George the #1 Salesman won't even allow you to talk theFinance Mgr. He's very straight up and the 6"4 guy named Manny is one of the most pushiest Salesman I've ever seen. I bought our Lexus at another car dealer where there were no pushy salesman and made my credit work for me. Walked in left with our car the same day.

This is my first Lexus, the process from beginning to delivery is amazing. The sales team I worked with (Barry Steinberg / Lloyd) are amazing. Very open, factual, and responsive via text, calls, and emails. Barry was able to start the deal with me and Lloyd was able to complete the deal. We ended up in a win-win situation for this vehicle which is refreshing. I ended up with an L-Certified car which seems like a good thing on used car.The Finance support was very good. Joe was pleasure to work with and did a nice job working with my financing credit union.Post sale, Barry was great with helping to get car conditioned and also helped me with getting car's windows tinted with 3rd party. He was in constant communication and incredibly responsive. This means a lot.So far, the Lexus experience is strong.

We entered the profile of the Lexus we were looking for on the True Car website. The website provided us with 3 Atlanta area dealerships and an estimate of how much off MSRP we could expect.Of the 3, only Carmen Panzica at Nalley Lexus emailed us with the spec. sheet and firm price within an hour.! The other 2 replied with the usual, time-consuming, "come on in & let's discuss".....they totally missed the point of on-line inquiries -get firm answers quickly. Met Carmen 3 hours later, reviewed the available cars, and signed the purchase agreement. On financing, we greatly appreciate Lauren Miller's energetic efforts on our behalf to get us a very competitive interest rate.This transaction was much more pleasant than the usual endless haggling that we've experienced at other dealerships. We'll give Nalley Lexus (and Carmen) first shot when we're ready for our next vehicle.

Our Lexus LX570 was purchased on-line after a lot of communication with the dealership who was very patient with all of our request for videos and several detailed views of the vehicle. They stayed in constant communication through the purchase process. We were offered good finance and warranty offers, which we accepted with no pressure or haggling. The LX was delivered to us here in Prescott, AZ via a transport company the dealership arranged. The condition of the vehicle on arrival was as described and we are thrilled to have it in our garage.

I called Barry late on Sunday(just before closing) and Barry stayed late checking on a car for me. Barry showed me a few cars and test drove a few and with Barry's help I was able to purchase a quality used vehicle from Nalley. The used cars that they sell must pass safety and quality inspection so I felt comfortable buying from a reputable dealership like Nalley. It may cost a few hundred dollars more but it is better than spending thousands later on repairs. Joe was great to work with as well.

The first great car buying experience I have had. I worked with Austin and Skip and they were awesome. To save me time Skip had another car moved from the Smyrna Nalley dealership to the Roswell dealership and had it checked out for me. Then after buying the car Austin personally drove the car to my house the next day!!! People these guys are ALL customer service. Best experience ever!

I will not be returning or recommending this dealership to anyone. I purchased two pre-owned vehicles on the same day from this dealer, came in with cash in hand (financed through my CU) and it took them over 4 hours to get me the keys and print the temporary tags. We had looked at these cars over the week online with the salesmen as I was out of town on business. Several items were to be fixed/addressed before we arrived to purchase them. Most of these items weren't taken care of and they did not do what they said they would do. I was told that both vehicles had a current emissions, we found out a week later that they never did it and I had to take time out of my day to have it done and pay for the tests as well. We were promised a reimbursement for the emissions tests by the sales manager...it has now been 3 months of being told "the check is in the mail" with no resolution in sight. This dealership is breaking GA law 391-3-20-.18 by selling vehicles that do not have a current emissions. This makes me seriously question if the other "maintenance items" were performed on the vehicles like they said they did.

STAY AWAY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They never call you back. I've been dealing with melted dashboards and door panels since October of 2015. Longer actually, but that's when I took it to Lexus of Roswell. I have left 3 messages with Robert ( the GM). NO RETURN CALL! Poorest of customer service. I called a service person on Friday the 3rd, left a message and my return number, today is the 9th. NO CALL BACK! I'm finally calling the corporate office the number is (1800 255 3987) in case you need it. I understand the parts are coming in slowly but with poor service as this would you trust your new or used car here? No return calls has happened on more than 4 separate incidents. I even had one guy Ben I believe his name is, say he called me twice?!? Really. Wow, no voicemail. Still waiting. I'm looking at other options. I believe there were class action lawsuits in this matter and will be contacting outside sources to see where we go from here. People don't take this lying down, contact their corporate office. They will point you in the right direction. When left with no were else to turn don't get mad. Get smart. We, as consumers, are protected by law.

Our experience and interaction with Boris was fabulous. When we arrived at the dealership, Boris introduced himself and we immediately informed him that we were still in the process of comparing cars including few used and new Lexus models as well as few others at another dealership. He immediately understood our needs and proceeded with getting all the necessary details. In all, we saw and drove 4 different models with him and left. He stayed in contact with us to understand if there was anything more he could do or if we had any questions. He also respected our timeline for purchase and never used any pressure tactics. Once we decided on the price and model, we did everything via text message and he had all the documents ready to sign and take possession of the car. Every one else we interacted with were all pleasant and Boris was constantly available throughout the entire process until we drove off. He has also checked in with us after few weeks to make sure we didn't have any questions. This was a true "white glove" car purchase experience. Thank you Boris.

I bought a used low mileage 2003 SC430 Lexus from Nalley Lexus Rosewell and it has been a very bad experience with lots of repairs. They said they had checked the car over and and even the salesman said it went over the car. We flew to Georgia and on the way home the headlight were so dim we could hardly see the road and when it started to rain the fog lights would not work and that was just on the way home. We have only driven the car about 3000 miles in the four months we have owned the vehicle and the next thing to fail was the master cylinder which cost me $2100. Then two weeks later the Alternator started to make a whining noise because the hose from the power steering reservoir leaked into the alternator. This is a lot of maintenance on car that has only 96,000 miles. This is the type of maintenance you would expect on a car with twice that mileage, so is the mileage correct?

On December 7, 2015, I bought a a certified Lexus RX350 , 2013from Nalley Lexus , Atlanta with all of the warranties. At the time of the purchase I noticed the head lights were not clear. The salesman assured me that what I saw was a reflection of the sun. Not true. I took it back the next day and was told it was not covered by the warranty. I challenged the decision and as a result the head lights were changed out. They still do not look totally clear. On Dec. 10 the light can on in the car indicating that it was time for the tires to be rotated one week after the car was sold to me. Called service advisor and she indicated the tech had just not readjusted the light. I just needed to bring it in again for the readjustment. Based on the two events that should have been remedied prior to selling an expensive certified car I wonder about the kind of dealership I bought my car from and if they will honor my two warranties I bought. , I hope no ruther issues arise.

I stopped in because my tire light was on and I thought it was due to the weather. The service techs checked it over and lo and behold, I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it and off I went. I've had my 2014 RX350 for 2 years after buying at Nalley Roswell. With such an investment, it's important to keep it on a regular service program. Nalley is extremely accommodating in making service appointments and has been very punctual in starting and finishing the service work I've had done there - without exception. Went in for a simple oil change. Past experiences were so-so, due to the fact that it would take a long time for someone to approach me, a long time for the car to be serviced, etc. As a female, I really appreciated that there are now more female service attendants. It made me feel much more comfortable about asking questions, etc. My attendant, Brandi, kept me updated on when the car would be ready, etc. While I was waiting, I overheard a conversation between another female attendant and a customer. The guy was raking her over the coals over every proposed service, down to each item, i.e., what's an air filter?, what is a belt clip?, etc. The service attendant remain very calm and explained everything in detail. At one point she said she would bring a service technician out to explain what each item meant.Overall, very good customer service training, big improvements there from prior visits.

I came in for service on my 2008 RX400h for the 2nd time in about 6 months. I brought it in on Friday morning, called back on Saturday and then again on Tuesday when I found out that nothing was found to be wrong. I understand that my service agent Rachel was ill and there didn't seem to be a smooth transition to another service agent. I understand there is only one hybrid service repairmen and it takes longer to diagnose a problem. It's also disconcerting that I was having a problem driving my car but nothing could be found wrong. Obviously, if there's nothing wrong, there's nothing wrong but it's not comforting that the car was lit up with red lights, the brakes weren't responding smoothly and there's nothing wrong. The process for getting a loaner was very smooth.

They did a great job replacing my rear brakes and tires. However last time they did my front brakes and when they were putting on my tires they did not put the locking lug nut on tight enough and it has fallen off. They aren't replacing it they tell me. Good work and great service but make sure your lug nuts are on snug.

Also met with Walter, chief diagnostician, who explained ways to use the AC more effectively and efficiently, also covered some of the unique sounds and operations of the hybrid. I recall in the past the car was usually returned with mats on floor, having been vacuumed and washed. It was washed but the interior was messy and did not have that "new car smell" it usually did after servicing.My service agent was fantastic?could not have been better in any way. I just was disappointed that the car had not been vacuumed, and maybe you don't do this. We had just returned from a long trip and it needed it!!!

The service advisor I had set-up my appointment with was out sick the morning of my appointment for some routine service like oil change/filter, wiper blades etc., but I was promptly met by Do Pak who was taking her appointments. He was very professional and gave my 20 year old SC300 immediate attention. I was out of the facility in less than and hour and all work was performed properly thanks to Mr. Pak and the service technicians at Nalley.

Will Gallagher has been my Service Rep for years and is excellent at his job.. I recently decided to purchase a used vehicle and chose to stay with a Lexus in large part because of the service that has been provided to me in the past and the handling of my service needs by Will. I do and will recommend Nalley Lexus service and Will in particular to anyone. He is a very valuable employee. Jim Roberts was introduced to me by Will and became my sales person. I can't say enough good things about the way Jim listed to my wants and the effort put forth to find me just the vehicle I wanted. He listened and was the ultimate professional in handling my search for a vehicle, finding and closing the sale on the car that I recently purchased. He continues to be helpful as I learn about my new to me vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. The person that handled the financing of my car is the only person I have ever had dealings with at Nalley Lexus whose behavior had me almost walking out of the deal at the last minute. He was overbearing and condescending and didn't hesitate to tell me I was wrong in my figures and his program was correct. When I informed him that I could add and subtract and showed him the figures on my sales contract again, he left the room and was gone for several minutes. When he came back he said there was an error in his program. Bottom line I was right and he and his program were wrong. He never apologized for his behavior and I believe the name of the guy I dealt with was Court Conaway (not sure of spelling). I will never have dealings with this man under any circumstances. I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews to people and often will write off bad behavior on the person having a bad day, but his behavior was so opposite from the way everyone I had ever had dealings with at Nalley Lexus, I wanted to let you know my experience.

My wife and I went by to have the battery checked as it seemed to be a little weak from mainly short trip driving. I did not want her to get stranded as she is the primary driver of the 2013 RX350. We did not have an appointment and the service area was really busy but Isaac Goodspeed helped us immediately. He was professional and extremely customer oriented. He had the battery tested (it was a little low as far as the charge goes, but in basically good shape). He had us out of there in less than an hour. Nalley Lexus is really the "gold standard" as far a service and sales. Issac saved us a lot of time and gave me peace of mind because he was so helpful. We still have a 1995 SC300 we bought new at Nalley, and have had wonderful service from the dealer and the car for decades.

I have had my Lexus RX for 10 years and I have worked with 5 different advisors over the years. Most all of them have been very good but is was not until I found Jason that I would learn what a real Lexus Service Advisor is and should be like. Jason is a living example of who one thinks about when dealing with Lexus. He is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable as expected but he always exceeds all of these. This last time I took my car in for a routine oil change and I mentioned a re-accuring problem I had been having with a set of indicator lights that were coming on. He noted it and would have them check it and I went to the very nice waiting room. While I was waiting he checked on me and when he had gotten the report of all the things that were wrong he brought me the news and put me in a loaner. On a few of the items to be repaired I asked about the coverage of my extended warranty. He said he would call and find out and let me know. While everything ended up being covered, and I did not expect all to be, it took about 10 days to get my car back. However, Jason was fantastic about keeping me informed on what was happening and the status of my car, not something I have found happening these days, especially for someone that has an old car purchased at a different dealership. With Jason, it doesn't matter if your car is a day old or the most expensive on the lot or 10 years old like mine you will be given the best Lexus has to offer.It is people like Jason that make me really value the Lexus brand and will not look at or consider any other automobile, including Rolls Royce, for the rest of my life. For Lexus knows that it is not just about selling you are car, but the Lexus experience for all the years you own one. If you want to experience true Lexus (luxury) service have Jason DeMars as your service advisor, it does not get any better!!!!This is a true review, I have written this just to share my amazing experience. I was not asked, nor offered any incentive to do this. If you have doubts just ask for Jason DeMars the next time you are in for service.

He identified that I would need control arms for the front at some point. Well, that was all I needed and then David helped me with using the extended warranty to get the 6 front control arms replaced for the $100 deductible.My car is driving like a dream now and I could't be happier. I am so pleased at my experience this past weekend at Nalley Lexus in Roswell. My salesman, Antonio, was to the point, respectful, and really listened to what I said I wanted. I am 25 and this is my first big purchase on my own, so I wanted to get the best deal possible. I let him know this up front and he put me at ease. Helped me program my bluetooth, showed me EVERY SINGLE feature of my car top to bottom, and answered any and all questions I had. While my mom and I sat through the paperwork, they washed, detailed, and waxed my already brand new car. I can't remember the lady in finance's name but she was AMAZING too - so sweet, professional, and personable. Customer Services goes such a long way and ultimately is the reason I did not go with Nalley Lexus Smyna or any other dealership. The process was as easy as it couldve possibly went. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.. shoot, maybe even strangers!

This review is for the service department. Here is the short version, stay away! Under staffed and under trained. They could care less if you are happy with the experience. Must be nice to not need the business! Calling out the Service Manager Wes Aultman, service tech Walt Newman and service consultant Marvin Chibesa. These three individuals should seek other employment where they are continue to not perform and get paid. Brought in my 2015 GS350 for a fuel issue/repair. The car was purchased thirty days ago for this dealership. They (mentioned above) put in excess of 60 miles on the car, keep it for four days and returned it to me untouched (not repaired) and filthy dirty. RUN to another dealer!

This Lexus dealership is a nop notch facility with top notch people My salesperson - Antonio - was very personable and great to work with. Chris - the General Manager - was willing to take the time to talk with me to see what it was that I really needed in order to close the deal. I didn't want more of a discount - I wanted something else to close my deal which only he was empowered to offer. Most General Managers wouldn't take the time to sit down with a customer for an hour to help close a deal when they are selling cars right and left. I appreciate and value my new relationship with Nalley Lexus Roswell. You can take it from someone that buys car often... very often... that this is a first class dealership.

Have used service department at this location for years. Most recent experience was not a good one. 60k Mile service and new tires required 2 1/2 days to complete. Service rep home sick so no call second day. Understand (and like) sick rep but where is backup call for update 2nd day? When car finally "ready" discovered one new tire flat and spent another hour stuck at dealership waiting for fix. Won't use Lexus service again, particularly roswell location.

Shopping the net, we had several possible options but they were out of our budget. My husband and i made an appointment to see Carmine. He showed us a low mile vehicle that was very clean and right but would be over what we wanted to spend. We gave him our parameters and they were able to get down to what we consider a fair price for the quality of car we obtained. Carmine was patient and cordial and a gentleman, who worked to make sure we were satisfied with the results of the transaction. Great overall experience.

I'm a senior citizen whose car refused to start after I made a quick visit to the bank. After ruling out battery problems, I knew I had to get help for my Lexus. I called Nalley Lexus, asked for my usual service person only to find out he was on vacation. They immediately placed me with another service person, and worked in an appointment as soon as I could get the car towed. They offered a car for me to use for errands while they worked on mine. I refused and chose to stay at the dealership. They served refreshments and allowed me to use the WIFI. What could have been a totally wasted day ended up being a productive day and I got my car serviced and washed.

My car got totaled after my wife got involved in an accident. I scheduled an appointment with John Rotaslky who met with me at the lobby within minute of my arrival. John introduced me to Kim his assistant. Kim was honest enough to tell me that the car that I was looking for was in shop for repair of some scratches and dents. I was not able to see the car, regardless I signed off on all papers work without seeing the car. When I got home I told my wife that I could not see the car, but I signed off all papers work, and I will pick it up tomorrow. My wife said that you must be crazy. I told my wife Nalley's reputation is everything to them and they will never sold a junk car. The next day I pick up my 2007 IS 250, I was just amazed by the it looks and sound. To my big surprise I received a phone call followed by an email from the GM stating anything wrong about the car do not hesitate to call him.

My salesman, Jeff Cohen, was superb. No high pressure at all. He made the process very pleasurable and was very flexible when I changed my mind about what kind of car I wanted to buy even after doing all the paperwork for a different vehicle. The facilities are also great. They have a free cafe/lounge with a coffee and snack bar that where they hire autistic kids to run it. Really great experience at Nalley.

We went in to buy a Gs 450h. The manager was very very rude. He told us the out the door price. Then we gave him the amount that we offered. He looked at it for a second, stood up, shook my hand,laugh and say: "Congratulations! Thank you for your business!... But you're not getting this car with this price." In my opinion, that was very rude to talk to customers like that. And he tried to pick a fight with us. I was about to walk out the door right at that moment. I would never do business with that place ever again, unless they could find a more educated manager. By the way, his name was Brandon.

Your facility run like clockwork. Joel does a great job reviewing the work that will be performed One area that I would say need improvement is at the refreshment counter. The woman is not up to the standard of the rest of your staff. I get the feeling she is doing me a favor taking care of my requests. She is not warm and friendly like the rest of the staff. Your facility is flawless in appearance and clean as it can be.

I was experiencing issues with our 2005 RX330 and took it in for service. Since the vehicle was a few years old and had some mileage on it, I decided to trade it in for a CPO 2011 RX350. The sales associate, Lloyd Dealmeido, was very knowledgeable and walk me through the complete process without ever pushing to close the deal. I felt like I was guided expertly through the vehicle features, the sales process, and was provided with a fair price that met my expectations. The financing process was just a breeze as well. And even though I did not have a stellar credit, Lexus managed to put me in the car with finance terms that continued to meet what I could still afford. Never at any point they made me feel less than an A1A customer regardless of me wearing my throwback sports clothing. I was threated with utmost respect, the vehicle was delivered in immaculate conditions - even with a bowtie on the top as it was a present for my wife, something I wasn't even expecting. These guys are true professionals and I do recommend them to anyone looking to experience the Lexus pursuit of perfection.

Went in looking for options on a new or used Lexus, Heather was very patient working through the options and variations. Ended up buying a used car from their lot from another manufacturer but was treated as if I was buying a flagship LS. Business was handled extremely well and I felt I got a great deal. Usually I would not write a negative review,but I feel obligated to warn people about this shady establishment. I purchased a certified used vehicle from Nalley Roswell, but it was not in the condition you'd expect a Certified Lexus to be in. The car was obviously in a accident , as the back bumper and side panel was scratched. But my question is if this is supposed to be a certified Lexus why would you sell this vehicle in the condition. As I am writing this review they still have my car going on day 4. The glove compartment does not work as well. That is something I think you check on a certified vehicle before you sell it. I was also promised 20% tint on my windows. That was part of the deal and quit honestly one of the reasons I bought the car. Normally 20% tint is illegal, however, my profession allows me to have whatever percentage I chose. Documentation was provided to the dealer , but after having my car for 3 days they told me because it was illegal they could not do it. If its illegal now it was illegal when you tricked me into buying the car with your shady selling practices.I could write a book on how terrible this place is and yet I still purchased the car, which at this point I regret. The vehicle is rare and at the time of my purchase it was the only one in the state, so I signed my name on the dotted line. If you want a Lexus go anywhere except Nalley Roswell.Ending on a positive note Arnold Harrison in the finance department was very professional and knowledgable. Mr. Harrison also works at the Nalley in Marietta , so if you have to buy a car go there instead of Roswell.

I found a car offered by Nalley Lexus on AutoTrader. I called and spoke with Lloyd, a salesperson and asked if the vehicle was still available and if he would confirm the options listed on the car - specifically navigation, and asked him to explain park assist that was also listed. He said he would check and call me back. I had explained to him that I would need to bring my toddler son, so that we would have very little time to dilly dally around. I did not want to take my son to the dealership unless it was something that I knew I was pretty sure I was going to buy. A short time went by and I still had not heard back from him so I called the dealership back. Lloyd confirmed that it had navigation AND he added an option of rear backup camera. A little side note - I am ready to buy a car. I have a newer car now that I am not fond of, so I am ready to trade. My plan was to test drive the vehicle and if it all looked good ---buy it! So after Lloyd confirmed the features and then added the one feature - so I pack up my 2 year old and head to the dealership....which is almost 30+ minutes from my house. I arrive at the dealership and guess what...no navigation, no park assist and that extra feature he added (rear back up camera) wasn't on the vehicle either. Needless to say I was very upset and disappointed.I confronted Lloyd and told him I felt like they "confirmed" the features just to get me to the dealership and that I didn't appreciate it and felt like they were being very shady. Lloyd got very defensive! It was a horrible experience. If they will lie over the phone after I called twice to confirm - who knows what else they will lie about. I then left a message for the general manager. I thought. maybe I can just request another sales person to help me and that it was not the dealership, but just "shady Lloyd". Guess what? The general manager hasn't had the decency to call me back. Brilliant, Mr. Chris Dastou. Bottom line is this is not the dealership that you can trust. Nalley has a great name, but apparently their management and "Shady Lloyd" seem to be bad apples. I did love it when "Shady Lloyd" told me they didn't need my business.

Have used Roswell Nalley for servicing both our ES series since 2000 and never had a bad experience.just the opposite. Arron Vuu was our consultant for years and was best in business. Devastated when he left to my surprise he introduced thus to Joel Hughes who also has been amazing. I have to do nothing,Joel lets us know when service is due schedules around our time not his and let's me know exactly what needs to be done.When there are surprises he explains them and all my options. When mistakes are made,which is rare Nalley and Joel goes the extra step to correct them and makes sure I am satisfied. Six of our relatives drive Lexus cars in different cities and are jealous of the service we receive I bought first Lexus from them in 2000. Was a great experience. Dropped by dealership just to look at CT200. Was impressed with courtesy and professionalism of salesperson "Parker". Told him up front that may not purchase, just looking, and there was no "pressure" to buy. In plain and simple terms, he explained "bottom line payment". When asked for his "honest opinion", I believe he gave it to me. Everybody we met that day was very courteous (listening to our "stories", etc.) When deal went through to buy car, Parker explained everything about the car, paired my iPhone and answered any questions we had. One of the best car-buying experiences I've had. Facility also one of the best I have visited.

I do not know why I came back to purchase a used car from this Dealer. My first experience couple of years ago was bad and did not buy from them b/c the car was sold to another buyer. I remember giving them a deposit of $500 dollars to hold the car for me for the next day( We negotiated the price and I worked with my bank for the loan)....everything was ready but The next day, I went to meet Jeff Rizzo to finalize my purchase, He sounded disturbed and told me to come back later, When I came back he told me the car was just sold to another buyer. He then asked me to look for another vehicle and he will give me a good deal ( I asked him why he did that and why he did not honor my deposit , but he had no excuse only to tell me that the other buyer offered him more money for the car. I was mad and I left without purchasing from them. Recently, I went back to that same dealer to purchase another Used car, This time I tried to be careful and deal with them tactically, I ended up purchasing a car. My first week I discover that the garage link opener does not work, I took it back to the service department and told them about the problem. I was very surprised when they told me that GARAGE opener Link does not work and it will cost me $850 to fix. i asked to see the used car manager Mr. Kremer to tell him about my experience. He absolutely refused my help and without any excuse, was telling me that the only thing they test is the driving safety of the car. He even said go and buy garage opener for $20. I did not hear anybody apologizing, I hope I will not find any other problems with the car. This is a real story, I gave this dealer a second chance but find out that they do not deserve my business. Be careful dealing with these people. I will never waste my time and money with this dealer.

I've never had a bad experience at Nalley Lexus since we bought our first Lexus (SC300) in 1995. We still have that car. Service has always been first-class (Joel Hughes, service advisor), and on 2/7/14 I bought a 2013 pre-owned Lexus RX350 for my wife. The salesman, Joe Cohen, was very professional and a straight shooter.I felt we got a fair price on the car without having to go through a big negotiating hassle. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient explaining all of the new technology and other features that have taken place since 1995. The RX was basically like a brand new car just as Mr. Cohen had described over the phone prior to our visit. The Lexus brand is kind of like the "gold standard" in our opinion, and the employees who we have come in contact with over the years at Nalley also fit that description.

Scheduled an appointment for a noise/rattle in my car . When I got there I was met promptly by a service rep and they got a service manager to ride with me to hear the noise. He immediately helped with where it was coming from and said they could fix it rather quickly. They fixed it and washed my car and made me a happy owner me a happy owner!

Hadn't planned to buy a car that day when we went to Nalley to see some CPO RX350s. Surprised myself (and my wife) when I ended up with a new 2014 RX350. Combination of good attention and willingness to work with me by the sales team and the impression that the service department had it together were the prime factors in me pulling the trigger on the purchase. Oh, yeah - the RX is a wonderful vehicle.

I love this dealership. I bought my 450RX in Florida but moved to Atlanta and used Nalley Lexus Roswell to service my new car. They are professional, on time and have a beautiful service area to either wait for repairs or set you up with a loaner car. Have moved back to Florida but travel back to Atlanta for business and will continue to have Nalley take care of my car.

After waiting six hours, they incompetently made multiple errors. My title wasn't sent on time and I was surprised at the DMV with a difference in sales tax after articulating clearly my home state and information. The DMV informed me that this was a "typical dealer trick". When I brought the matter to a Manager he was rude and said he wasn't going to do ANYTHING about THEIR ERROR. Wow. Is this the Lexus experience? I will go elsewhere for any vehicle I purchase in the future.

I had planned to take my time buying a car, until I drove the car I wound up buying. But I stopped by Lexus in Roswell first and will never go there again. I'm not mentioning specific names as I don't want anyone fired, I would just like the dealership more aware. The appointment I had setup with one sales person was pushed to another sales person without relaying anything I was looking for. The sales person I worked with picked up personal calls on his cell 3 different times during my visit and test drives. As we were leaving I asked for information to weigh my decision and that's when he picked up the last call, which he couldn't be bothered to hang up or have that person hold as we said goodbye. It was very rude and left me with no desire to give that dealership any of my business. Ever.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience last week at Nalley Lexus, Roswell. I was looking to buy a pre-owned car and was not dooped into buying a lemon. A sales associate by the name of Brandon, helped my wife and I tremendously. He helped us find something in our price range as well as suiting all of our family needs. The Customer Service at this dealership is equivalent to that of Chic-fil-a. It was amazing, I felt like I was at a lounge, I wanted to call my friends up and say it's a party going on at the Lexus dealership, bring your cars! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone else, and I think they have made a long time LEXUS customer out of myself.

I had a starting problem with my 18 year old SC300, and since it was intermittent it wasn't easy to find. Also it could leave me stranded (I knew it probably was not the battery). Joel Hughes the SA was very helpful in getting it isolated along with very good technicians to the starter itself. They ordered the starter overnight even though they were not positive it was the problem because the car needed to sit through a cool night. They had me back on the road in less than 24 hrs. I have always been treated like a customer that has just bought a new $75,000 Lexus, and the service/repairs have always been excellent. I've had this car since it was new in 1995 and Nalley Lexus Roswell is the only place I have had it touched in the last 10 years at least. Up until the Roswell facility was built it was serviced in the Marietta location with excellent results.

We drove 90 miles to Nalley Lexus to test drive a CT200h. We had done extensive online research, and were pretty sure it was the car for us. We got to the dealer very close to closing time, and met Johnnie Anderson. He took the time to let us test drive a vehicle. He new EVERYTHING about the car and how it worked, and what options were available. The purchasing process could not have been easier or gone more smoothly. Every detail was taken care of. The dealership could not be more lovely. (great ladies room!) Everyone was very nice; they treat you and your CAR like gold. I believe I will even drive to the dealer for service when it is necessary because that department is as well organized as the sales department. We are very happy with our experience, and LOVE our car!!

My experience with Nalley, Marshall Brooks, and Kristen Peek was a very positive one. They were knowledgable, helpful, and honest in every way. From, making the car available for inspection by a mechanic of my choice to being proactive in identifying challenges that may pose a problem. Everything Marshall told me about the condition of the vehicle was exactly correct (again this was an online purchase from 1,000 miles away). When there was an issue with the mechanic not being able to get to the dealersip, Marshall drove the car to the mechanic to facilitate the process/purchase. They gave me a great deal! In addition they even filled the car up with fuel before my transport truck picked it up (of which they did not have to do!). Thank you to everyone at Nalley/Lexus! In 2000, I purchased my first Lexus at Nalley Lexus Roswell (shortly after it opened). To ensure proper care of my car, I always returned to this dealership for service. I formed friendships with the service reps (only 2 in 12 years) because they always treated me with respect and the service was top-notch. When it came time to purchase a new car, of course I returned to this dealership. The sales experience again was just as pleasant as it had been 12 years ago. There is no where else I will bring my car for service. I will always brag about the Lexus car, but more so will brag about and recommend this dealership.

Lucas is extremely professional, helpful, and honest! I trust him completely.He is the reason I keep coming back. My Lexus has been a great car (except for the nav system which is second rate). The facility is very nice, lots of amenities, and they provide a loaner when required. I bought the car before I moved here to GA, otherwise I would have purchased the car from Nalley as well.

Came in for 20k service for LS460. Charles listend to the few things that I needed done additionally. He explained in detail why I needed new tires (which I knew) and went out of his way to find the lowest price. Service was impeccable and friendly, overall a very nice experience. Service, as always, shows quality work.

We have a seven year old Lexus SUV, Will has always been our service rep and has been WONDERFUL. He is honest and never does any work without consulting us first. While having our SUV serviced we mentioned an interest in purchasing a CT200h for our daughter. Will said he owned one and introduced us to Jim. He spent most of the day with us ensuring we had the car we would be satisfied with. He then scheduled a follow up appointment to show our daughter how to operate the extensive computer system within the car. He is currently working with my husband to get him the new GS350h when it comes out in July.

I brought a certified Lexus from another dealer to have it inspected at Nalley since Nalley had serviced my previous Lexus for 6 years. I trusted them. My regular service advisor is Will Gallagher and I had asked for his opinion earlier on the difference between the 430 I had and the 460 I was looking at. He was very forthcoming with valuable info on the differences in the two. Very valuable info in my decision making process; however, he was out of town when I brought the other car for inspection and that's how I connected with Do. He had helped me one other time when Will was out of town. Do knew what I was doing and walked back into the shop and asked the tech to look deeper into the car than just a superficial inspection.They found a few problems with items that did not meet Lexus certification specifications like brake pad tolerances that were below certified specifications, tires below tolerances and body damage I had missed. I did not purchase that auto from the other Lexus dealer but later found an LS 460 at Nalley. We made a fair deal. Barry was professional,very thorough in the explanation of systems in the car on delivery and followup several days later. He now is looking for a certified RX for my wife.

My experience at Nalley Lexus of Roswell was unlike any other experience at any dealer I have visited. Their customer service is beyond excellent. I truely believe I got a very fair deal. Furthermore I would be more than likely to drive the five hours back to that or any other Nalley dealership.

Having newly moved into the area, we went to get our first service at Nalley-Roswell. After the service was done, we asked to use a coupon that was on the website, but they would NOT honor it simply becuase we did not have it printed and in hand. Really! After doing a $150 Oil change, at minimum, they should honor their own discounts and not look for excuses! At my old dealership in NJ, I would not even have to ask for it - it would simply be applied.In the end - dealer can either hide behind excuses to keep you dissatisfied and say "gotcha" or just do what it takes to bring the customer back. I will look for a place next time that actually values my business and wont look for ways to screw me.

I've been a customer of Nalley Lexus since 1989 when I purchased my 1990 LS400 in October 89. I enjoyed the relationship with the Marietta location until Nalley opened the Roswell facility which is where I made my second Lexus purchase of an LX470. Both vehicles continue to be serviced at the Roswell facility. My experiences with the Nalley team through out these 23 years has been nothing but exceptional.

I just had my first service visit with Nalley Lexus Roswell. It was a great experience! I was given the "red carpet" treatment from the time I drove on the lot until the time I left. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant, personable and professional! I especially want to acknowledge Joel Hughes - he was very knowledgeable of the Lexus brand and even took time the time to show me how to care for my leather seats, cleaned the actual seats, programmed my garage door opener and showed me how to use other features in my car. Overall, I was impressed with the quality and level of service I received.

Sadly, Ive found most of the stereotypes around buying a car and dealing with dealers/dealerships to be true. However, that all changed with Larry. He was professional, responsive and to the point, which I appreciated. He didnt try and talk in circles. He was open, honest and let me know hed do whatever it took to earn my business. He meant and so he earned it. I live 2 miles from another Lexus dealer, yet I made the drive to his dealership just to cut out the hassle and run around I was getting elsewhere. All- in-all, it was a great car buying experience. I would gladly recommend Larry and Nalley Lexus of Roswell.

After having a less than positive experience with another Lexus dealership, I received a follow-up call from Larry Guarcello. He said that Nalley Lexus wanted me as a customer and would do everything possible to make that happen. I explained that we had decided to defer our purchase for awhile and Larry asked what it would take to have me visit his dealership and evaluate their deal. I told him what my target was to purchase and he did everything possible to meet that goal. Throughout the entire process , Larry's friendly yet professional and sincere demeanor, made my wife and I very comfortable with the deal and gave us a feeling that we're we're not being pressured. Joel Hughes has handled the service of my 1995 Lexus SC300 coupe for several years. He has been very helpful in keeping this old car going. It has sentimental value since it was an anniversary gift to my wife in 1995. Joel treats me like I was a brand new customer that has an $85,000 car. Everybody in the shop including the technicians treats the car like it is something special. All work is completed as promised and done right the first time.

Larry Guarcello did an excellent job listening to exactly what we were looking for. We originally were interested in purchasing two cars. We bought our cars from Larry because he is earnest, sincere, patient, and knowledgeable. In my twenty + years purchasing cars, I have never found anyone who worked so hard to make the customer happy. We selected two RX 350's, and after changing models and colors, we settled on the two cars that we wanted. Larry made us feel good and and at ease that we should be happy with our purchase, and was more concerned with our satisfaction, than him making a couple of sales. The cars we purchased were not in the current inventory, and he worked diligently to find and secure the cars for us. When the cars were delivered as scheduled it was exactly what we requested with no issues. Larry brought back the pleasure of purchasing a car, as the experience is everything! I had been in the market for over two weeks and came to Nalley actually to look at a ES 350 a non-Lexus dealership had sent them for repair under warranty. Lucas Anderson, a very knowledgable service rep, was a big help to me by letting me go over the vehicle and answering questions on what I found and on the model type andy year. He helped me make the right decision that the car was not for me. He then introduced me to Klaus Lenhard. Klaus is a true professional and is both highly knowledgable and very customer friendly. He is a pleasure to work with. Klaus did a great job in helping me find a certified ES 350 in my price range. I highly recommend Klaus, Lucas, and the team at Nalley based on my experiences with them.

I visited several dealers in the Atlanta market looking for an low mileage used RX 350. This by far was the best dealer and experience among them. Larry had is in a class by himself when it comes to being a business professional. Larry took the time to listen to what I wanted and not just sell what was in inventory. He also took the time to explain the details of the car and the various services this dealership had over the competition. If you have time, just walk into the facility. It really has a different feel than other dealers. One piece of advice, act quickly if you find THE car. They had 10 cars the weekend I was looking, all sold.

I have always felt that she has my best interest in mind when suggesting services for both of my cars. I actually purchased a second car from Nalley, because of the trust I have in her. To Whom It May Concern: Please be advised that I shopped multiple Lexus Dealerships looking closely at customer service, product knowledge, employee conduct and presentation before making my decision. As a result, I am now resolved to make a purchase. My selection resulted for the following reasons: At my first visit to the Lexus of Roswell Dealership the Salesman Barry Steinburg greeted me and asked what brought me to Lexus and what my interest was. After our dialog he handed me a brochure and described what I was going to experience. From there Barry gave me a full demonstration of the entire car exterior; he displayed the engine, trunk, all four doors, the exterior paint and protective cover, mirrors, lights, tires, sunroof, cameras and sensors, body mechanics and all key functions. After that achievement we visited the interior of each door function, all specified seat and window maneuvers, including the headrest, glove compartment lockout for the valet, interior trunk access, the entire dashboard component, both voice and manual controls, ML sound system, climate setting up front and passenger seating, airbag/curtain protectors and locks, all before vacillating to the test drive. He allowed me to experience the ride from the drivers seat as well as the rear passenger. Afterwards he gave me a tour of the facility, introduced me to the GM, Master Tech, Service Mgr., then he guided me back to his office where we exchanged information and he told me to process all that I had experienced and to call if I had any questions. Barry did not ask for a deposit at my first visit, nor did I ever feel pressured. Further, he listened, paid close attention and took very copious notes.Several days later Barry called and set up a second appointment for another test drive and product iteration. When I inquired about the Teleios wheels, he solicited answers from his GM, Master Tech and Lexus Services. When I inquired about product availability he reviewed their inventory and prospective shipments and told me my car would have to be ordered. A 90 to 120 delivery. Finally, Barry asked about my financing and told me what my options were with Lexus if I chose not to utilize my Federal Credit Union. Ultimately, I selected the 2013 GS 350 Luxury Plus Package Upgrade, Fire Agat Pearl, Flaxen Linear Espresso, Teleios wheels, Illuminated Door Seals, Headsup display, Rear Spoiler, Remote Engine Start, Paint and Leather Protection, Floor and Trunk Mats, and a few other features I was unaware of. Once my packet was complete, Barry gave me a week to make my decision. With that opportunity, I researched several Hennessey and multiple Nalley Dealerships. Armed with actual pricing information I compared Truecar, Real Car Tips, Car Pricing, Ezine Article, Car Price & Value, Costco, and three financial intuitions and arrived at the resolve to purchase and finance my car from Nalley Lexus of Roswell. They were the lowest with all of the aforementioned features. They even came in lower than other Nalley Dealerships. This coming week-end Im taking a friend and my former Credit Union Loan Officer to Nalley of Roswell as they have both expressed an interest. At this juncture, I have "tunnel vision", I can't see any other Lexus Dealership except Nalley of Roswell due to Barry Steinburg. Thank you Barry for making my experience so pleasurable!! This is my fourth Lexus and the first one bought at Nalley Lexus. This dealership has proven to be so much more into customer relations than any other we have dealt with. I just can't say enough! We felt so appreciated at the point of purchase, and have continued to feel that way.They had a grand opening party for the new Service Center and invited customers to a party that was as nice as many wedding receptions, really...Jazz quartet, incredible food,open bar, complimentary car wash...no sales people hitting on you to upgrade. I took my car in today for service and was treated to a massage at a nearby Spa/Salon, compliments of Nalley.The Service Center and staff have always been friendly, professional and efficient.I would and do highly recommend Nalley over other dealerships in the Atlanta area!

Visited this delearship looking for a used/new RX350. Had a real bad experience. I was surprized to see this dealer is rated high on customer service. Not sure if the ratings are given by customers or self rated. :(During my visit, I wanted to trade-in my car and the price offered no where matched the market price. I did express my concern and the response from the sales person was terribly slow. If they cant match the price, it is OK to say that they cannot offer that price. Even after escalating the issue to Sales Manager, I just got a call back and was told that he will address the issue. It is more than a week and no response at all. Is this customer service??The options for used cars is also very less at this dealership. Personally, I would not recommend this delearship to anyone.

I was looking for a used Honda Odyssey and found one on the AJC Classifieds for a 2010 van with very little miles. I called the dealership and was transfered over to Larry A/K/A Larry G. He was very nice to speak with. He was up front with me and told me that he had many other inquiries. One hot prospect from Alabama. Really? Well I was very interested due to the low mileage and the fact that you can not find a Odyssey with low miles anywhere. He let me give him a deposit over the phone since it was close to closing time. Long story short, I went there the next day and found the dealership to be great and yes, this van was being inquired about even as I was sitting discussing the vehicle. I can not comment on the Lexus but I can state that this dealership ranks high on customer service.

This is a wonderful dealership - very customer oriented. As soon as you pull up, there is a technician showing you where best to leave your car. Your Service rep is right there as you get out of the car to take care of you. Service is fast, pleasant, and reasonable. Amenities are available as you wait.

Placed info into computer at 3am, requesting price/ info on car posted in Roswell. Larry called me promptly the next day,discussed several options, prices, even cars I had seen on other sites.Did not "put down" the other cars, but to my surprise, gave good opinions on them. But also gave me choices, info on warranty info, service info, that I was not aware of. So very knowledgeable about all concerns that I had. Gave me precise directions to dealership from Rome,Ga. Even called twice while we were on the road, to make sure we were OK. Once there , Larry met us with a smile, handshake, offered the tour of that awesome dealership and the coffee bar. The ladies were so accommodating, pleasant,even that was a great experience! I had told Larry that my time /patience was very limited and could not spend hours trying to "Close the deal" As promised, in our phone conversation, he had all paper work ready & waiting, Justin was very efficient also, and once the viewing of the car and test drive , the deal was sealed !! My husband was very impressed with ME.. because I found Larry !! Not to mention the awesome car that Larry had selected for me to see. Our salesman, Johnnie Anderson, treated us well and did everything he could to help me buy my RX 350 at an affordable price. My husband & I walked into Nalley Lexus thinking we would just "browse". My husband really wanted me to look at the new IS 250 Convertible even though I have a tendency to prefer the drive of a German engineered vehicle. There was a red 250 convertible on the salesroom floor and I was pleasantly surprised by how sporty it looked. I got in and sat in it and really liked it. Bob Hamilton, a sales person, walked over and asked if we were interested in the car and taking a test drive. I sort of demurred and said we were just looking, but my husband convinced me to go ahead a take a test drive. Again, I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and performance of the car. We came back to the dealership and my husband asked about the IS 350. So, Bob found one on the lot and took me for another test drive to compare. He also spent a great deal of time back at the dealership, still in the car, explaining all the great features from the Nav System to the Bluetooth & Sound system etc. Bob couldn't have been more helpful and patient in spending time answering all of our questions. And, 3 - 1/2 hours later I drove out of the showroom in my beautiful new Lexus Convertible. Since then, Bob has followed up to make sure I love the car, had me come back so I could learn how to use the Wind Screen and to make sure I understood how to use all the systems in the car. I couldn't be happier with the car, the dealer and, mostly, my salesperson!

Nalley Service adviser Brandy came to my rescue when I stopped in after 6pm with a faulty battery in my GX470. Thanks to her I was able to have a new battery put in along with a positive battery cable that was found to be defective even though it was almost closing time. What a lifesaver she was. This was not the first time I had experienced exceptional service with Nalley however, my normal service Aron has alwaysdone an exceptional job. I could not be happier with the service I receive from Nalley Lexus. Thanks again Brandy!

My experience at this dealership and, particularly with Lloyd de Almeida, was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Lloyd and the dealership went way beyond the norm to satisfy my needs in finding an appropriate car for me.Right before Christmas, my previous car had been totaled in an accident with another driver who was at fault. With the help of my very nice neighbor, we had been looking for another car for some time. We had checked out a number of cars at various locations but were not satisfied with the condition of those cars. Each one had problems. The search for a car had become a very frustrating and time consuming experience.All of this changed when we arrived at Nalley Lexus Roswell and were greeted by Lloyd de Almeida! From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were treated wonderfully and my needs were given the upmost attention. A particular car that we had been interested in, unfortunately, had already been sold. Lloyd immediately began searching the dealership's inventory for another car that might meet my needs. He identified one and brought it out for us to view and test drive. The car was a perfect fit! It had just been traded in at the dealership and had not yet been cleaned up, but we could easily tell the car had been well taken care of by its previous owner.The process of negotiating a deal on the vehicle was a very pleasant experience, unlike what might occur at most car deaI highlylers. Lloyd and his manager, Scott Cleaver, exhibited the utmost professionism during the negotiation, which we respected very much, and we were able to reach a mutually agreeable price for the car. I just ordered my fourth Lexus SUV with this dealership so I have had a lot of experience over the past 10 years. They always take care of their customer, going overboard to make certain everything is 110% correct and acceptable. If I ever had a problem out of the normal, which was very rare, they immediately solved it. An example is one time my battery was dying on me and I was able to get to the dealership before my car stopped. They took it in immediately, even without an appointment, gave me a new battery and sent me on my way with no charge at all and within an hour. Whenever my wait would exceed an hour, they automatically had a loaner for me. The great news is that this car rarely has a problem and that's customer service. That's why I have a 4th Lexus from Nalley! lhb

Having worked with Lexus dealerships in CA (2) and one in Portland OR and having owned 4 ES300/50's and one RX 350 you'd think they'd learn to treat their paying customers better. You may have had a better experience than me - congrats - but my experience has been terribly underwhelming...

Larry made our last-day-of-the-year car-buying experience a very pleasant one. After a nothing-experience at the Acura dealership, Larry fully explained and demonstrated the features of the RX350 in the showroom, and then completed the demo on the road, including a two parking slot turning radius demo, which was very important to us. Larry is an exceptional Lexus representative who takes the time to do it right for the customer. All questions answered and demonstrations complete. Larry called our insurance company for us to initiate the car insurance update process. And he magically got us toward the top of the line in the finance department late on New Years Eve. Then Eric Palmsteen (Finance Director) walked us carefully through the finance process, including thoughtful, low pressure consideration of extended service options. And we met our personal Service Consultant, Vann Boddy, who will be working with us whenever necessary. We liked him but hope we wont be working him too hard. We would certainly recommend Nalley Lexus highly and Larry as exceptional.

I shopped around at several car dealerships before deciding to pay a visit to Lexus. By the time I arrived at Nalley Lexus I was run down from a day of what felt like being stalked and hustled to buy a new car. At several other dealerships there were sales people literally waiting outside my car door when I pulled in. It was an uncomfortable feeling and I was starting to think my old car wasn't so bad and a new one wasn't going to be worth the hassle. Then I arrived at Nalley Lexus...I was able to park and take a look around at the three SUVs out front at my leisure, undisturbed. I ran into Charles as he was walking by and he asked if I had any questions. I did want more information on the GX, which he provided in a manner that was informative but not nagging. My buying process turned out to be a short one. I returned the next day for a test drive with Charles and moved forward with the sale. Throughout the process I never felt pressured or intimidated. I simply fell in love with the GX and enjoyed working with Charles. I made my mind up and there was no need to wait or waste time with other dealerships. The negiotation process was pretty painless and I was very happy with the deal I received. I had my new car only four days when a lady opened her car door into the side of it and dented my door. I called Charles immediately and while in a bit of a small rage. He talked me off the ledge, so to speak, and referred me to a dent expert. The next day my dent was gone, free of charge. Two weeks later a rock hit and chipped my windshield. Again, Charles sent me to the right person who fixed me up, good as new. His on-going customer service post sale has been excellent. (Let's hope there are no further catastrophes)I highly recommend Nalley Lexus Roswell and Charles Cook. I love my new GX 360 and am so glad I made the choice to visit that last dealership of the day...

Phenominal sales team: informative, no pressure, effort to make our budget work for the vehicle we wanted. The extra touches were personal and far above our expectations. This was clearly the BEST purchase experience EVER! The finance team was personable and, in reviewing the various options for extended services, were not pushy, yet informative. Review of the service expenses associated with the vehicle were reasonable. We have been die hard Infiniti owners for over the past 20 plus years and our experience at Nalley Lexus makes me bleive we will be Lexus owners from this point forward!

Service on my three Lexus is great bought the first in 2001 my daughter is still driving the GX 300 with 140,000 miles the 2005 LS 430 still running strong with 85000 and the 1010 RX 350 is my wife's favorite with 40,000. Larry was very friendly and very informative, telling us what we needed to know about the car we went in specifically to look at. He compared it fairly and accurately with the other car (different make) that we were also shopping. He was prompt in following up with us, both on email and phone, and asked for the VIN #s for the cars we were considering trading, but did refuse to give us that info without a return trip to the dealership - an annoying but not unusual sales technique. We enjoyed getting to know Larry and would definitely work with him again. He was hamstrung only by the fact that we could get a much better deal on an used Acura MDX than we could on a new Lexus RX450h and by the fact that the new model Lexus is not yet old enough to have many used to choose or to offer significant savings on. Very nice experience at the dealership itself with coffee bar and snacks offered.

We also told him we were waiting 2 weeks before we made our purchase, he never pressured us to "make a purchese today" when we left. I was extremely happy with the deal and the car but 30 miles out of the dealer my check engine light came on. When I called Mr. De Almeida he told me I was out of luck. When I talked with Used Car manager, he said he would check with service to see if they could help me. I never heard from him again. I realize I bought a car as is but really I thought at the very least they would work with me to get it fixed at a discounted rate. This really disappointed me and will cause me to reconsider when I am ready next year to buy another car for my other daughter.

I was about to buy a new RX 350 in Birmingham, Alabama that was not exactly what I wanted but seemed to be a good deal. Before making the purchase, I decided to call Nalley Lexus Roswell to see if they had the exact model, color and features that I wanted. I was directed to Tony Jones and told him what I was looking for and he went to work immediately, found my dream car, beat the Birmingham deal and I drove to Atlanta that day and was treated like an old friend from beginning to end. I got a terrific trade on my old RX and drove home that day in my beautiful new Lexus. I did not know Tony until yesterday but he exceeded all expectations of guiding me through my purchase. I thought no dealership can make me as happy as Volvo until I bought my Lexus at Nalley about a year ago. As a new Lexus owner, I wasn't sure what to expect. WOW. I have another great dealership that I love! It's really important to me to have a dealership that is flexible with service times, loaner cars, relaxing waiting room, close to work, etc. Nalley Lexus has all that. They have been responsive, nice, easy to work with, helpful. Has met my needs before, during and even 1 year after the sale. They are there for me, and I feel like part of the Nalley Lexus family. A year later I still email with my salesman, Barry, and will definitely by from him again (actually looking forward to it). My service gal, Brandy is honest when it comes to my service and always prepares me for the next check-ups. After having the Lexus a few months we got rid of the BMW. Loved the car, but the dealership and the folks within were terrible...The older I get, the more I realize it's more about the dealership and the relationship I have with them and not so much the car. I'll buy a Lexus from Nalley as long as I own cars! Whole experience was just great. Even the finance guy, Scott was awesome, and gave us lots of options and made a recommendation. It was a day of days ... The weather was pretty foul (tornado warnings), my car sprang an oil leak and I was over 2 hours late for my maintenance appointment.Fortunately, Chad Duncan is patient with very tardy clients even if they use use poor planning as an excuse. In addition to discussing my car needs, Chad always takes the time to ask about my family and how life is treating me. What happened next was probably pretty routine for Chad but it was certainly a pleasant surprise for me.The highlight of my afternoon involved Pam and Jimmy in Courtesy Transport. When we met, I was on the phone trying to handle a family situation and planning my route to pick my son up from school. What I didn't know was they had already selected a very special vehicle for me to use while my car is being serviced. Without any prompting from me, I was given a LS 460 as a loaner. Since my vehicle is as old as my fifth grader, I felt like I had just won the lottery! I loathe and abominate car shopping with a passion because I cannot stand the whole process. I keep my cars for as long as possible for this reason. When I buy a car I buy a good one for that reason too. Thats why I chose Lexis. When I found the car I liked I girded my loins and headed for Roswell Lexis. It took me less than 2 hours to drive out with my new car with a smile on my face. Working with Klaus was a dream. He was friendly and informative and not once was he pushy or tactical. It was a very pleasant experience; I actually enjoyed myself. The whole staff was congenial in every way. I would recommend Roswell Lexis to anyone and I especially would recommend seeing Klaus if you want a new or used car. I may not wait so long this time to trade my car in for another.

My wife and I came to Nalley Lexus of Roswell to get our headlight fixed in our 2007 ES 350 which we also purchased used from Nalley Lexus of Roswell two years ago. Our car buying experience surpassed every other car buying experience we've had in the last twenty years. Everyone from our first greeting in the service drive area to our service consultant Marvin Chibesa was on top of things. They asked the right questions to find out what our needs were then made sure we were as comfortable as possible during our wait. While waiting for our car to be repaired we decided to stroll through the showroom where we were greeted by Kahlil Stevenson a sales consultant. He proceeded to answer our questions about the existing models in the showroom that we were looking at along with letting us know about some special offers and incentives that were going on that we did not know about. While we did'nt come in yesterday to buy a vehical the deals sounded so good we had to check them out while we waited. Kahlil asked us a few questions to ensure he knew what we were interested in and what price range we wanted to be in and he went to work "FOR US" meaning he under stood what our needs were and provided a perfect balance between the car business and the customer. There was a level of committment and team work going on here we have never experienced before. The finance manager Noel Barnett worked diligently crunching numbers trying to get us where we needed to be while the new car manager Scott Unger kept a watchful eye on everything making sure our needs were being met and we were being taken care of. These gentlemen as a team got the deal done for us and my wife drove away in a BRAND NEW 2011 ES 350!!!!!!We are very thankful to all the employees of Nalley Lexus of Roswell for helping to make one of our dreams come true.

Larry did a nice job of highlighting not only the great aspects of the IS 250 I purchased, but also the less-than-ideal aspects. That is not to say that he did not market the car well, but rather he provided a balanced perspective that allowed me to make the most informative decision possible and not pushing me to make the purchase. When purchasing the vehicle, Larry was very patient and thorough in his presentation of all of the features of the car that I should take advantage of. He also worked diligently to make sure the car was in top-notch shape before I drove it off. Further, the dealership also allowed me to take advantage of financing rates, certain discounts, and tax breaks that I was not previously aware of. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone interested in a Lexus, as the service is outstanding. I also appreciate the dealership's honest and straightforward approach.

I bought a new ES300 from Nalley and drove it for 11 years with zero mechanical issues & excellent service from Aaron Vu and then Will Gallagher, only 2 people over 11 years. That is not common! When I decided to sell my original Lexus to my best friend, I met with Larry Guarcello in sales and bought a Certified, Pre-owned LS460. Larry made the buying process pain-free and he is articulate and delightful. When we had one slight snag during the sales process, he found a way to solve it and I was completely satisfied. I have used Nalley Lexus since this location was built. Have bought 3 Lexus' and have all Lexus' serviced here. Have worked with both Bob Hamilton - sales and Chad Duncan in Service. It seems rather obvious that if I used the same sales rep and service rep for that many years that I must be delighted. Bob, Chad and Nalley would have to work to lose my business for me to change. I know change can happen, but as long as I keeping receiving the attention I get I expect to continue to be their customer.

I was recently in the market for a new 2011 LS-460L. I purchased my first Lexus, a LS-430 in Nov 2004 sight unseen from Butler Lexus in Macon in mid 2004. I have been getting my service from Lexus of South Atlanta since that time as they are the easiest dealer to drive to from my home. I knew exactly what car and options I wanted and sent USAA price guarantee email requests to Nalley Roswell, Hennessey Lexus and Butler Lexus. I also spoke to a sales rep at Lexus of South Atlanta the day before when I picked up my 2004 for routine service.I received an email within the hour from Mr. Keitchens describing the LS-460L that most closely matched my request. An email from Hennessy Lexus followed, but it listed 5 vehicles with various "option levels", not the specific features and colors/trims of each car.I stopped by Lexus of South Atlanta first on 29 Oct 2011, out of loyalty's sake, to see what they had to offer. They had an LS-460L that had comparable equipment but was a darker color rather than the lighter color I desired. I gave consideration to purchasing there but 3 thing prevented me from doinf so: 1-I wanted to see the car in a lighter color in Roswell. 2-I was put off by the stereotypical high pressure sales technique 3-My demo ride was in a demo LS-460, not the actual LS-460L that I was consideringThe salesman explained that they didn't like to put miles on the car. With some difficulty, we disengaged and drove to Nalley Lexus Roswell. The process there was the polar opposite. Mr. Keitchens met us after a few minutes. He let us know about how long it would take to get the car from the lot and sat us down with refreshments in their spotless showroom.The demo ride went smoothly and at no time was their any pressure to buy. We decided to purchase the vehicle and the rest of the process went just as flawlessly. The details of the exact transactions would be boring so I will leave them out, but I will add that at no time did we feel pressured into purchasing any extras that we did not want in the first place. When the car was released to us Mr. Keitchens would not let us leave until he was satisfied that we had a basic understanding of the vehicle's operations and the unique safety features such as Lexus's version of "OnStar" and their Concierge and roadside assistance services. The price was much more reasonable than I expected. I can only say that when my wife's Subaru needs replacing we will be back at Nalley in Roswell to look for a replacement from Mr Keitchens.

I have been a Lexus owner since the 90's. Excellent vehicles that last! Over this past summer it was time for major replacements for wear and tear on my 02 ES300 which was now sporting 178,000 miles. I also knew that more necessary maintenance was coming to a close reality. I live in my car all day doing field sales so my car is my office. Yesterday I dropped my heavy briefcase on the extending cup holder and broke the entire assembly. It was just one of those days that was heading in the wrong direction....we all have had that happen. I brought it in to service to my fabulous service consultant Do Hyun Pak to get estimates on everything that was needed in addition to my broken cup holder. Do has always looked out for me as a single mom on service and has shown a genuine concern for me knowing I live on the road, making sure I have a safe vehicle. He could see my frustration and he looked as beat up and I felt at that moment over my despair. Do asked if I wanted to possibly (and finally after many discussions!) talk to a sales person about my options for a new car. Today I said "yes" and I am so glad I did! Do introduced me to Larry Guarcello. He had explained to Larry my situation and Larry was very empathetic. In fact, we both laughed as he said he really did not want to sell me a car just because I had broken my cup holder! Ha :) However, we did spend quite a bit of time talking about exactly what I had invested, what my next investment would be into my existing vehicle, the significant mileage I put on the vehicle in the course of a year, pros, cons inside and out. He took all the time in the world with me to show me what vehicle would best suit my needs. We picked the ES 350 as the best choice for me. I also want to share that I had been online for months watching the website for special deals/offers. Yesterday, when I purchased the car, the incentives I had requested as per the website advertisement had expired the day before. However, LEXUS VALUES YOUR BUSINESS AND LOYALTY and honored the offering to keep a customer and insure the utmost happiness with the buying experience!!!! I can hardly begin to thank EVERYONE ASSOCIATED with my buying experience yesterday for the utmost attention and concern for every detail of my purchase. Charles Cook was both funny, socialable and business like in his presentation of the product. He was absolutely great to work with and he handled my wife with the knowledge that she was the buyer while at the same time handling me knowing that I was looking at every single word. He was above honest in that he did not attempt to oversell the product and given it was a new 2012 with changes from 2011, he was not embarassed to inquire if a question was asked that he did not know the answer to. This made the both of us most comfortable. His personality came thru as not being your average sales person who might try to rush you to the bottom line but instead took the time necessary to make us feel like the decision was ours and we were not being sold.On the light side, given we were able to overcome the dealer/buyer mentality,Charles should replace the picture on this site with one to represent his personality which is charming.Scott Unger was Charles' guy upon whom to rely and he was as affable as Charles. If Scott needed any back up, Scott was on the spot and he made himself available to my wife and I and he and Charles made the perfect 1-2 combination.The coombination made the other dealers/sales persons that we encountered look second rate in nearly all aspects.

I recently took my RX 350 in for regular servicing and Joel was a pleasure to work with as usual. He is knowledgable, friendly, and very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done. He called to update me on the progress of the work and the estimated time of completion. Joel is an excellent representative of the quality of employees at Nalley Lexus. In no time, Pamela had me in a new RX 350 loaner car and also took excellent care of me to be sure that I was pleased with the loaner she had selected for me. Kudos to both Joel and Pamela. I purchased my GS 300 at Nalley Lexus of Roswell in 2002. I have serviced the car at this dealership ever since. After almost 10 years and 134,000 I am still treated with the same attention and quality service you would expect as a new car owner. My Service Consultant Joel Hughes does an amazing job making sure I am completly satisfied and my Lexus stays in top running condition. I live 50 miles from this dealership but would not trust anyone other than Nalley Lexus of Roswell to service my car. Awesome experience overall! Jim was really great and definitely very fair as far as working a good deal for me. I am very particular about the smallest details and I made Jim go back and forth to the manager to get answers for the most nitpicky questions and he was enthusiastic about that and made an extra effort to assure me I wasnt being difficult and that he cared about what I wanted and wanted me to be happy. I think thats a really rare quality for a sales guy and his attitude is probably what ultimately made me change me mind from being set on a BMW since well before I could drive, to having me driving a Lexus within a matter of days--and I feel really good about the decision. If all sales guys could take a course taught by Jim, there is no doubt they would be more successful.It might also be worth mentioning that Im only 24 (buying alone without parents). Jim and the other people I talked to at Lexus were the only people out of all the dealerships I visited while car shopping that didn't seem to immediately discredit me as not being a serious buyer... assuming I'm just some kid walking around wishing he could afford a BMW and wasting their time with questions. Not only did Jim show me respect, but he seemed to give me an extra break knowing that this was one of the biggest purchases of my life thus far.

I bought my first Lexus from Nalley 11 years ago and they have been servicing it ever since. Today I took it in for normal servicing while I inked the deal on a pre-owned 2008 Lexus. This dealer is phenomenal from both a service and sales point of view. With a snafu in the new deal today, my salesperson Larry Guarcello did a phenomenal job of making the situation right, to the detriment of his commission check. Although I believe management should have made it right, Larry saw to it that this deal was fair and as-agreed-upon. I plan to continue giving my business to Nalley Lexus of Rowsell. Here's to another 11 years with my new/preowned Lexus!!

Charles is a friendly and patient man who made great effort to address my specific needs. Charles and his staff went out of their way to make the deal come to fruition. Unfortunately Nalley Lexus did not have the exact model and trim I was looking for at their location. Most dealerships usually become dismissive about selling cars that arent on their lot. However Charles took the time to find a car with the exact specifications I was looking for at another location. They had it professionally transported from another dealership and allowed me to drive an IS250 demo car with a full tank of gas until it arrived. Charles did a great job of keeping me informed regarding the progress of the cars delivery. I also want to thank Charles for personally being available at any hour to address my concerns. Upon delivery of the vehicle I could tell that Charles ensured that the car was detailed immaculately. I am very pleased with the overall experience and I hope to continue to do business with Nalley Lexus in the future.

It's a pleasure to take my Lexus for service at Nalley Lexus Roswell. Always greeeted promptly and the service order is taken efficiently. They have a comfortable waiting area, with a choice between TV's or a quiet work area. However, the wireless is very slow and in need of an updrade. The work is aways done right and explained.

I purchased my '07 Lexus ES new at South Atlanta based on a referral to a sales associate at that dealership. I live on the north side of town, however, and have not used South Atlanta for service. I used independent service centers for a coule of years due to their low price and proximity to my house. About a year ago I decided to try out the Nalley service department to complete some routine service requirements. Despite what I would call a premium price, they deliver an excellent overall customer experience. Specifically, I have been able to develop and maintain a relationship with Service Consultant Joel Hughes. Joel is simply fantastic in terms of his professionalism and product knowledge. I feel like he is truly an advisor in terms of maintaining my car, which I use extensively for professional purposes. In summary, Joel exceedingly delivers the value I have come to expect from my auto maintenance provider.

Larry Guarcello loves his job and it shows! He always takes time to speak with me when I'm at the Nalley's for routine service just to make sure everything is up to my standards. He was great to work with when we purchased the car last February and helped us get our permanent license plates before we left on a long trip. He also works directly with the service folks (Do and Vann, so far...who are also excellent!), to be certain we are all on the same "wavelength". Couldn't ask for a better sales agent.

The Nalley Lexus Team was bar far the best team from a dealership we have ever worked with. We have always been GMC people and the sales team was just "the icing on the cake". The team is so friendly and more willing to take care of the customer than trying to make a deal. It was so nice to see some different options in different models and years and the team didn't try to get us to buy the most expensive car. Positively refreshing!

Joel Hughes has been our Service Consultant of choice for the past 6+ years. He has a high level of enthusiasm...you can tell he loves his job. He explains the maintenance requirements in plain terms and offers good advice when mechanical problems are discovered. While we love the new design of the dealership and the many friendly employees (including a great guy in the loaner department at our most recent visit), we return to Nalley Lexus Roswell because of the special relationship we feel we have with Joel.

Since moving to the area, I have been bringing my car to this dealership for the past three years, primarily because of the service I receive from employees like Greg Forness and Pam White. I am always greeted promptly and very professionally. Unlike past experiences with other dealers, I trust Greg and his recommendations for my car. Pam is always professional and moves very quickly to put me in a great loaner car to make my experience even more positive and very convenient. My car is 5 years old and I love the Lexus brand. Nalley Lexus in Roswell is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. The general manager gave us a gift card to a nice restaurant just for test driving a vehicle and was very friendly. I was referred to Larry Guarcello by my in-laws, who recently purchased an ES350 and who are in a growing group of family and friends of family who are extremely satisfied with Larry's service. At the risk of appearing like a suck up son-in-law trying to curry favor, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Nalley generally and with Larry specifically. Larry's product knowledge, can-do attitude, personality and humor easily overcame some serious supply chain issues. Apparently, after the tsunami, it is easier to deliver a baby than a 2012 AWD RX350. Larry was able to meet this challenge with competence and resolve. I feel like he delivered a high degree of service approaching customer advocate as he met every promise of the deal. Service after the sale was spectacular. If you are looking for a new car, consider a Lexus if for no other reason than to experience Larry Guarcello's service, which I recommend without reservation.

Once given our request Charles was able to locate and secure our RX350 for us quickly. We completed all our work via email and the telephone since I was outside the country at the time. This is the third Nalley Car we have purchased and the second one from Larry Quarcello. Larry was the first person I thought of when deciding to buy a car for my daughter. Larry was well informed about this preowned car he had recommended, more than willing to take time to show the car and identify important features, and he has a wonderful sense of humor. We came in for an education on the Lexus product, and left as new Lexus owners. I would have to say it was a completely phenomenal experience. It met as well as exceed our every expectation of what purchasing a luxury automobile should be. Every person we came in to contact with was professional as well as human. Not only did he spend an extraordinary amount of time with us, he even came in to do the delivery on his day off at the great peril of being late for a dinner date with his wife. Klaus was a very friendly, knowledgeable sales person, without being pushy. He was patient while we test drove several vehicles before making a decision. He then found the exact color combination I wanted and gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being delivered. The first person I spoke with was Ms. Kristen. She was great and her customer service was superb. The other 2 gentlemen that I dealt with were George and Roger Luke. With it being George's birthday, he had to rush out. With that said, the last hour of my buying experience was rushed. In addition, it pays to listen when you are in a Customer Service position. For example, when George called me to see if I was on my way, I assured him that I was in route. Then I asked for your hours of operation. His response was lets not base our meeting on that, it's my Birthday and I'm trying to get out of here. With all due respect, his birthday was not my concern. I asked a specific question and I wanted a specific answer. I was contiplating a large purchase and would have appreciated his undivided attention. When speaking with Roger, I noticed an attitude change when I questioned the carfax report. At this point and going forward he became very short with me. In my opinion, he became very unprofessional. He only offered 1 word answers to my questions and his demeanor changed from "hey lets do business" to "please get out of my office". I brought this to his attention as the atmosphere was getting very uncomfortable for me. He apologize and stated that it had nothing to do with me. Right.....However, whether it did or did not have anything to do with me, that completely killed the mood and made me extremely uncomfortable. There were several times during the buying process that I was very close to getting up and leaving as there were several salesman calling me regarding a Navigator and I could have chosen either of them. If it had not been for the professionalism of Ms. Kristen, I would have walked. Granted, I understand that it was George's birthday, but it was not my fault that he was working on his birthday. That's something that he should have discussed with his manager as opposed to rushing me out the door. I can also understand Roger not wanting to discuss the carfax report with me, however if that was the case, it should not have been presented to me. In closing, please allow me to say that the facility was very clean and I was greeted with kindness and a smile when I walked in.

We were in the market for a new SUV for my wife and did quite a bit of research online before hitting the dealerships. We drove many different models of SUVs and finally drove the one we eventually purchased from Nalley Lexus, a Toyota 4Runner. My wife found the vehicle online and we went to the dealership to test drive it and see from there. Barry came out and greeted us (like any car salesman would do) but he was different than many car salesmen we've dealt with in the past. He was friendly, comforting, helpful, and firm but not pushy. I don't deal with pushy car salesmen, they give me a sour taste in my mouth and make the car buying experience a dreadful one. Barry was not like this at all!!! If we need another vehicle (hopefully not in the near future) we will start with Nalley Lexus of Roswell. Barry was a joy to deal with and he really went the extra mile to make the deal work. We traded in a vehicle as part of the deal, and that experience could not have been easier. After Barry, we worked with George on the financing and he was fully knowledgable and very helpful when it came to explaining our financing and warranty options. George worked hard to get us the best interest rate possible by looking at many lenders. We got an incredible rate and walked out of there feeling like we made a great choice (and we most certainly did!). Nalley Lexus of Roswell is blessed to have George and Barry on staff and we will certainly shop with them again.

I had two small (but very irritating) problems with my Lexus. I didn't have an appointment, and I arrived at the service dept. late in the day, not knowing if they would even see me. Joel went way beyond the call of duty by helping me get my car issues addressed (nail in tire which made it leak, and a faulty door handle). I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes -- all because of Joel.The great service at this particular dealership is one of the big reasons we've purchased 3 cars from them.

My experience was AMAZING! I can't say enough about this dealership and the great company of professionals that helped me get my new Honda Accord. From the minute I stepped onto the lot, they made feel welcome and comfortable with the whole buying process. When shopping for a car, you always feel like a sheep in a den of wolves; definitely not the case here! Lloyd was informative and kind in his whole sales approach, while the Finance Director,George, was extremely knowledgeable and equally as sensitive to my financial situation by structuring a deal that made me feel like I'd made a wise financial decision. Plenty of dealerships around the city could learn from the professional staff at Nalley Lexus. Had I know what I was in for, this dealership would have been my first and ONLY stop. Brandy has been my service adviser since I purchased the vehicle in 2006. She is friendly, professional and will take the time necessary to explain what was serviced on the vehicle and what I should be aware of, ie tire wear,brake wear. Since service is the reason I left another car manufacturer, she has made Nalley Lexus my choice of a dealer. All employees are eager to make your visit to Nalley a positive experience.

I have always had great maintenance service at this dealership. On my most recent visit, my 1999 RX300 required more work and parts than the repair shop had originally estimated. The wheel bearing was stuck and no amount of soaking would loosen it. A new carrier sub-assy had to be ordered and I was not charged for it. Meanwhile, the maintenance service representative kept me well informed about what was being done and when it should be ready. Fortunately, I had a nice courtesy car to drive. Also, I receive a 10% discount because of the number of miles on my car. Great service!

I had purchase a vehicle at Nalley of Roswell. I had no intentions of buying a Lexus. I met with the sales person Larry Guarcello. He showed me the IS250 Lexus Convertible. Larry did a superb job of convincing me this was better than the other 2 vehicles that I was inquiring about. One in which I had planned on buying. I stated to him the only thing missing was a particular product. So out of the blue, Larry called me. He said I maybe able to get this product. A gentleman was buying the same vehicle and this product was an addition. So I was thinking this was a win win situation for Lexus and the 2 customers. Unfortunately, It wasnt what I wanted. I was extremely unhappy. I brought this to Larry and the service centers attention. Well the dealerships stand was this was a deal that was made outside of Lexus. So this is where Chris Dastou the GM and I met and discussed. My 1st impression was I was going to walk out of here totally dissatisfied. I had my opinion and he had his. Even though he stood firmly behind his opinion. He was willing to work with me. He was very easy to talk to. He was very understanding of my situation. He was not able to refund my monies, but made other arrangements. I walked out of his office extremely happy. Bottom line I would recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends, family and associates. Chris and Larry showed professionalism and I will be back to buy another Lexus in the future.

Every person I came in contact with, on the day I bought my car, was very friendly and helpful. I had my daughter with me, and everyone was very accomodating to her needs and interests. Jeremy went so far as to give her a coloring book and crayons. I went back two days later to drop off paperwork, and again, employees went over questions I had about the car and accessories. We have now used Nalley Lexus and Joel Hughes for service of our two Lexus vehicles for approximately seven years and our experience has been outstanding throughout this time. To his credit, Joel Hughes has always been friendly, extremely responsive, and accurate in the service work necessary to keep our vehicles in top condition. Only the needed work is done, and Joel routinely gives us a "heads up" on future maintenance expenditures so there are no surprises. Barry was a joy to work with! We walked in somewhat late (around 6:30 pm) on a Monday. Barry promptly arranged a test drive of the exact car we saw on the web site. After completeing the test drive, we went through the steps to appraise our current car, financial application, and information about the car and some options. It was al a very easy, painless process. Barry and the sales manager, Roger stayed until after 9 pm to get the car washed and ready, move the belongings form our old car, and send us home in the new ES 350.I can't imagine a more pleasurable, easy going process. We were treated with respect and intelligence teh whole way through, and never felt and excess pressure to buy the car. Bob Hamilton is an outstanding human being and a trustworthy car salesman! I had been lied to by two other dealerships on the availability of the car that I wanted to purchase and I asked Bob to step in and find me the car I wanted. At that point, I told Bob I was pretty much done with Lexus...and if I did buy a Lexus product, it would only be through Bob Hamilton. True to his word, Bob was on the job! I received timely phone calls and emails informing me of the status of the search. I felt that Nalley Lexus of Roswell as well as Bob Hamilton cared that I got the car I was looking for. The purchase was a great experience, from the time I walked in and met the receptionist to the final deal between the salesperson and I. I look forward to my next Lexus purchase in the near future, your facility will be first on my list. The sales person, Klaus Lenhard was the best, not pushy, very friendly, and informative. Oh yeah, loved the snack bar, definitely steps above the rest.

Larry was very informative. His knowledge of the car was extensive. He made sure I knew exactly what I was buying. There was no pressure to buy. I really enjoyed dealing with Larry and look forward doing business with him next time I purchase a Lexus.

We were trying to buy AWD vehicle since the car would be driven mainly snowy area in different state. However AWD was really hard to get here in GA; thus, we even opted for traveling to some northern states and drive back. Unlike many others who just said "call me back when you want RWD instead", this dealer was eager to help. Though we lost some bargain power, I think we have gotten so-so okay deal not to mention that dealer took care of shipping cost.Mr. Hong was very professional and courteous through out the buying process. He even came to our house which is +20miles just to pick us up when the car was shipped. We were impressed and would highly recommend this dealer and dealership.

I was really impressed with the quality of the service and customer service. This is my second experience buying a brand new car and this one was the best one. I will come back and will recommend to anyone that wants to buy at the dealer. You pay a little bit more but you get a better car and customer services.

We (my wife & I) have been going to this dealership for a while as we love the quality of the cars, the people and the service. The sales and service personnel are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We have had nothing but good experiences here. They have spoiled us.Love the new service lounge and very pleased with our assigned service consultant Will. We also have taken advantage of some of the owner events they have hosted, which is a nice touch.This is the 4th Lexus we have bought from Nalley Roswell and the third from Mike Keitchen. Mike & Nalley will continue to be our first stop when buying a car.

Just a warning to anyone who wants to buy a Lexus at Nalley Lexus in Roswell. DON'T!They don't keep their promises. I was promised the referral money, I waited for awhile and decided to call Johnnie. He said, "I don't remember telling you that." We argued for awhile and I got nothing out of it but a click. I decided to call the 1800 number for customer service, after telling the story to her all she can tell me was talk to the seller. I told her I don't want to talk to someone again that raised his voice and hung up on me. I called the Manager and told him that to tell his salesman (Johnnie) to just keep his money. I do not want it anymore, this is not just about the small amount of money but how poorly I was treated. And the horrible customer service!

Manny was very friendly. Didn't intend to buy a car but I received such a good deal I ended up driving away with a Lexus 460. Later that week I had to get a few items taken care of mechanically with the car. When it was completed Manny personally drove The car to me so I wouldn't have to make the 2 hour trip. I would definitely buy another car from him. Thanks

We came to Nalley to check another Lexus from another dealership. Turns out that it was not as good as a deal as we hoped. The entire staff at Nalley helped us get into a certified preowned that was entirely documented. My wife was recently in a horrible car accident and her Toyota saved her life. There is a Lexus dealship in our town, but after our visit to Nalley, I would rather drive 5 hours to see them, than to deal with the one here.

Easiest car buying experience we've ever had. We had not intended to purchase a car on the day we went in but did because it was exactly the car I wanted at a very good price. Excellent customer service from George and Manny - in and out in a new car in 2.5 hours - and happy!
