Hopefully this place doesn't pitch that they are veteran friendly... Yesterday I brought my vehicle to this dealership to be sold. They offered me a competitive price for sale. After getting my wife and kids in the car to drop mine off, we signed the paperwork to turn the vehicle over to the dealership. The person I was working with told me that we would have to come back so his manager could sign the check, but he was tied up in a meeting. We ran a few errands, came back, my wife left to get the kids to soccer practice and were told that the deal fell through and they were going to offer 27% less than their previous offer. Again this is AFTER we had signed all the paperwork, excluding the original title. Thank God I decided to take my title with me when we ran errands. This dealership is shady and unprofessional. Additionally, I had to coordinate how we would pick my vehicle the next day. The manager never offered to talk to me. Just received a "come pick up your keys, sorry."

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help me in purchasing my new CX-5. With the current market, these cars basically sell themselves, but Andrew and Rene still did everything in their power to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would recommend them to anybody!

They have the one i was looking for, in the showroom ;) Sales Rep: Gilbert M. made the whole process stress-free. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and very helpful— even took the time to show us in-depth the features of the vehicle, assisted with tech-set up even after I have already signed the documents (when most dealers will just hand you the keys to figure things out on your own). The whole experience was generally pleasant.

As a first time buyer, I had a great experience at this dealership. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to my questions and concerns about being a first time car owner. I had a couple questions about my financial abilities to pay for this car, and they were very understanding. I successfully bought my first car that day, and I am thrilled! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car for the first time or a new car in general. 10/10 would recommend!!
