They have the one i was looking for, in the showroom ;) Sales Rep: Gilbert M. made the whole process stress-free. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and very helpful— even took the time to show us in-depth the features of the vehicle, assisted with tech-set up even after I have already signed the documents (when most dealers will just hand you the keys to figure things out on your own). The whole experience was generally pleasant.

As a first time buyer, I had a great experience at this dealership. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to my questions and concerns about being a first time car owner. I had a couple questions about my financial abilities to pay for this car, and they were very understanding. I successfully bought my first car that day, and I am thrilled! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car for the first time or a new car in general. 10/10 would recommend!!

I originally purchased my Mazda here before moving into the area. When it came time to purchase new tires I saw that the dealership had a great tire sale that I wanted to take advantage of and on the day of service they were great to work with. A few months passed and I noticed an air leak and suspected I ran over a sharp object so I stopped by Napleton's and asked them to look at it. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by David and from start to finish he took great care of me. I noticed the rapport they have with other customers and this is another reason to return here for your auto needs, you'll be in great hands.

My experience with Danny was great! He made buying a new car easy by answering my questions (no matter how silly they were), showing me the cool features of the car, and didn’t rush me when I had to spend foreverrrrrrr on the phone with the bank. When you do go to this location, I definitely recommend working with Danny and Harvey. They will make your visit as smooth as possible and I am glad I was able to spend the time with them when purchasing my brand new Mazda :)
