I would recommend Napleton Kia to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle! Our Sales Representative Yefim went above and beyond all my expectations. He explained each and every detail about the different trim levels of the cars I was interested in and was very knowledgeable about every other brand out there as well. He was not pushy at all and was very patient while I made a decision. He is definitely a reason I stayed as long as I did and checked out the whole lot because he really made the experience enjoyable. So after deciding on the vehicle, Yefim got right to work on getting me the best deal (which he did). I had the pleasure of doing all the paperwork with Dan as he was super nice and he also explained everything thoroughly and got it all done in a timely manor. I don't enjoy purchasing cars due to all of the theatrics that tend to accompany the experience--hours of negotiations and sales-talk that ranges from annoying to insulting. My experience here was so very different that I needed to write a review (which I never do). We got an excellent deal on the car I wanted, and it didn't take 7 hours or a lot of sales pressure. David Kensky and Mike Cullen were fantastic. They both worked nonstop so that we could get what we wanted and get out in a reasonable amount of time so our 7 year old didn't completely unravel. Most importantly, they listened and responded to all of our needs, and they made sure we were comfortable with everything. Their style, professionalism, and approach was perfect, and the car exceeds my expections. If you are looking for a car, I strongly recommend that you speak with these gentlemen.

I wanted to let whom it may concern, on having such a professional and kind staff at Napleton Northlake Kia. I had a blow out on I 95 and got off on Northlake... I saw a Chevy dealer and drove on my front rim, accidentally passed the entrance... I turn into the next entrance to your dealership. A bit shaken up and so upset that I cant go anywhere... so I walk in embarrassed and not knowing what to do? I am approached by "Ana Mercado" at the front desk and calms me and says that they will be happy to help me in any way they can...she comes out and takes a look and immediately sends me to Service adviser, "Adan Fernandez"... who proceeds to call all the tire places and can not find tires... even Chevy did not have... but that did not stop him... NO!! He called local Good Year tire place and found them for me in Jupiter, near my home. I was able to leave my car, and even got a shuttle home... came back the next day and they put 2 tires on... As I waited the entire staff was helpful and accommodating... They really went well beyond the call of duty even as a Chevy driver, What....AMAZING STAFF!!!Well when I am ready to buy my next vehicle or if anyone asks... I will say Napleton Kia is the best dealership ever... they all sell the same widget... but the service is bar none!! Instead he listened to my needs / the price I had in mind and was relentless in getting me precisely the car I wanted - actually an upgraded model, for the price that I wanted to spend.I had previously visited a couple of other dealers, who pretty much told me they couldn't meet my terms, due to the leased car I was trading in. But Chris, crunched the numbers, made calls & worked to make it happen. that they honored my extended warranty and replaced the subwoofer in my Soul. Pete told me that they did an inspection of the car and it needed new brake pads and the rotors needed to be grinded down smooth again, there were a few other things that he pointed out but i can take care of those things. Normally my brother does all work on any vehicles that i have owned at first i was wary of anyone other than my brother doing work on my car but Pete made me feel very comfortable because he seems to know what he is doing and i'm glad i let him do the job. before i left the dealership i did a quick inspection of the brakes and when i drove off i did a few quick stops and was satisfied with the way the brakes felt. so in closing i would like to thank Pete and his crew for doing a superb job and in the future if there is something wrong with the car that i can't handle i will bring it to Kia, also thanks to the car wash guy.

Brought vehicle in for service and I have a coupon for same day rental. However, I was informed that they don't have vehicles yet. I was told the same thing about five months ago. Service rep said they haven't completed all the requirements and its a lot of red tape. Ed Napleton Kia has sealed the deal that I will not buy another vehicle from a Napleyon dealership. Don't buy the maintenance plan.

Ok so I was buiding and pricing 2016 Kia Sorentos and I dealt with a very nice and awesome sales person. His name is Richard Perrolm. He understood my moms problem. We went to trade in are 2012 Kia Sorento and they said we couldn't do it because it was to early the we had the car. It was only 6 months. I thinks that's a long time. But over all the sales person helped me a lot to explain to me what was going on.. He was a very good help and I recommend him to anyone that needs help looking for a new or used car.

First I showed up after making a deal with Eddie the gm who wasn't there so this other manager Amir tried to rip me off and added 54 more to the payment that was otherwise negotiated. Shady!! then he saw the notes Eddie made and gave it to me for that deal. Then I walk out to get in my new car to see scratches and marks all over the car and terrible detail. That wasn't even a car wash. Now I have to wait til Tuesday to get all of the scratches fixed. I almost didn't take the car but they assured me they would handle it. The manager on duty Amir was rude he said I looked uptight I wonder why look at my experience. I drove off the lot so unhappy with this damaged new car now I wish I didn't hopefully it will all be taken care of what a nightmare!! I wouldn't recommend obviously. I told them not to sell my car in case these issues aren't handled I may want my car back.

The sales person, Pablo, was knowledgeable about the vehicles, but more importantly he came across very sincere, a good listener and wasn't pushy which made for a great experience since it's not always such a great experience when the salesperson is pushy & phony. Even the sales manager was professional and very nice to deal with. As your dealership moves forward I hope you are able to find more people that are like the aforementioned people as it helps create an environment of not only professionalism but you can attract other great people to work there without it being a stuffy place or where the consumer feels cornered or uncomfortable if a salesperson is pushy or unprofessional. Like every place that deals in customer service, it's only as good as the individual who delivers it.

Service reception was drive-in. Quickly met by Valerie Chrystal who quickly sorted out the car's needs. Can is a year old off lease so I want it looked over pretty carefully. Had a small fix needed to lock/unlock system and a tire that needed a fix. She gave a very accurate estimate of both $ and time and it turned out right on. Turned out the tire had a nail and she presented a photo for the go-ahead. Everything was done for a very reasonable price and now my confidence in the car is greatly enhanced. Valery was a great service advisor and asset to Napleton.I've been through many cars and service experiences over the years and no other service experience was as well done as this one. I will be back.

that they honored my extended warranty and replaced the subwoofer in my Soul. Pete told me that they did an inspection of the car and it needed new brake pads and the rotors needed to be grinded down smooth again, there were a few other things that he pointed out but i can take care of those things. Normally my brother does all work on any vehicles that i have owned at first i was wary of anyone other than my brother doing work on my car but Pete made me feel very comfortable because he seems to know what he is doing and i'm glad i let him do the job. before i left the dealership i did a quick inspection of the brakes and when i drove off i did a few quick stops and was satisfied with the way the brakes felt. so in closing i would like to thank Pete and his crew for doing a superb job and in the future if there is something wrong with the car that i can't handle i will bring it to Kia, also thanks to the car wash guy.

I have purchased over a dozen vehicles from dealerships and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. In Jan 2016 I traded in one vehicle and purchased two, this was done as a cash deal as I had financing through my own bank. Upon completing negotiations on price it was agreed that they would pay off my vehicle, accept a check from my banking institution and I would pay them amount (less than $1500.00) by check. It took them 6 1/2 hours to process the paperwork, this should have been my first clue. The first issue I had was they didn't pay off my vehicle. When this deal was completed I had a scheduled payment for the vehicle I was trading in in two weeks. I went back to the dealership a week after the purchase and told them that while they cashed my check and the checks from my bank they still had not paid off the trade in and I had a schedule payment that was due in one week and I did not expect to pay on a vehicle I longer owned. I was informed that it would be taken care of. I called back one day prior to the payment being pulled and could not get anyone to answer phone calls and had to leave messages, still no returned calls. Needless to say the payment was pulled from my account. After several more calls I was finally able to get ahold of the general manager, explained the situation and he had his assistant deliver the payoff. The additional issue I am still dealing with more than a month and a half later is they have not issued me a plate for the second vehicle. I purchased this car for my daughter who is at college. I told them I needed this plate before she went back to school, go figure they have failed at this as well. I have made no less than 20 phone calls, my wife has been to the dealership once and spoke to a woman that said it would be there in a week as they had forgot to order it. Three weeks later still no plate, I have yet to ever get a call back, I made a visit to the dealership, spoke to the sales general manager and he made phone calls and said someone would get back to me....they didn't! I called this manager back 5 hours later and he said he would find out what was going on and call me back...he didn't! I now can not get anyone to call me back, my daughter has returned to college with temp plates on which means she can not get a parking permit and my frustration continues to grow.I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. My advise to anyone reading this, go to a different dealership, do not give these people an opportunity screw you over.AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!

Not only did they do an oil and filter but I had at least 2 recall issues and one of them took up to three hours. They washed my car and a little after 2 I had my clean, serviced Kia Serento. Joy!

We have been in the market for a fuel effecient car when we ran across the Kia Optima Hybrid EX. This car has everything you could imagine plus some in a hybrid sedan. We looked at several dealerships when we finally ran across one that had a MANAGERS SPECIAL! Napleton Kia showed a 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid EX, brand new, for an astounding $22,596. We couldn't believe our luck! We called and spoke to the BDC, Mark, who confirmed that the posted price was 100% correct and that it was a guaranteed price. We also received 2 seperate emails from corporate stating that the price listed was GUARANTEED with a direct link provided. When we showed up to the dealership, Mark handed us off to a "hybrid specialist", who honestly didn't know much about our previous conversation with the BDC, Mark. When we went out to look at the car, they couldn't find it anywhere. Finally, the salesman went to the maintenance docks and found it there. When he brought it up, it was filthy dirty, and had condensation in the tail lights. Upon further inspection, we realized that the car was an LX, the lower model, not the EX which was assured and guaranteed to us. When we brought this to their attention, they said that it was a typo on the website and that they couldn't honor the listed price. We showed them all of the emails, the precious conversations, and all of the online promotions that the site and emails linked us to, but no one would work with us. They were trying to pull the Ole "bait and switch" on us. Obviously, it didn't work on us. Trust me when I say, I would rather buy from anywhere but here. They are just a bunch of scam artists! The mangers are total COWARDS who wouldn't even come and speak to us to address the issue or even offer a simple apology.

When we tooj oyr vehicle to the prebioys location, we were given a loaner vehicle for warranty work. Stay away,. New service staff every time we come in. I have own two Kia and this is the last one.

RUN! Do NOT go to this dealership. They moved from their WPB location most likely because of all of the sketchy things they do to people. They took advantage of me and honestly, I really thought at first this was an amazing place. NO! I wanted to purchase my previous leased vehicle and they sold me on leasing a new car and said they were keeping my old car and would pay for any damages because I was a couple thousand under my mileage on my old car. They sold me the dream and then left me with a nightmare. Nobody takes accountability over there and now I am stuck with the new leased car that I got through them. I asked for it in writing that I would not be responsible for any other damages and they told me to stop being so paranoid and that HMF and KMF are one in the same and they are buying my old car. So now I am in a horrendous financial mess because of them. Nobody will take accountability or try to make the situation right because now that they have me paying and stuck in the new lease, why should they care to help me? NOT to mention, the new car they leased to me, the interior lights do not work and I had to take it back twice! They didn't even bother fixing it the first time, and then the second time I had to call them a week later because I hadn't heard from them. The reason why? Because they lost my car keys! This car key had my apartment keys on it and when I asked if they had checked their cameras, they said their cameras do not record. SERIOUSLY? So, I have YET to receive my car keys back, AND they leased me what is supposedly a "new car," with two WORN DOWN tires in the front that should have been new!! There's less than 3000 miles that I have driven! So now I am being harassed by a collection agency because Napleton Kia is pretending that they didn't assure me that by turning my old car in, I was not responsible for any charges. I am somebody who is so OCD about paying my bills on time and now I am probably going to get sued because these people are so selfish and won't make it right. When I call them they tell me I have to talk to HMF, when I talk to HMF they say I have to talk to the dealership, when I tell each side what they tell me, then I am told to talk to the collection agency, and when I talk to the collection agency ...it's PAY UP. So now I am stuck in a lease with a car in which my life is in danger every day, I do NOT have a spare key because they lost them or somebody that works there stole them, and I have HMF trying to collect on damages that should not even be in question! I just can not believe a company can be so selfish and unprofessional! I have been trying to get this resolved for months and it seems like every time I talk to a new manager about the situation, they quit one after the other! There isn't even a General Manager of Kia right now, and it is probably because nobody wants to get involved with the sketchy business they are operating. Ed Napleton would be mortified if given the opportunity to speak with me in regards to what I have gone through. I have been a Kia customer for over 3 years and have always made my monthly payments and I would have just bought the 2012 car at my end of lease, and that couldn't have been reiterated enough! I have been so patient and tried to be understanding all around with them, but since Napleton will not just resolve the situation, I felt that the best I can do is warn others out there to NEVER EVER purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership. They are great sales people in the sense that they literally sell you the dream, get you to write a good review for them because apparently, as one of the sales reps told me, they will get "fired" if they don't obtain 10s across the board, and then once you sign that paperwork it's back to being sketchy! Please take this seriously because I know that I am one to believe sometimes that certain things can't happen to me, but I couldn't have been more upfront and honest with this company and I still was screwed over. I just feel like the best I can do is write about my horrible experience and hopefully save somebody out there from ever going through what I have gone through and what I am going through. I GUARANTEE that I will NEVER be a Napleton Kia customer again ...and I will never ever ever purchase or lease a Kia in general, ever again!!

I purchased my 2014 KIA Optima in Dec 2014. As I prepared to do my taxes and reviewed my paperwork, I found that the price of the car I was sold did not match the price of the car on my paperwork. I sent a letter to the GM who responded by leaving me a phone message but has not returned my 3 calls since. I have been overcharged by almost $1000 ... so I would recommend that you check and double check everything. I also had a problem with the car - a vibration in the seat - that the Service department did not acknowledge that I had. I had to go to a KIA service dealership in Melbourne Florida, where they were able to resolve it very quickly.Be Careful! It is not my place to say don't use them, but I do think I should tell perspective customers to check and question every number on every line.

I purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento which was a "CERTIFIED" preowned vehicle that I was assured had never been in an accident as far as the dealership knew (and had clean carfax report) and that I was told passed a rigorous certified vehicle inspection and was in top notch condition. I was in a rush trying to get back to my young baby and took their word for it (MISTAKE!) without inspecting the vehicle with a fine tooth comb because again, it looked fine and I was told that since it was certified and was still under bumper to bumper warranty, I had nothing to worry about because if I discovered anything wrong with the vehicle I could just bring it back and it would be fixed under warranty. I specifically asked the sales guy (Alex) if there was anything wrong with the car that the dealer knew about and he said "no." Maybe Alex didn't know but somebody (whoever did the "certification" of the vehicle) clearly knew there was an issue with the bumper and rust underside and that information most certainly should have been disclosed to us. Well, upon further inspection after purchase I noted that there were small multiple markings on the vehicle like a removable chalky type white paint or paint-like substance that had to have been made at the dealership and were each marking appeared to be noting any minor imperfections on the vehicle such as scratches. One marking in particular though was on the bumper and that's when I noticed that the bumper was sticking out a bit like something was not snapping right into place...something that would likely result from hitting something on a fender bender. Clearly, this issue pre-dated the purchase and they knew about this defect because they noted it with their white paint/chalk. Also, to add insult to injury the vehicle makes a very annoying and concerning but faint chirping-like a cricket noise that appears to come from the dashboard area when driving on any surface that is not perfectly flat...like something small is loose in the engine (the problem is that the chirping is inconsistent and I can't replicate it on demand). I googled it and I found other references of other owners of that same vehicle reporting that same issue with some unexplained chirping sound so if you are in the market for a KIA Sorento please do yourself a favor and find yourself another vehicle if you don't want to drive yourself nuts trying to figure out that stupid annoying noise! After making an appointment and dropping off my vehicle at 1:45 pm I was told they would look into all my issues ("Will") as noted and that they would give me a call to give me an update and to let me know when to pick up the car (that day). Four hours went by and they NEVER called! I called 30 minutes before close time looking for info and after getting transferred a couple of times I got voicemail so I decided to hurry in there before they closed as I couldn't leave my car overnight because I had to go to work. When I got there the guy that checked my car in was not there and the guy that was there knew nothing about my car...he had to call someone... it was clear nothing had been done to my car and nobody had any intention of calling me anytime soon. After explaining all the issues again some the guy drove my car in the parking lot for a minute and then told me there was nothing wrong with my car and that everything else I noted I was basically screwed because I didn't note it before buying the car and if I couldn't get somebody in sales to sign off on it I would have to pay for it and it was going to be expensive because they are more expensive than a body shop! I tried talking to one of their sales people I was directed to and it was a total waste of my energy as I was simply told that unless I had something in writing saying they would be responsible for the bumper issue or anything else wrong with the car when I purchased it then there was nothing they could do for me. Sooooo buying their certified preowned vehicle means absolutely nothing! They will sell you crap that they know is broken, won't fix it and will hope you don't see it while reassuring you that you are purchasing a "Certified" vehicle that has been thoroughly inspected and brought up to perfect condition. I am also concerned about the chirping sound that nobody there is ever going to admit to hearing. I wonder if the previous owner got rid of it because he/she was going crazy with the chirping annoyance. There is also rust under the vehicle on a part that appears to my nonmechanic eye to be a repaired/replacement part because it is older/rusty looking and not the same wear as the rest of the other surrounding parts so who knows what other surprises we have in store for us : ( I don't even want to inspect this vehicle anymore as I'm afraid of what else I may find. I had asked the service people to please take a look under the car and see what it appeared to them...they, of course, didn't even look. So in summary, very poor service...they will be friendly when you buy and apparently they will lie and tell you that there is nothing wrong with their "certified" vehicle to sell you the "certified" car but won't fix anything as minor or major as it might be afterwards so buyers beware. Overall, very unhappy with my purchase at this point. I'm sure I will get the run around on everything until the warranty runs out.

My 2013 Nissan Rogue apparently had major repairs that were so costly. They were not accommodating at all when it came down to servicing us as a long time customer. It took them 3 days to figure out the problem and then they charged us on every little thing possible, and labor was unbelievably costly. So unhappy, they didn't even throw in windshield wipers that I desperately needed. I'm turning in my lease soon and never going back to this dealership again!!!

Stay Away! Let me bring you along my journey just to show how how horrible this dealership is. Everything started out fine, nice people and loved the Kia Soul. I knew I had to have it and was ecstatic about my purchase. Now is where the fun begins. The buying process took well over 6 hours, I was the ONLY person in the dealership. Workers just walk around and hang out its like a high school gym. After finally getting my car I go home and decide to start setting up my navigation only to find out the required navigation sd card was missing from the car. I reach out to the dealership who didnt seem to care about the fact they just sold me a car missing features I payed for. I told them to make sure they order the new updated sd card because the old version is known to have bugs and not have all the features I just payed (UVO eServices). Well they ordered the old one anyway. Then I notice as Im going through my paperwork they failed to give me the Monroney sticker which I believe isnt even legal to do so. They told me they would recreate that sticker, its been about month and I still dont have itThey finally ordered me the correct sd card and I did the update myself because the service department didnt seem to even know what I was talking about. Then I decide to start up my 3 month subscription to Sirius, well something is wrong with the car radio and it needs to go back for service to see why it cannot connect to Sirius. Oh and on top of all that there was a safety recall for my car that was issued over 6 months ago (I purchased last years model) and they never even fixed it or bothered to tell me. Truly the worst dealership/car buying experience of my life.

My wife and I were looking to buy our first Kia Soul. You see, I had gone with my daughter when she purchased her Kia Soul from Kia in Delray Beach. A grouling 5 1/2 hour process, start to finish. Both my wife and had the opportunity to drive my daughter's Soul and fell in love with it. So two weeks later we were off to Kia in Delray, to get one of our own. Long story made short, we couldn't make a deal for the car we wanted.So, the following week end, 8-31-2014 we went to Kia in West Palm Beach. After twenty minutes, realizing we were not going to find what we wanted, we left. So, off we were to Napleton Kia, Alex met us in the parking lot asking what he might do to help us. His tone, mannor and presents where just great. After a few minutes my wife whom hates CAR SALESMAN said to me she liked Alex. So my wife and I were talking to Alex about the Soul in Titatium, when my daughter comes back into the office and says "you gotta see this Soul on the showroom floor". I saw it and fell in love. So, back to the office we go and I said to my wife, "you gotta see this Soul on the showroom floor". She did and also fell in love with the White Kia Soul with the Red Zone Package. So, that was the car we purchased. And by the way it only took 3 hours. it was good day, that day, I was really heading to the VA Hospital, and I was thinking that I really do need to stop into the Kia place and see about bring my car in for a check up. the lady there at the front desk greeted me with great pleasure , ask me with such loving care, how may I help you. I told her that I cam in to see when I could get a check up for my car. before she could get up a young sells man came buy and ask is there any thing I could help you with, So she let him know what I needed. and he was very happy to help me. He let the service man know what I needed, mostly air in my tires . and how much it cost to do my check in the mean time he told me some good things that was going on about my old car and how thing s could work for me on a new one . I told him I was very happy with my Kia Sol, but he did not push me or try to give me whole sell pitch,,, he just told me right up on what and how, o my goodness I was a happy camper, long story short ,,, I love my new Kia and thanks to Alex Argueta , he was great. , he left nothing out and I got what he told me I would get, I am happy.

Would not answer a simple question about how much their "dealer or doc fee" is on car sales. Don't know why but probably because most people don't want to pay several hundred dollars for nothing, this fee is pure profit for the car dealer and you get nothing in return. This dealer is located in a ritzy part of south Florida and I'm sure the dealer fee if known on the front end would kill most any deal. Take my comments for what they're worth but I would probably avoid them. Just my opinion....

Started shopping for a 2014 Soul online. Made an appointment to see someone at Napelton, when I arrived the person I had an appointment with was not in that day. OK saw another salesperson. He was not top drawer but that was ok. He offered half of what I was asking for my trade, that's to be expected. Then his manager came on the scene and told me while walking away, 'If you think you can get a better deal somewhere else, go there.' So I got up and left. As I started my car the salesperson came out and said they could offer me a deal only $25.00 more a month than I said I wanted. The manager had a problem with giving me the price of the car, the percent I'd be paying to finance the car, all he wanted to tell me was how much my monthly payment would be, he seemed to think that was all I needed to know and I should be satisfied with that. My credit is poor but I don't think that should be the pivot point of the deal, I still qualify for financing and my trade is solid, the other dealership is giving me $1,000 less than my asking price and treated me well. Thank you Napleton for your advice, I took it and got a good deal elsewhere.

Three years ago: Took my Xterra in for service. Was told I needed $1,000 in work, including new tires. Said no thanks. Found a reliable mechanic. It was all nonsense. Had to take my Xterra in for warranty issue: The computer, under warranty for 80,000 miles or 8 years, went out. After having it diagnosed at my reliable mechanic, took it to Napleton because my mechanic had called, and found out about the warranty. After having it towed, Napleton didn't get to it for more than 36 hours, then said I needed a new battery: $287 flat out, before they could diagnose it. Ray Gomez, after I questioned him, said maybe I should have taken it to another dealership if I didn't like what I was being told. On the phone. Seriously great customer service. Agreed to new battery. They had my car for six more days - never offered a courtesy car. When I picked it up, had two dash lights on .... Ray called to convince me to give him a good review, and when I told him about the lights, he tried to tell me to bring it back -- was probably a huge problem. I hung up on him, knowing it wasn't ... but am convinced that this service department will do ANYTHING to screw you over.

I took my brother's Altima in for a regular service and paid almost $600 for a bunch of routine things...no problem--he had bought the car from therm and always had it serviced there, and they had all the maintenance records. Two months later he was there for another small issue and they said he needed his $600 scheduled maintenance done. He told them I had had it done a few months before--they said no, not true. Since he couldn't reach me he had it done again. A week later when I had sent him the bill from the first go-round, he took it to them, and they said tough luck. So the two Kia's he has bought since then for his kids were both purchased at other dealerships, needles to say.

When purchasing 2013 Frontier SV sales were more than helpful, But with only 4100 miles on vehicle , I tired to change Drivers rear tire, the second lug nut I tired to remove would only turn but not unscrew, I took it to service, but they said they didn't know what I did and they weren't responsible, they even tired to show that I removed more than the two lug nuts I said I tired to remove by showing me there were other scratches on rim, but after showing me with his finger he said OH that one is grease and the other sratch was dirt, but it didn't ,matter Napleton wasn't responible for lug nut problems, So much for the 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, I made a $26,748.00 mistake buying from Napleton's Nissan

I went into this dealership to "look" but ended up buying a gorgeous car. Ramzan Basir was both professional and patient as my boyfriend and I haggled over which car to purchase.He didn't impose but offered advice and stated we could test drive as many cars as we needed to find the "right" car. We ended up being the last couple in the showroom that evening but we were not rushed or hurried to complete our transaction. It was truly a pleasure working with this salesman!Mr.Carlos Salas was a genius! Not only did he patiently work on options for financing that suited my budget he too offered very valuable advice that I will carry with me with every car purchase from now on.It is very rare to meet people in the car selling industry who seem to look out for your "best interest", but I found both of these gentlemen did just that for me! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car. I just moved to Florida from Connecticut for school and found the need to have my own car down here. Napleton Kia/Nissan and Campbell Smith made it easy for my parents in CT be able to walk me through the process of purchasing my own car. Even though it took a while for the faxes between my father in CT and the dealership to be complete, Campbell was very professional and explained the process to me in a way that I could understand. It was a wonderful feeling being able to drive off in my (new to me) 2011 Kia Forte EX Sedan and have it feel like my parents were right beside me when I was signing the papers. I was not in the market for a new car. I have a 2010 Forte EX Sedan with Alloy wheels & sunroof. I am very happy with this car, which I got at West Palm Beach Kia. I received an add in the mail, stating that their used car inventory is low, that my car is in demand & they are willing to pay $4000 on top of the black book value. At the top of the add, it said that the black book value for my car was about $12,760 & with the trade incentive, it would be $16,760 with an * next to it. Just below it does state that that price is for a good, clean car with reasonable miles & the price is valid toward a new 2012 Kia purchare or lease, at the full addendum price. Plus, you got a Publix gift card worth at least $2 or more, just for stopping by. I figured, it couldn't hurt to listen & if I could get exactly what I had, if not better, for about what I'm paying, why not. I called & made an appointment for today with Jay, the manager at 11. We showed up at that time & was told he was at the lot next door & I could wait or see someone else. I decided to wait & look at what they had. I already had in mind the 2012 Forte Koup SX in Blue, but would consider the EX or Forte Sedan. After a while I was told Jay was with a customer. Rich did the usual speech & I told him why I was there & what I wanted. Filled out the application & asked if I would consider a lease & I said yes, if the price is right. He examined the car & tried to claim that some mud & smudges were scratches. The only scratch was on the back bumper about an inch long. Some coating off the handles shown & there were fingerprints stained on the door & inside. Took the new car for a test drive & tried to fluff it up. After a little bit, he came back with a quote way over what I could afford & told me that the $4000 is negated, because my car wasn't "clean" it it was only valid on clean cars. That is NOT what the add said. I knew I wasn't going to get top value, but the add clearly states it is on top of whatever it is deemed worthy & that the price quoted on the add IS the clean version...not that if your car isn't deemed clean then you can't get the additional money. He said it is "implied". What a joke! That just completely soured my thoughts of looking at the EX Koup or any other car. Plus, he wasn't too aware of what cars he did have, since as we initally walked in he stated that the Koup outside was the last blue, but obviously they had one inside their lobby. Plus, when he tried to push a 4dr Sedan on me, I said none of the sedans had alloy wheels or sun roof. He's like "let's go take a look, I am sure we do". I said no, we already did & you don't. I don't like being snowed. You lie to me once & you ruined any sales. When I do want to trade, I'm going back to West Palm Beach Kia

We came just for an oil change and ended up with a new vehicle. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Napleton and I recommended my parents to Napleton and they purchased as well. Our overall experience today was good, as we feel that we "got a good deal". However, to be honest, if it weren't for the manager Bob, we would have walked out before any numbers were discussed. We were on the lot for almost 30 minutes before we were approached, which we then found out there was a meeting. Already feeling frustrated, the salesman that we dealt with does not seem to be very personable. We felt as if he felt that we were wasting his time. Thankfully, Bob the manager came over and discussed with us what we were looking for and discussed our different options for vehicle models. I felt as If the manager was doing the salesman's job for him. After discussing with Bob, it did not take long to get our deal squared away. He was great at recognizing our needs and requests and finding the right vehicle for us, even though it was at another dealership.

Let Me start by saying this is my 6th Kia. I have purchased far and wide. My last one was at Napleton so when I decided it was time for a new one I went there first. My intention was to price my car and visit a couple of other dealers. It was never necessary. From the Get Go William Hicks showed me what was available and asked what my "option wish list" was. He found the car on the lot with probably a couple of more goodies in it than I needed but definately wanted. He helped me get the price to a manageable area and then CHarlie Lopez, The Manager stepped in to help. All in all they made the experience a very plesant one and I am sure I got a great deal. If you are looking for a Kia you will not go wrong with them. Let me add that there are a couplke of other Kia dealers in my are but their employees leave a LOT to be desired. Go buy a Kia at Napleton and have a great day!

We acquired 2 new Kia Optimas - one for purchase and one for lease. The finance manager was a pleasure and did everything to get us the best possible deal. The salesman was extremely helpful and knew his product well. He answered all of our questions in depth and without hesitation. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all. He stayed with us throughout the process and did not allow distractions to pull him away while we were waiting on the financing information. I want to add that we started out at Napleton Nissan with Jorge "Papi" Falcon. When we wanted to see the KIAs instead of the Nissans, he escorted us next door to the KIA dealer and stayed with us throughout the sales process. He was very courteous and helpful and although I am sure he shared in the 2 sales - he stayed with us until the process was completed. Overall a great car acquisition experience with very courteous and knowledgeable auto professionals.

Run, run as fast as you can......AWAY from this dealership!!!!!! This was the 7th car I've purchased in my life and it was certainly the most horrendous experience I've ever had. The initial salesman was high pressure and I had to end up leaving. Trying to get anyone to respond to concerns was non-existent after the sale. I called 22 times and no one ever followed through on what they said they would do. My salesman, Luis Pizarro, did not return one phone call or email. I was only trying to get the cargo net that was supposed to be included with my car, according to my invoice. I was also supposed to get a refund for a FL tax that I was charged and shouldn't have been since I am a GA resident. And after 3 months I did not even have my tag/registration. I had to end up filing a complaint with the BBB and I finally got a response and some satisfaction.Vehicles here are overpriced and when you finally get to financing, all sorts of extra fees are added on. Beware!!!!! I'm sure you can find a better deal and much better customer service somewhere else.

I actually hated the idea of giving up my Avalon Limited, but my wife insisted on going shopping on Black Friday, so we stopped in to the Kia dealership to look at the new Optima that we had been seeing advertised all over tv. After a short test drive in an EX turbo, I knew I was going to trade my Toyota and buy this car. The real measure of customer service is how one is treated when a problem arises that needs to be resolved. I purchased a 2011 Optima from the dealer's inventory with the option for a Nav system with back up camera. I was given a "We Owe" becasue the frame for the Nav system was not in stock. The part arrived 4 months later and I was given a loaner while the dealer made arrangements with a third party to install the system. Unfortunately, instead of using genuine Kia factory parts, this third party installed an after-market system that was older, inferior technology and not the genuine Kia factory part that I had been promised. Without hesitation, the dealer accepted full responsibility and agreed to buy back the vehicle and ultimately replaced it with a 2012 vehicle already equipped with a factory-installed Nav system. I was treated with respect by every individual in every department and paid only a fair differential for the upgrade to a newer year. Napleton Nissan Kia proved themselves to be an honorable, reputable dealer that has earned my trust and repeat business. Several other relatives have had positive experiences with this dealership as well. I love my Optima and plan to have "all" service work done by the dealer for the life of the vehicle. I asked the dealer how I could thank everyone involved, which is how I learned about this site. As a completely satisfied customer, I am happy to refer them to anyone who is seeking to purchase a vehicle. They truly live up to the promises that they make on their website and their commitment to excellence.

Hold on to your wallet. Chances are you will come out of their repair shop with more problems that you had going in. My a/c needed a high pressure switch, everything else in the a/c system was ok because i just had it also checked out at a local service station. i ended up walking out of there with a new radiator, compressor, and coolant hoses. i will never use this repair facility again and don't recommend it.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience in my ENTIRE life! First, my wife and I walked into the dealership with a copy of an ADVERTISED PRICE for a vehicle that this dealership had posted on CARS.COM. They agreed to honor the price, so we then proceeded to work up the deal. The vehicle we wanted did not have navigation, so we asked if they could add navigation. They said yes, for $2,800 (navigation sticker price on similar vehicles was $1,800, but we agreed since we felt we were getting a good deal). Then we had agreed on down payment and monthly cost. Then 20 minutes later we were told by the Sales Manger that the cost we were quoted did not include tax and title, so the cost then went up. Then we got to Financing and the Finance Manager said there was no way he could sign off on the deal. We then were told by the Sales Manager that we had to put an additional $1,000 to make the deal work. We agreed and left so they could put in the navigation before we took ownership of the vehicle. Two days later we got a call saying they were unable to install navigation because the vehicle had a backup camera (huh?). While disappointed, we decided that we would get a third-party navigation system on our own and would proceed with purchasing the vehicle. Three days later, we showed up at the dealership to take ownership of the vehicle and at that time were told they would not refund the $2,800 cost of installing the navigation. Instead, they would only refund us $1,400. My wife and I were so upset that we just walked out of the dealership and never took ownership of the vehicle. That was about two weeks ago, .... and today we just received a bill requiring us to make payment on a vehicle we never took possession of. Really???????? I honestly cannot imagine having a worse car buying experience!!! Based on our absolutely horrific experience, I highly recommend that you do not come close to doing business with this car dealership. P.S. - We bought our new vehicle 2 days later from Royal Palm Nissan. The car-buying experience between the two dealerships was like night and day!!! They say there the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly; I think I just witnessed the Great and the Horrific!

what impress me the most was i was treated like a cizten. my wife and i have very low beacon scores the mid five hundred and had visit several kia dealers and was asked for large down payment. It was a sunday and my wife spotted the dealership as we were driving home on 95 and decided to stop by. As soon we arrived a sales person named eddie spoke with us and we told him of our sitution and right away the manger charlie can over and took an app and came back and told our credit wasn't great but b ecause of our car history he could get us finance. hetold us that the bank was closed on sunday but he said he would take a chance and get us done on a new kia soul and told we could take the car home because he could see we were good people with a few bumps in the road. he got us finance with americredit bank and my wife and i will send all our friends to him. I really still can't believe how much this new car mean to my wife and kids.

He realized what a good deal i got and tried to make me pay more...refused to send my loan to the bank. I called a lawyer and told them I was going to take them to court...after 4 days of battling, i left with the car and they had to eat the loss! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Then I was given to a another BS artist who tried to rip me off for more than $3,000 over what the female promised me as the price. I walked out. I will never go to a new dealership again. Me and my Daughter went to this dealer after looking at their new cars and looking online for a used car. The General Manager greeted us and said he would see where the online car was. After 15 to 20 min, he said it was sold that morning. He then told us about another car. He made several calls, but never came up with the car. We finally settled on a car and tried to get them to come down on the price that Kelly Bluebook had for that car. They would only come down a little bit and we were told our payments would be a certain amount. When we signed the contract the payments were over $25.00 a month more than we were originally told. Then they sold us a service warranty for over $1800.00, saying it would cover the car AFTER the factory warranty expired. They also said that it was a "bumper-to-bumper" warranty, and would cover food and lodging if we were a certain distance from home. A couple days later, I called the warranty company, and they said that the warranty started the day we bought the vehicle and did not cover "bumper-to-bumber" or food or lodging. The dealer also charged us $110.04 for state tax on the warranty, and later stated that they didn't it. I called the general manager 3 or 4 times before he returned my calls. I looked online and saw that the original car we went looking for had been sold almost a month prior to our visit and the car we bought was online with a lower price than what we had paid. We feel that we were lied to, deceived, and, misrepresented. I would never, ever buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone, even my worst enemy!

West Palm Kia appears to be no different than Napleton Kia in their DECEPTIVE CAR DEALER TACTICS. After Napleton Kia's BAIT & SWITCH. The salesman at West Palm Kia called. He had warned me that Napleton routinely quotes lower prices but he claimed the prices are never legitimate. I told him of the offer they had made me for the higher equipped model that they were supposedly taking a loss on to "MAKE UP" FOR THE DECEPTION THAT HAD BROUGH ME IN. WP had been lower on the higher equipped model they offered me because they did not have the lower equipped model that I was seeking; I reminded the salesman that I needed to stay within my budget and didn't want the more expensively equipped model. He placed me on hold and came back with a price just a few hundred dollars more than the less expensive model but for the more equipped one. I wasn't thrilled with the color but price is more important right now, they didn't have the lower model and it seemed like a good deal. Since it was already after 7 pm and I didn't think I could get there before closing. We agreed I would pick up the car after work the next day. I spoke to the salesman twice during the day and was told he would have everything ready by the time I got there.I arrived around 5:30 to pick up the car. The salesman connected our cell phone to the car's bluetooth, topped off the gas tank, began the financing process, had me sit there for close to an hour and then said the manager wont go through with the deal. Why make me drive back out there? I feel like such a FOOL being DUPED into coming back in.There is no benefit to the dealership or the unhappy customer. WHY DO THIS? I still want to buy the car at the price given to me, but now I wont come in till they fax me a buyer's order.
