What an incredible showroom. My dealings with Brooke Charlton were extremely good… with her trying to figure out what we needed and matching us to the right car. Once the car was found, we had a really nice negotiation with Meagan Riccardo coming to a mutually agreeable outcome. Finally, a pleasant surprise dealing with Holly Patterson and the paperwork. This dealership and these women deserve a rating of 11 out of a possible 10. What a great team! I just wish I had started my car buying experience at the Napleton dealership instead of the one I went to first, leaving mad and frustrated. Again, a most pleasant experience!

I had one of my best car shopping experiences with Brooke at this car dealership. I went in with an idea of the type of car I wanted but really not sure. Brooke sat with me and listened to what I wanted. She then went and found a car for me to drive that fit the criteria. After I had driven the car, Brooke than gave me another option to drive to see how I liked it better. I loved the second choice she brought for me, then Brooke even took the time to show me other cars with different gadgets and technology to know the exact type of car I wanted. Brooke was extremely knowledgeable and took so much time with helping me choose the right car. After learning the exact car I wanted Brooke didn’t pressure me into anything and let me think about the exact car I wanted and has followed up with me ever since, Brooke took so much time and care with helping me find the perfect car! Excellent dealership and staff!

Joe did a great job. I have bought a few trucks in the past years being in roofing and he was by far the most professional and easiest salesman I have ever dealt with. I will definitely recommend Joe at Napleton to anyone. Very knowledgeable, not pushy and a genuinely nice person. Always nice to buy a Ram from someone who drives the truck personally as well. Thank you Joe, the kids will not let me bring it back even if I wanted to. Which I don’t, love the truck. Great price as well.

I have a 2014 Jeep that was having issues (multiple) with the O2 sensors and causing the check engine light to come on. I had been there already two times in 7 days, this last visit, Fernando helped me. His customer service and care is spot on. Being in Human Resources, I recognize great care and CS. He’s attentive, polite, understanding and compassionate towards the needs of the customer. I’d recommend Fernando to anyone who come into Napleton Jeep or for anyone who’s looking for a great employee! Good CS is so hard to find! Great job Fernando. Hope JP sees your talent!!!

Very great experience! I called ahead of time for a specific vehicle I was looking at online and as soon as I walked in the door, the manager had the keys ready. I ended up working with George who was very friendly and helpful in explaining all the details about the car and going through the process. Also, the Business Manager, Holly was amazing! This is my 4th time getting a vehicle and Holly has been the best of all. She was prepared, which made it super simple and fast with explaining all the paperwork. If you are looking to buy a car, go to this dealership and ask for George to help with purchasing your vehicle and Holly to help with the signing of the paperwork :)
