Service manager left and service went to the dumpster. Have to drive to Fayetteville, k.c., or Wichita just for an oil change because I do.t trust them any longer. 1 year later and I'm not allowed to make an appointment for inspections or service. I won't ever even buy another V.W. because of the terrible service that has been ongoing under this management for the past five years.

I dealt with Sam C. He gave my wife and I space to look the car over and would check in on us periodically. When it came time to purchase the car, we were a long way apart on my trade-in's value. Surprisingly enough, we were able to make a deal and we left with a new car. Thanks Sam!

I am extremely happy to have conducted bussines with Justin & John. They were able to worked a very good deal on a vehicle we felt in loved with. Great costumer service and transparency throughout the process. This is the first time we have actually bought a vehicle in Springfield, since no other dealer we have dealt with in the past had been able to compromise on a deal.
