Great experience. I’ve been using the same dealer for many years and this was my first experience shopping for a Lincoln. Matt and Brian made the process so easy. It was a very pleasant experience. I first went to just look at Lincoln’s and wasn’t sure I’d be making a decision that day. There was never any pressure to move forward before I was ready. Matt was helpful in explaining the different features and packages. The dealer happened to have exactly what I wanted on the lot, I was having a good experience there, so I decided to make the purchase that same day. I would definitely shop at Napleton again.

Came here after being VERY disappointed by another lincoln dealer and boy am I happy we did! Tim went above and beyond for us! He gave us the best car buying experience and answered all our questions! All the staff was amazing though we mainly dealt with Tim! We will be traveling 3 hours from where we live to EXCLUSIVELY come to this lincoln dealership! Thanks Tim you gained a customer for life!

Recently purchased a vehicle from here and the whole experience was great. Matt was awesome! Had an issue with a used car I purchased here and they took care of it right away. This was our 2nd Lincoln purchase from Napleton. Our salesman, Tim is always great to deal with. We have nothing ill to say about this dealership as Service, Sales and Finance are top notch. Any issues that arise are always taken care of expeditiously. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
