The worst car purchase experience I have ever encountered. I purchased a new Backdraft Cobra from out of state. When the car was delivered it would barely run. I called Alex my sales man and he said to call service he couldn’t help. I spoke to the service manager and asked him if they checked the car over prior to shipping it to my home in Nashville he said they do a quick run through and it seemed fine. After several days of trying to get some help from Naples Motorsports and Backdraft I had the car picked up by my local garage. $1000.00 dollars later and a week they got the car running. My garage said the timing was never set and the carburetor was defective no way the car was ever checked over before it left Backdraft Racing or Naples Motorsports. I would definitely stay away from both. Come to find out there’s no warranty on labor just parts and it was tough getting the parts shipped. Drove the car 30 miles and sold it. The car and Naples Motorsports were awful.

First time at this dealership. I have to say it was my best experience yet in purchasing vehicles. I worked with Mike Urbine, he was great! really made it fast and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a high-end exotic car go to him you won’t be disappointed

The experience started off great with safe and reliable covered transport for my vehicle. Communication from the service rep was solid and fairly consistent. However, after over a month of having my vehicle there, I felt like I was on a back burner. Estimates and pricing was vague and ranged from multiple levels and the accuracy of estimating was all over the place with no promises. Pricing for hourly rates is extremely expensive and there is little to no rationale on why its different for multiple brands of vehicles or services. I finally had to have the vehicle sent back after about 3/4 my desired work was complete because the estimates were just so over the market with regard to pricing and they couldn't even estimate a delivery time within a week or two. Lastly, as my vehicle was safely (for the most part) delivered to my home in south Tampa. I noticed one of my wheel spinners fell off immediately upon removal from the trailer. I then noticed the center custom wood console was damaged (deep gash) because the mini fire extinguisher was not secured properly before being loaded onto the trailer and it was laying on the wood. As I reviewed the damaged spinner, that was not broken prior to service, I was told they knew it was broken and tried to repair it. The only problem is that no one told me, the client. Being dishonest over a $50 part and trying to cover up breaking something is just inexcusable. All I got from the service rep was "sorry". I was really hoping to make this my go to place, because everything else was perfect. But, once a service-based business loses integrity and trust, its really hard to trust them again. Unfortunately the end of the road for Naples Motor Sports for me.

Fantastic experience purchasing a well cared for used Italian exotic from these folks earlier in June, 10 years after buying my first one from them. Lots of staff changes and a new building, but still a great experience. Worked with Jay Samudio to negotiate a deal, sight unseen! My first time going this route with not being able to touch and drive the car. Jay was very candid about everything and timely with his replies to all my questions via text and phone. We worked through the details on the vehicle I purchased, plus traded pics and negotiated what I felt was a very fair deal for my trade. After a week, I was finally able to make it down to Naples and found the car was in excellent shape. Low miles for a 7 year old vehicle and well taken care of, just as described by Jay. He was also able to take some of the extra time to remedy a few small cosmetic items, which I appreciated. Total time at the dealer to sign everything was around an hour and Linda in the finance group was efficient and cordial to work with. After a couple hour drive arriving home, I unfortunately noticed a wheel vibration that I contacted Jay about to remedy. He was quick with his reply in this and I was able to have the issue resolved to my satisfaction in my home town with the Naples MS folks covering the cost. In addition, Linda was able to locate a financing package that was an entire percentage point better on the rate and she switched me into that a full two weeks after closing the deal, a courtesy I’ve never seen from larger main line dealers. All in all, a very positive experience that included a bump or two, but the Naples MS folks worked through those bumps with me to perfect, professional satisfaction. Cheers!

Outstanding service from Tony and the team at Naples Motorsports/Alfa Romeo. I took my Giulia in without an appointment for a rather scary “service shifter” warning that popped up on a Saturday and they were able to get everything checked out and cleared extremely quickly! Great job!

my wife and i looked at several ferrari vehicles at a few dealerships just didnt feel right the vibe of the sales people was too pushy not enough info. i was highly recommended to naples motor sports and to talk to kyle a salesman there. we found a ferrari we loved kyle put a new spin on "going out on a limb"this guy was so nice and answered a ton of questions we had. he guided us through every step of the process from beginning to end.it shows naples motor sports takes pride in their cars and people they hire, it was a pleasure to deal with kyle and naples motor sports this place is great and the owners should know what a huge asset kyle is to their company we wont buy anywhere else. thank you john and joann bennett.

I recently was able to purchase my second vehicle from Naples Motorsports , I beautiful Rossa Scuderia 2009 Ferrari 430 Scuderia . The car is amazing, Chris Pruett did a great job helping put the deal together , I was able to trade in my Ferrari 575 Maranello . My first purchase was an Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante . I bought both cars sight unseen. I will certainly look to Naples when I am ready to trade in my 2012 Audi R8 5.2 with 6 speed manual . I am hoping to keep my SCUD for a while . While on vacation in Fort Lauderdale I was able to take a ride to meet the sale staff in person and tour their great dealership

I recently purchased a vehicle from Naples Motorsports and found my experience with Gary Mizia to be very accommodating and generally refreshing. Gary took my initial call on his cell on a Sunday and was very professional and straightforward throughout what was a quick and enjoyable transaction. He was extremely responsive and proactive in completing the documents and arranging transport; following up with me regularly to see if he could do anything further to assist. I would not think twice about buying another vehicle from or referring my family to Gary Mizia. He genuinely cares about his customers and if you look at the reviews and inventory of this dealership it quickly becomes evident that they run a first class operation. It doesn't take much effort to generate a bad review, but good reviews such as this one require a tremendous amount of effort and dedication by the salesperson to differentiate the experience for the customer and Gary Mizia is clearly a professional in providing that higher level of service. I highly recommend working with Gary Mizia.

I was finally able to take out the Roadster today for the first time, What an AMAZING car! This being the 6th delivery from Naples Motorsports was the easiest, I wish you didn't make it so easy ! It's always a pleasurable experience dealing with the entire staff at Naples Motorsports. Your knowledge of the Exotic's you stock is invaluable to me as the consumer. Rob, buying an Exotic from you feels like I'm taking candy from a babies mouth, I'm sorry but..........you can't keep them all ! I met Gary Mizia at Naples Motor Sports and was impressed with his knowledge and low key approach. Gary listened to what I wanted and helped guide my selection of a 1500 mile Ferrari 612. He followed up after the sale to ensure my satisfaction. Always the professional. The inventory goes from luxury and sport to exotica. Large inventory shows well in their new facility.

my wife and I are looking for a Ferrari we took a trip to Naples to visit Naples motor sports we met and spoke to a Mr Gary Mizia . To. Our surprise the gentlemen was courteous and knew exactly what we were looking for. After many attempts here on the east coast no one had half the notion what they were talking about. I have been researching for this car for over a year and to find someone with his expertise was impressive I will be back after tax season to purchase from Mr Mizia and Naples motor sports I've visited 4 other dealerships and this by far was a great experience and have told my associates about my experience . Traveled from Ft Lauderdale to Naples Florida to "Naples Motorsports" to view some Specialty Vehicles and did I view some. The Dealership is TOP NOTCH and met a Salesman "Gary Mizia" that made my experience that much more. This Salesman treated my wife and I as if we were the very Special People. Was given tour of the Inventory and answered many questions that I was not aware. This Dealership has to be one of the finest in the Nation as I have visited many. If the train their Sales people, this has to be some training program. This guy knew all about his inventory. I did not purchase this time as I am not ready to sell my Bentley or Mercedes , though I will make my next purchase Here !! Thanks Naples Motorsports and Much Thanks to Gary Miza (Keep up the Great Work ) !!

Overall had a great experience dealing with Naples motorsports! Traded my 360 and 430 scuderia for an 09 16M. Chris pruett and the rest of the team went above and beyond my expectations to work out a deal! Will be back in the future when in the market for my next exotic!

I have purchased 6 exotics from Naples Motorsports. They have an amazing inventory of high end exotic cars that are in excellent condition for very fair prices. But what sets them apart from most other dealers is the people that work there. Chris Pruitt is my "Ferrari guy" and is an outstanding salesman and person. He will get you the car that you want and makes the experience fantastic. He is highly knowledgeable about every car and will help you get what you want and need. I saw a Porsche boxster in the lot and decided to go into the dealership. As I entered I was looking at pristine high end automobiles. My salesman showed me the boxster and took me for a test drive. The car,as the others was in pristine condition. Ron Ward knew all the details of the car and stated that it was previously owned by a very meticulous owner. It never occurred to me that I was buying a "used car". Ron arranged for financing and the closing, went as planned, very smoothly. Ron was never pushy and never used phrases like "well if you come back later I'm sure it will be gone." He was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate in purchasing another vehicle from Naples Motorsports or Ron for that matter.

I visited my parents who live in near Naples this past week & came to visit Naples Motorsports Saturday. A salesperson Mike greeted me when I entered & spent quality time w/ me going thru the fleet on the showroom floor. I'm pretty knowledgeable on cars but Mike was very informative on many things I didn't know which helped me to look at several cars differently than I would have before & consider buying cars I wouldn't have bought before. The cars were immaculate & very well presented. I was so impressed & fell in love w/ many of the cars. There is no doubt that I would have bought a car that day if I hadn't just bought a brand new Porsche GT3 a few weeks earlier. I left Naples Motorsports feeling elated from the fabulous experience & appreciative that I had been so well treated. To sum it up the cars were incredible & Mike is an excellent salesperson!

I recently purchased an immaculate 2007 Corvette from Naples Motorsports. I had looked at a lot of other Corvettes, but did not find anything that even came close to the beauty and condition of this Vette! This car had only 21,000 miles and was loaded with numerous extras. My acquisition is "car show" ready right off the lot! I was very fortunate to work with Ron Ward to negotiate a good deal on this car. Ron was extremely patient and professional!!! After experiencing Aston Martin ownership in the form of a DB7 Vantage Volante for the last few years, I recently made the decision to search for a DB9 to experience the different attributes the newer model offers. The car had to be a Volante and had to have a manual transmission. Tough combination to come by, as I was about to find out. I searched all the usual online sites and came up with just a few options. The one that stood out and caught my interest was at Naples Motorsports 2000 miles from home. Having had a mixed experience twice while purchasing vehicles online, I approached this long distance decision with great caution. While the detail and clarity of the online picture portfolio of the car was second to none, I still needed more. A check of reviews of the dealership revealed a large number of apparently very satisfied customers. Next step was to try to select a quality sales person. Again, many good reviews; however for me Ron Ward stuck out as someone that I would like to work with. After a number of phone calls and emails all promptly answered, it became apparent the integrity of the car was likely top notch. A fair price was reached. Next step - a pre-purchase inspection at an Aston Martin dealer. No problem, one was just across town and the Naples folks delivered the car for inspection. No surprises! The car received a clean bill of health. Next step, down payment and deciding how to get the car home. After just a bit of thought, it was decided that we should fly down and drive it home! Ron offered to pick us up at the airport and transport us and our gear back to the dealership. We were greeted promptly by Ron when we landed at the nearby Ft. Myers airport in the official Naples Motorsports shuttle. The dealership and inventory are even more impressive in person. The dealership is chock full of contemporary exotica. Everything from Aston to Zonda all top quality vehicles. The Aston was parked at the front door ready for delivery and our trip home. Spotless and impeccable. The closing was very professional. All paperwork was neatly arranged in a folio for us. All keys and manuals were presented in protective bag. The dealership also had made special effort to insure that all accessory items that were delivered with the vehicle when new were intact. Impressive! Additionally, they made sure that the recommended service was up to date when delivered and provided the documentation to prove it. We spent 5 fabulous days traveling home in the new Aston without a hitch. If you are looking for a top quality used exotic with no excuses, Naples Motorsports is high on the list of dealers to trust.
