there they have kept me there for at least 3 hours for no reason! I have a lease and they got me in there to do an early trade on my SUV with promises of the same car at about the same payment. Hours later they tried to put me in the smallest vehicle with a higher payment smh. Waste of my time. So now my lease is almost up and I went to find out what I need to do. The annoying salesman kept showing us vehicles rather than telling me my options...even took 30 minutes of my time to show me a radio in a car he was showing us that was the same as my current vehicle! I told them i had bad credit due to divorce and he still kept pushing cars on me . well duh...at the end they said i had bad credit and couldnt do anything duh! And I still did not find out the lease procedures after 4 hours being there....thats all I wanted to know! My mom is a millionaire and was going to cosign because of my credit issues. This idiot told me to go to the bad credit car places where the payments are outrageous rather than ask about a cosigner. I told him that i had a cosigner and he said "that changes everything" ...i replied "it sure does...at a different dealership!" They definitly lost my business and i would never recommend them unless you just want to waste your own time by going there.

We walked in the door and were immediately welcomed by Doc Ingel. We had done some research online and were given everything we asked for. Doc took us on a test drive which allowed us to really get insight into how the Elantra handles. He explained the features and a little about the company. He was humorous and very friendly in a sincere way without being pushy. The finance manager was also helpful and friendly. The tech girl was amazing. She showed us around the service department, set up the blue tooth with our phone, explained everything within the car and left time for any questions. She showed us the reference books and explained.She was very helpful. Again, I have never experienced this at any other car dealership in the past. Thank you

Craig (salesperson) was great. He wanted to understand my wants and needs from a car and was not pushy in any way. We discussed why I came (to look at the Tucson) and he showed me all options and available vehicles. He was friendly yet business-like which I feel is a perfect combination. we eventually found my vehicle and came to a fair price. The experience did not take forever yet I didn't feel rushed. Outstanding experience and great car!

Buying a car can be an extremely overwhelming experience especially when dealing with a pushy salesperson. Fortunately, I had the most awesome experience with Ben Crawford salesperson and Dave Rice from the finance department, at the Hyundai dealership at Myrtle Beach SC. I escaped the fast talking and over bearing tactics that usually come with the buying process. I was indecisive at times but I was given the courtesy to think my decisions through with no hassle. First time I walked away after a car purchase with no regrets. I recommend this dealership hands down!

From the time I walked in and met Mr Wingate,who introduced me too Jim Mims it was a a great experience. I was not pushed into anything I didn't want. I was given the Santa Fe to drive and take home then the Tusco the following day, was able to take my time with my decision. Everyone was very helpful and patient. I chose to obtain a new car from Myrtle Beach Hyundai because of my positive contacts with the service department. I moved to Myrtle Beach from Louisiana in March of this year. I was driving a 2010 Sonata and came to the dealership several times for routine service, questions, and a repair. The service staff was always pleasant, helpful and conscientious about time. When the time came to replace the Sonata, this was the only dealership I used because of their positive track record with me. I chose to lease 2016 Tucson and once again this was a very positive experience.

Sales people were friendly and informative enough, but the finance department has been awful. I understand they have a job to do, but they border on the line of harassment. I had to get a duplicate title from NC DMV for my trade in, which takes 15 business days to process before they will send it to you. The finance department has repeatedly contacted me to renegotiate the deal we made while we wait for title. They have told me a number of things about how my first payment will be late and so forth just to get me to pay the cash for the trade in now and later I would be reimbursed with the value of the trade in. This is with no guarantee that I will be reimbursed for the same amount. Once they finally hassled me enough and I agreed to pay the difference as long as I had in writing that I could get the same amount pay back to me, I haven't heard anything back. I feel are highly unprofessional. I came to this dealership on a referral, and they made my first new car buying experience a horrible one. I will not be buying another car from this dealership.

I really enjoyed speaking with Marcus McDonald's support team David Rice and Brook Billmeyer. They are a team-team dealership whichbeats the salesmen hanging at the front door or outside smoking waiting to pounce on potential customers-that's why I left Jeep buying.The quality of the vehicles that I have purchased (3 now) are outstanding and when I am having the car serviced I am in and out in a matterof 45 minutes or less. I will miss the Blue Link since I am buying the Tucson (at least I think I understood this). The new features ofautomatic rear door, blind spot, and electric seats are great and make you feel safe as you are driving. Good job, MB Hyundai.

This is my first time seeing such a dealership like Myrtle Beach Hyundai. Me and my family are visiting Myrtle Beach and I heard about Hyundai on a radio commercial. I checked it out and thinking to find a dependable sedan. I was wrong! My experience in this dealership was very bad. The employees will not take care of their customers and I have to wait too long. The salespeople don't know what they are doing. The building is not as welcoming as I thought. I will never be back again here!

I visited the dealership on several occasions this summer. At that time the salesman took my information. Upon his request I left detail of the car model and color in which I was intrested in. He was told I would be purchasing before January 5th. He called repeatedly with model and color not at all what we discussed. Sent threw my email photos of cars of which were nothing I was in the market to buy. Time passed I googled used cars.com. at which time a car was on their lot seemed what I was looking for. I emailed, called set an appointment. Offered deposit to hold the car, not nessary salesman stated. Drove all the way there only to find out it had been sold the day before my appointment by the same salesman. No call to inform me of the car being sold. Fustrated I requested management to discuss this matter. I wasn't angry, however it is no way to treat a customer. When speaking with management he seem sorry for my inconvenience. My words to him were simple. Cars.com lead me back to you to purchase the car. In my eyes as having experience in buying cars, this was the worse experience I'd ever had. Upon leaving I reached and with a handshake I did thank him for his time. Wished him well. However, I expressed that I would never be back to that dealership. I have since bought the car model and color I was in the market for. That transaction was a very pleasant.

Josh was very helpful and went beyond what other sales people have done in the past. We bought a 2015 Hyundai Genesis and a 2014 Hyundai Tucson. He drove to our house to exchange the trade in. He spent 2 hours with us the next day explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle and did not rush us once.

Being retired I've obviously at my age bought a lot of cars. Hyundai of Myrtle Beach is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have never met a nicer bunch of people than those working here. They go above and beyond expectations in making sure I understood all the workings of my new Elantra, courtesy started when I arrived at the lot. If you had a scoring system of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best I'd have to give them a 15.

We started our process online. We went their to meet with the online salesperson who when I started talking to him, was very abrupt with his tone and told me that he was busy and that someone else would have to help us. The salesman that helped us was really nice and sweet but he lacked product knowledge and where available cars were located. The day we shopped, it had rained earlier. There were so many deep puddles in the parking lot, plus broken asphalt. I tripped over a dandelion patch between cars and walked directly into two puddles. I was wearing sandals and my feet got wet with dirty water and ruined my sandals. We did speak to them a little bit but I had to leave for an appointment and they kept trying to get me to stay. I didn't like the pushiness of the sales manager and the facility in general. I would not feel comfortable taking my car there alone.

I went with my daughter to buy a used car there. She did not have any credit at all. The salesman, I don't remember his name, said that will not be a problem as long as she had a verifiable job. We wasted about an hour in there for the salesman filling out all the paperwork on the computer because he was typing with one finger on each hand and read each question very slowly. After we waited all that time he said he had to take it to the credit manager. We said we would leave and he could just call us back. He insisted we stay, so we waited about 15 minutes to find out that she needed a co-signer. I told him that I had a repo about 4 years ago and he said that didn't matter, she just needed to show more income, so they would use mine. So then we went back in his office, went through the whole process of single finger typing on all of my information, then he insisted we wait again while he took it to the credit manager. He came back and said he couldn't do it because of my repo. Well, I pretty well knew that in the first place.....but he just kept sugar coating everything and keeping us there. Needless to say, we did not get a car there and the credit is not easy. That is just a pile of BULL SH*T. Just to let everyone know, we left from there and went to Chef Auto Sales, right down from the Swing Bridge in Socastee and got a car. In about and hour, EVERYTHING was done and we were on our way. Thank you Chef Auto Sales, you're awesome. That's where I will be doing all my business from now on.

After writing a bad review I need to retract my bad review. my dad spoke with the manager at this dealer ship and he was not aware of the problems he had with the purchase. They filled up the car and put a brand new wheel on the car. this dealership went above and behond to fix and solve any and all issues with the purchase.mickey was very nice and understandable of my dads concerns and took care of everything! !!
