I must say that the customer service here is phenomenal! From beginning to end my expectations were exceeded. The atmosphere is Clean, Accommodating and also relaxing. Shermaine is one of the service specialist and she generally reaches out anytime I’ve recently had a service performed on my vehicle just to ensure my satisfaction and I ensure you that is exactly what she does! Whenever I’ve had a complaint she listened with her ears and not her mouth! She was patient, caring, understanding and easy to express concerns to! She demands any experience you have at Napleton Nissan to end with 100% satisfaction and the awareness of how invaluable your business is! I noticed multiple new faces this time I visited but the service manager Anthony and the new Gm Mark stood out above the rest due to the positive energy they possessed and spread throughout the place. If your just looking for a new car, there are multiple dealerships that will sale you one and after they close the deal the courtesy will cease to exist but if your looking for a new car as well as a team of people who are directly focused on your complete satisfaction and guided by the “GOLDEN RULE” then do yourself a favor and chose Napleton Nissan
