I would like to say that the people at Napleton Cadillac did an amazing job taking care of my recent car purchase. We purchased the car from Napleton and it had some mechanical/electrical issues causing some slip in the transmission. We called the folks at Napleton and they got us in at our earliest convenience and worked diligently to make sure we got the car back as soon as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, August, & Keith who's commitment to customer got us back into our new car much sooner than we thought was possible. Thank you so much for your efforts they are greatly appreciated!!!

I’m bad with names but pretty sure they were mike smith, victor and Kathy. All very kind and helpful! My girlfriend and I searched far and wide for an SUV but she couldn’t find one she liked. Eventually she saw an orange gt mustang and fell in love with it. Obviously I didn’t mind getting a mustang. So after a few days we go check it out and well she loved it so we got it! The team was very helpful and the process felt comfortable. I’ve been to other dealers where salesmen are just rude, aggressive or push cars on you and the process feels uncomfortable. I will definitely recommend people to come here to purchase a vehicle. 5/5 my girlfriend and I are very happy! Thank you!

First off, I'm very concerned with other people working on my cars other than myself but I brought my Cadillac in for warranty service here based on their good reviews and they 100% live up to those reviews, my experience here was very professional and prompt with my vehicle going in for several issues, all of which were fixed correctly the first time and without any damage done to my vehicle buy a technician or porter. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced to head to Napleton Cadillac, they will take every concern of yours about your vehicle into great consideration and ensure you're vehicle remains perfect the way it was before it was brought in for repairs. I will definitely bring my Cadillac back here for future services.
