My boyfriend had a bad experience here a while ago with the service department, but we needed to buy another Volkswagen to fit our travel needs for our pets and decided to give them another shot. I’m absolutely glad I did. Joe A. completely changed my mind on this dealership and provided us with the highest level of sales and courtesy I’ve witnessed at any dealership. He showed us all the safety features, interior and even took us through the infrastructure of how the car is made. He was also very personable and a very pleasurable person to talk to while waiting for the paperwork to process. Carlos in Finance was also great, sociable and very informative. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable understanding the financials. Great experience today and we had a wonderful team to get us in the car we came to buy. 5-star service for sure!

My salesman Josh was absolutely incredible! He greeted us at the door immediately and sat down to discuss what I was looking for. He asked all of the right questions and had me test driving the vehicle I ended up purchasing within 30 minutes. He was super personable and kept checking in with us throughout the day. The second business manager we worked with, Frank, was also great. He was very straight forward and got us wrapped up quickly. I knocked a star off because we were there over 5 hours trying to close this deal. We did not have a very pleasant experience with the first business manager we met with and he then disappeared for over an hour and a half before the new manager came out, but seems to have been a unique circumstance as everyone else there was very pleasant. I highly recommend Josh if you are looking for a vehicle!

I liked that the staff was friendly overall... I was a little aggravated when I first arrived to the service bay. I unloaded my son's stroller and had to remove the car seat to be later used with the shuttle. As i approached the glass doors, one employee looked at me carrying a diaper bag and car seat in one hand, and pushing the stroller with the other. The employee just watched as i fumbled through the process of opening the door and getting everything in. No greeting or assistance.

Daniel Hinklein was approachable, friendly and professional the whole time. I was NOT planning to purchase the car. I had looked for 3 weeks and was getting tired (long day) but Daniel put up with me and my wannabe jokes and sold me in the end. In 3 weeks your location and Daniel was able to get me to do a test drive. All others I walked around, talked to and even sat in some but never got as far as with Napleton's Volkswagon. I called that day to set up an appointment (I had communicated by e-mails prior to) and within 30 minutes from my call I was there. I get home to find out a video reminder was sent to my e-mail. WOW. I don't have a smart phone but that was really neat. My last car was 2004, bought brand new so it's been a long time since I've been even looking. Very Good job.

I am a current customer at napleton VW, I am leasing my car since February 2016 trade my old Jetta to get a newer one and got a deal that was good for me, staff was nice and really try to please me, until today ,went with my daughter to get a car and trade her Mercedes !!! Well didn't feel that they want it to get a new customer and helping to make a deal,all they said is sorry we can't make a deal, really? That's the best they can do? I have two more years with my car and don't have to tell you that I won't renew my business with them ,it was a terrible experience and poorly managed , It can't be the same staff that I deal with the first time.

Went twice to this dealer and it was absolutely a waste of time the first time I went saw the car I have been looking for, found a car sales man and began to talk about the car he started friendly at first and I had asked him if the price was negotiable and he had said lets see what we can do, we went through some numbers and he ended up not bringing the price down at all and I had a trade in and he told me if you want me to pay retail for your car why can't you pay what we are asking and even though I had never asked for retail on my car. He did not even know anything about the car he was selling and seemed to not care if he got a sale or did not. The next couple days past and I get a call from another sales man telling me he can get me in the car and work out a deal. I said ok so I head over and this guy was more friendly but when we got into numbers again he or his manager would not go down on the car at all. What a waste of time with all the car dealerships around why waste my time in final marked up priced cars when there are plenty of dealerships who will do anything possible to get you in a car.

I have never wrote a negative review before but I was so bothered by the level of customer service I recieved from the service guy who was supposed to help me. I even ask him if he was having a bad day because it was so noticeable that he could care less about me(his customer) When it came time to pay, I let the girls at the counter(which were extremely nice) know about my experience... I really do not know where to start. If you have good credit and it is obvious that they can get you in a car I can guarantee that they will go above and beyond to get you in that car. Now if you are somebody like me and my wife that have a challenging credit (as they call it) then this will not be a pleasant or quick process for you. On the day of Aug 24,2015 me and my wife dropped by to see what options we had towards getting a car, at first they were very friendly and courteous and more than happy to help. Ever since the get go I explained the situation we do not have good credit we want to see what our options are towards getting a car. So I met with sales rep and he started to say we will do everything in our power to get you into a new vehicle. They took us on a test drive, met the sales manager and after that we started the process of the paperwork, after a while since it was around 9:00pm they stated hey we have to proceed with this tomorrow since we cannot get in touch with your lease company or our financial institutions. So a commitment was made that he will get in touch with both around 10:00am and definitely give us a call back on the status. Now is when everything went downhill. Aug 25, 2015 (day of my birthday) after I got out of work at 6:00pm I realized there was no missed call or voicemail which he stated would leave if I do not answer. So I call around 6:30pm to get an update on the status, and when the receptionist answered I asked specifically for that sales rep, the receptionist stated that he was busy with a customer and she will tell him to call me back as soon as he finished. Waited for a while and received no call what so ever, so my wife emailed the representative around 8:30pm 30 min before they close. Aug 26, 2015, so around 10am my wife reached out to the website to speak to one of the managers since no one was contacting or responding to us. After that my wife was contacted by one of the managers which stated, Im sorry we havent contacted you, its just that your credit is challenging and Im not able to get a deal with our people. So after my wife was off the phone with the manager (which was the same sales manager we met the very first time) she received a call from one of the financial managers which stated that he just received the application and I apologize for everything I will be taking ownership of everything from now on. So instructions given by this financial manager was for me to fill out paperwork online and as soon as he receives it because he receives it directly he will start the process and give my wife a call. That same day during my break at work I did receive a phone call of which it was not the financial manager but another sales rep saying based off the info provided we could work something out, did advise him of situation going on with the others and then he apologized and said dont worry Ill work on everything and give you a call back after you get off from work at 6:00pm. Aug 27, 2015, so as you imagine no call was received advising about the status of the application. Around 10:00am I decided to call and ask for the financial manager, receptionist stated sorry he is unavailable right now I could leave him a message. I declined leaving a message and stated could I call at a later time, receptionist stated he might still be busy but I could leave message declined and just stated I will call later. Called a few minutes later and this time I was asking for the sales rep that processed my application and said would call when I got out, receptionist stated that he is not in right now he comes in at 12:00pm. After that I received an email from one of the general manager that if I needed anything to give him a call because my business is extremely important to him but more important is my satisfaction... would state rest but not enough characters, but long story short after 3 days finally was answered that a mailed letter would be sent. no options were presented.

I have never had such a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience. Alex Lorie did an outstanding job of finding the car I wanted at my price need. The Finance Mgr. deserves also credit for his part in making everything come together by covering the financial portion of my purchase, who also made it a smooth process. No one pressured me at all and everyone was friendly, honest and upfront. Specially when my trade had seen better days and it was pretty much done. Alex due to your un parallel cooperation in resolving my need of a new car not only did you solved my transportation needs but most likely saved my lively hood as well due to lack of transportation at this time if you would have not make this come thru! Purchased a certified '12 Passat, which promptly caught on fire in my front yard before I made the first payment. I read a lot on ignition coil failures and subsequent engine fires. Which is fine, because that's under warranty and I have insurance. I called the dealership to see if anything could be done. They said they wouldn't touch it. Which is also just fine, except instead of pointing me to the correct phone number as I have done many times in my years in customer service, they gave me a long, multiple-phone-call, sarcastic and annoyed run around, and proceeded to say that I should call the police if I wanted anything else from them. Hi, I just needed the impossible-to-google Customer Care number. They were completely confused as to why a customer might call them three weeks after their sale of a defective vehicle. Comical. Had I purchased from Ford (as I have in the past), I am quite positive they wouldn't treat me like that, because they seem to have much better customer care training! I bought a perfect car from here and never spoke to them again (as I now wish I had), I would be much happier.

I made appointment,drove from Fort Myers to see an advertised 2012 Jeep Liberty.Called them from the rest area before Orlando and told them that I will be there about 40 minutes. I had with me my Wife and a 7 month old Baby. When I arrived the sales lady greeted me and I was told that they are working on paperwork because they sold the car 40 minutes ago to someone else. I was speechless and just turned and left .The sales persons name was Lupita!

Brought my vehicle in today for my 30 day inspection and Xzilon application. When I first arrived I was greeted immediately by Felicia Stover who was super nice and friendly. She directed me to the inside area and let me know someone would be right with me. I was helped immediately by Andrew Tokarski who was also super nice and friendly. He called me to let me know my vehicle was ready and also set up a window tinting appointment for me at my home. When I arrived he walked me to the check out area, explained what was done to my vehicle and thanked me for coming in. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future.

I had seen the car online a month or so earlier, i saw that they lowered the price, so i said lets make a deal, it was a used 07 vw gti, it looked in amolst mint condition inside and out, but i had only seen the car at night, the night before i bought it and the purchase night. The car runs great, no issues even though it had high mileage, several mechanics couldn't believe the shape the car was in and said it was very well taken care of, and must have been mainly highway miles, so i guess i got lucky there, plus the brakes were almost brand new, the only issue i had with the car, was that i realized the next day, in the daylight, that the door panel fabric inserts and the headliner were both loose and coming off! well for some people they would return the car, but for me the car is worth it and i'll get it repaired soon... the staff was good!
