What a great experience I had at Napleton Hyundai! My sales person Jamel, was more like an advisor. Jamel made the process very easy, pressure free and actually fun. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had. Jamel and the Napleton Hyundai team were committed to exceeding my expectations and that’s exactly what they did! First and foremost I wish I could give this dealership 100 stars. I was taken care of from start to finish. Brittany was my sales person. She was very informative, professional and laid back. Thank you for listening to my wants and needs in a vehicle. Highly recommend. Matthew was patient and continued to work for me in my favor as far as financing. Cowboy Jones looked out for me as far as my overall purchase. He’s great as what he does! He insured that I had the best deal before I walked stepped foot out of the dealership. I’m at ease with knowing that I was taken care of, genuinely. I’m very appreciative of all the hard work that went into my purchase today. I couldn’t imagine purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.

Six stars if I could. I have bought dozens of cars in my life and this was by far the best experience. My sales rep Stephon was great! I live 3 hours away and the transaction was mainly done remotely until pickup. Terry was also a big help once we arrived. Great communications and honest. No haggling on the trade-in as they offered the correct amount right from the start--I also got a very good price on the new vehicle. There was a small issue from the manufacturer that was obviously covered by warranty and the General Manager offered to have it fixed in his shop and drive the new car three hours to my house. I will just have it done at my local dealer but it was great that he offered without any prompting by me. They apparently have a mission statement that focuses on treating people right and developing repeat customers. Maybe that is why they have been in business since 1931. Another highly satisfied customer!

I had a wonderful experience here bar none. They are very friendly, understanding and patient with you. Unlike other dealers I’ve been too they don’t push you into purchases and work with you and your situation to make it happen. Donnie my sales associate was so kind and considerate ask for him if you want a wonderful, painless experience. He listened to my needs and got everything I needed accomplished on a timely fashion.

I went looking for a car for my teenage daughter , the salesman Donnell Canada was EXCELLENT, very knowledgeable about his cars , takes pride in his work. Its more than sale to him he takes it personal, went above and beyond to make sure we was well pleased as well as stood by his word. Very Patient and was able to not only solely focus on us but had a number of customers waiting for him as he’s a very popular salesman, I’ll definitely be a repeated customer
