Michael Yoo continues to give me the best advice on any vehicle that I discuss with him. I am so happy to have met him as I feel like he has my best interest at heart. He is knowledgeable, and caring. He is diplomatic at his approach in selling cars. I hope to buy another Lexus when the time is right for me and it will be Michael who gets the deal. Selling a car is not as important as having your same client return and buy another from you and refer you to their friends. That is the real art of being a truly developed person.

I did not purchase my Lexus here, but had it serviced for the first time this past weekend. The lobby is very clean and cozy, and had a free cafe. My sales consultant, Juan, was very helpful and went over everything with me. This made my first service visit in my new Lexus very easy. When he noticed my vehicle had a recall part, he quickly offered to put me in a loaner and get that taken care of. The gentleman who put me in my loaner was also extremely nice and helpful.. The whole experience was very pleasant for a task that is not typically enjoyable. Overall, very impressed by this place. The reason for the star reduction - My front plate holder was broken and plate was bent, like someone had tried to pry it off or something.

I cannot say enough great things about my car buying experience. Samuel went so far above and beyond to help ensure this was an extraordinary experience from beginning to end. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Cesar and Tom completed amazing experience. I typically dread purchasing a vehicle but the 3 men who were part of this purchase changed dread into a comfortable, enjoyable time. I would highly recommend Nalley Galleria and Samuel, Cesar and Tom!!

Customer service at Nalley Lexus was excellent. Dana kept me up to date with the service performed on my 450H. 100% better then what I have received from BMW. My SUV was even cleaned inside and out. Great job Nalley.

This Lexus dealership is one of the best in Georgia! Juan Hernandez customer service skills are excellent. He keeps you updated on your vehicle services and is very understanding. I would highly recommend this dealership!
