We stopped to check on their inventory. Matt did explain all the different options and their impact on the driving experience. Matt then switched to other groups of customers and assigned Micheal to us, who was as helpful as Matt, and we continued our shopping with both of them. Matt, as Director, stayed honest with us throughout the purchase, and Micheal was going above and beyond to make sure we get everything correct. Overall great experience; they have me as a customer forever. Thank you, Micheal and Matt; you were amazing.

Buyer beware!!! I would first like to start off by saying I love my Aston Martin purchased through this dealership. The dealership did a great job following up with me to get the sale and financing in order, as I was coming from out of state. However, they were poor with customer service after the ink dried. I had to continuously contact them to get a follow-up on service that needed to be done one day after my purchase. I was unable able to open my gas tank and the car key needed to be programmed. I also had to wait two weeks for shipping to be arranged after I was told it would take a few days. When my car was delivered I was then given the wrong ordered key. I asked the dealership and they made it seem as if it was my fault. I had to provide email proof of my request. The sales manager said he would look into it and I just got a text back over a month later. Please be careful with this dealership.

Sam and Dora are amazing! Sam is dedicated at what he does and maintains the work ethic that makes companies great. Dora has always demonstrated superior skills in what she does. It is always great to see people of different demographics excelling in their roles.

I bought a couple of cars here now and the team here is nothing but the best. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. In particular on used cars they have a very nice selection and often times are priced as competitively as anyone can be in the country let alone the area. The service department is second to none, Mr Ed Graff will make sure that your car is taken care of perfectly and on time every time. Even if you're not in the market for an Aston Martin or another high-end car they have an excellent selection of cars across any price range so pop in and say hello everybody will treat you like family.

Let me start off by saying that I RARELY do reviews but I will go out of my way for this place. I Recently purchased a 2010 BMW 750Li, Hands down the Best,Simplest,& Honest car buying experience I’ve ever had,From salesman all the way thru management can’t say enough good things about this place A1 customer service they even accommodated my 2yr old restless daughter,A man who I would only assume was the manager came into the room to offer my 2yr old a coloring book,you would think an Ashton martin dealer would be annoyed with a toddler making all this racket running up and down in the dealership nope not them very humble genuine people. (Alex&Sam) are a dream to work with making sure all my questions and concerns were answered & that i was completely happy with my purchase. I went back a couple of days later to clarify that the tires and complete service that were promised would get done to my car they assured me not to worry about anything A real !NO BS! type of dealership. Definitely recommend.
