Recently bought a car with the help of Mark, Frank, and Don. They helped find me the right car, with the right deal! Thank you for all of the help! Please consider making Napleton a must stop on your shopping list and ask for Mark! 9/21/21 update: I have called 6 times trying to get my car scheduled to be looked at. The last call I made they had me leave a voicemail for a manager to "expedite" the answer...three weeks later and still no return call. A couple weeks after purchase I noticed glitches in the electrical system and climate control. Each time the service center is too busy, doesn't have loaner cars, can't take me to work as advertised as it is too far, and has me leave messaged which are never returned. Not to mention the locking system has flaws and my car has been broken into twice (never has any other car I owned in the past had such issues in 9 years of parking in the same place). Police have confirmed it is the type of lock/push start set up that makes my car easy entry. I asked about this at the time of purchase as I had concerns about push start and the locking features and abundantly reassured there would be no issues. This dealership will say and do anything to make a sale and then refuse to honor that purchase, make good on promises, or take care of anything following. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! I did NOT get the right car and I got an even worse deal. Now I am stuck! :(

Had some vehicle issues while traveling through St. Louis with my 2017 Nissan Rogue. You never know what you're going to walk in to when you need your car fixed while traveling, but I wasn't disappointed. Spoke to service manager Luke and he had me set up with an appointment to get me in and out and on my way in no time. Stuck to his word on timeliness and the price for service was fair. Everyone was upbeat and friendly. Would recommend for travelers passing through needing reputable service.

AMAZING AND TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Daniel was the most amazing person to work with. Although my experience started off rocky, once I was blessed with my new car a new relationship has begun. The caliber of customer service I received today I will never forget. The workers were amazing! I would high recommend them to anyone any day! Was given an estimate over the phone for my vehicle. Set an appointment up to have it looked at. Drove an hour and a half. Got there, and they told me I wasn't on the books and acted like they'd never heard of me. Told me they may not even want my vehicle after all, but if they had time, they'd take a look. Quoted me $4k over Blue Book on the phone. Then gave me a number under Fair Value in person. A complete was of my time. Horrible service. Lies galore. They'll probably call me tomorrow with a better offer. When will dealerships figure out how to actually treat their customers right? Is there a zero star option? Heading to Carvana. They quoted me $3k over Blue Book. Guess dealerships will be obsolete soon enough. Avoid Napleton Nissan like the plague.
