Glad he did, because he was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. Manny was able to get me in what I was after, and at a fair price too. Mark and his team are outstanding. I timed my vacation from Florida to Illinois, Just so as I could drop off truck to Mark. Jimmy is an outstanding diesel mechanic and the only one I trust to service my Truck.. Service is top notch there!!

Chances are when you go here, their service department is probably going to be on strike. They spend more time every year sitting in a tent by the dealership than they do actually servicing cars. The sales side is great but when they can’t followup with the service side it makes it difficult.

The service department here is horrible. They tried to tell me I needed new brake pads and rotors on my 2019 with 32k miles. Not only were they dishonest and just trying to make money on that, the staff we encountered was rude and unfriendly. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

Very good service, friendly staff. I actually live in Chicago but I make the drive out here because this dealer is very consistent with their great customer service
