I had a wonderful experience with my purchase. I got the car I wanted at the pricing I needed to in order to make things work. The car (after a reputable mechanic shop inspected after purchase) was in excellent condition. Everything was transparent and upfront with no surprises. When the time comes years from now I won't hesitate to purchase from them again!!

I originally loved this dealership but time and time again they screw me over. Especially in the service department. One would hope that they’re new car wouldn’t have issues but if it does they want a quick resolution. If that’s your goal then stay far away from Palatine Mazda. Also don’t forget you can buy a car at 16 but you can’t get a loaner from them until 25 so make sure not to break your car otherwise you’re SOL.

Absolutely fantastic service!! I brought my ford explorer in for service and they did not disappoint! Mario,Angel,and Matt are amazing people and go out of their way for a great service experience! I will be returning to service my other vehicles. They even cleaned my car inside and out without me asking! Awesome!!👍👍👍👍👍

Buying a car was great cause of course it was. You need a car and they want all the money they can get from you. Service is just confusing

Chase was very helpful getting my car. Went over all the features and warranties they had. Very understanding when I had to reschedule several times. Made it a very easy process buying my first really nice car! I was able to go home with it just putting a down payment on it! We had an agreement my credit union would send the check in the next few days, or I'd have a loan through them if it was not on time. 10/10 would recommend.
